Nobody entered the mall with feelings of apprehension, surprisingly. This was for one of two reasons: The first was that he really wasn't much of a 'mall guy', taking comfort doing most of his shopping either at black market shops or local mom-and-pop stores. He takes pride in supporting local businesses. The second reason was that Nobody had not been on a date in a long time.

-and this was a date. He was pretty blatant in saying as much when inviting Princess Peach out, so there goes the comfort of flirtatious ambiguity their last outing had.

It wasn't so much the date itself that was stressful, but more-so the persona he was forced to put on for its duration. Have you ever told a harmless white lie, then were forced to double-down and reinforce that little lie with subsequent "little" lies, and they compounded one after the other until avoiding the truth was like performing a dangerous tight-rope act? Now replace a white lie with fabricating your entire personality and mannerisms from day 1. Honestly, Nobody couldn't even remember his initial intentions or reasonings behind getting close to the princess like this. Granted, most of his plans were formed pretty off the cuff; but even he wasn't sure where this was going right now. Not to mention playing "Mr. Gentleman" was grating on his psyche... and yet he'd endure. Why? Nobody doesn't know.

"I hope you're ready for an unforgettable evening, Peach~" He'd warmly greet the princess upon her arrival, sticking relatively close to the entrance until she did. "I was thinking we could start off with a movie and see where the night takes us from there. Thoughts?"

--It's okay Nobody. The only chain store ever featured in the mall has been the pokemon butcher. iaubgrwsufv ... Peach arrived at the mall in her usual attire, the click of her high heels against the pavement signaling her arrival, though her beautifal pink dress probably made it easy to pick her out before even that was heard. “Oh Theodore~!” Peach fondly called out with a wave and a bright smile. “I made it here alright, in spite of a little detour...” she went on to explain, trailing off for a moment. “I helped~!” Perry announced rather proudly from over her shoulder.

At Nobody's offering, Peach stifled a giggle. Unforgettable? The mall?? Well, far be it from her to be cynical. She'd keep her expectations modest so that she'd be able to be happy with whatever came of it, average evening or not, though. “That sounds lovely.” Peach replied. “Did you have a specific type of movie in mind..?” she then went on to curiously ask.

Nobody performed a sweeping bow with one arm upon the princess' arrival, making sure to hold it for a solid second before rising back up to take in her typical beauty. Pink, vibrant, and elegant as always... with the new addition of a talking cream-colored parasol. That was "new". "Oh. Hello." He curtly greeted the umbrella with a nod. "I wasn't aware that the princess was bringing along a friend." He knew from her file in the archives that Peach fought with a parasol on occasion, but reading a line of text and seeing it in person were two completely different things. Was it some kind of AI? Was it magic? Was it fully sentient? Who brings a talking umbrella to a date??

Nevertheless, he was quick to adapt. You didn't become the best in the biz' by sitting on your haunches. "Walk with me?" He smoothly sidled up to the princess' left before holding his elbow level to the blonde: an offer for her to take his arm, should she accept, before heading into the mall proper and finally answering Peach's question. "I suppose whatever catches our fancy, hm?" 'Theodore' hummed, before a sudden thought brought his smirk back out.

"Although I'd be lying to say a 'horror' film isn't enticing. I hear they can make dates rather thrilling." One eyebrow perked up ever so slightly. It was cliché, but what guy would say no to having a pretty girl cling to their side during a scary scene?
