History On Li: Sento awoke in the middle of Harvest Acres. His eyes blinking open as he got too his feet. He casted his gaze around the area, noting the farmland he'd ended up surrounded by. It was then that he met the being named Shadow. A hedgehog he'd mistaken for a Smash at first glance. But thankfully their meeting hadn't come to blows.
Shadow informed the Rider of the Life Sphere's situation. The famine, the Starvia, and the fact that everyone was locked together in this one place. Sento figured it would be pretty easy to fix all of that. He had the Genius Fullbottle after all, any problems it couldn't fix on it's own he could probably calibrate it to solve. And then all he'd have to worry about is figuring out how to get back home to Banjo and the others.
Or that would have been the case... had he not appeared with nothing but the Build Driver and his first two Fullbottles. The Genius bottle was nowhere to be found, and neither were the rest of his tools. Now he was stuck and he was gonna need to figure out what happened to the rest of his gear. If he couldn't find it... he'd need to somehow recreate it. A task that was far easier said than done.

Primary Attacks (3)
The Basics: [DMG 8/18%] Of course Sento knows how to fight with his bare hands. The young man having trained himself in his own style of fisticuffs during his time fighting as a Kamen Rider. Sento performs either a Light Str Combo or a single Medium Str attack.
Drill Crusher (Blade Mode): [DMG 18%] Sento's primary weapon of choice, a small one handed sword that takes the shape of a drill. Sento is able perform swift slashes with it the weapon while letting it spin to deliver a powerful spinning slash that tears away armor and smashes through shields.
Sento performs a Medium Str attack against a single target. If the foe uses a their bubble shield or some other form of defensive measure, this attack deals an additional 5% damage too the aforementioned shield.
Sento can only perform this attack once per turn.
Drill Crusher (Gun Mode): [DMG 18%] Sento being the brilliant genius that he is, also developed his Drill Crusher to be able to handle ranged exchanges as well. All it takes is simply removing the blade and slotting it into the front end of his weapon. The same sturdy material now able to channel and fire energy bullets from the hollow end that normally held the blade in place when he swung it as a sword. These bullets move quickly and strike with relatively low power in comparison too the Blade Mode, but they make up for that in being able to hold the enemy off long enough for a more powerful follow-up.
Sento performs a Medium Dex attack. If it hits, the target gains a -2 penalty to their next dodge against one of Sento's attacks this turn. This attack can only be performed once per turn.
Special Attacks (3)
Build Driver: What's a Kamen Rider without their belt? Just a normal guy who knows karate. In the case of Sento, his Build Driver grants him a fairly unique form transformation. Taking two Fullbottles and using them to produce two halves to his armor. Merging them together into the single whole that is... Kamen Rider Build!
At the start of Sento's turn before he takes any actions he picks two of his currently available Fullbottles, One Biotic and one Abiotic, and uses them to form the armor of Build. Sento gains benefits based on which Bottles he picked, all of them granting a +1 to all rolls of a specified stat (with bonuses to Con granting him an extra 5 temporary Shield for each +1) and a penalty to all rolls of another stat. Each Fullbottle in Sento's Possession also grants him access to a Special Move, however he can only access that Special Move if he has the Bottle active that turn.
Sento also has something called Best Matches, which can only be activated when he has two specific Full Bottles active at the same time. In this state, Sento doubles the bonuses and penalties received from the individual Bottles.

Rabbit Leaping Strike (Rabbit, Biotic): [DMG 20%] The Rabbit Halfbody is built to be speedy, letting Sento move with incredible ease. However that wasn't all it was built to do. The spring covering the armor's left boot allowing him to swiftly leap into the air, letting him reposition himself rapidly before delivering a brutal strike out of nowhere.
Sento performs a single Heavy Dex Attack against the target's Wisdom as he tries to blindside them. If it hits, it has a 50% chance to inflict Stun. The Rabbit Fullbottle grants Sento a +1 to Dexterity rolls but a -1 to Wisdom Rolls.

Tank Tread Kick (Tank, Abiotic): [DMG 30%] The Tank Halfbody is built to last. Being able to sustain an intense amount of damage and hold it's ground. However, defense isn't all it's up to do. The right foot of this half-body having a heavy tread set into the boot. One that can be revved up for a powerful roundhouse that can leave dents in even the most armored of foes.
Sento performs a Heavy Str Attack on a single target. The Tank Fullbottle grants Sento a +1 to Constitution Rolls, but a -1 Charisma rolls.

Final Smash (1)
Vortex Finish! [DMG 60%] Every Kamen Rider needs their own Finisher, and in the case of Sento he triggers his by either turning the crank on his Build Driver or pushing one of his Full Bottles into the appropriate slots on one of his weapons. Flooding himself and his armaments with power before unleashing it in a single deadly strike!
