As the four girls enter the stadium they come upon a portal right in the middle of it. Inside the portal lay a vast wasteland, a wasteland that the girls would all recognize save for Peach who was leading them there. Keyblades which had been long and forgotten, empty shells of what they used to be as their masters were no longer there. Sitting down in the crossroads was a remnant of the past, something again most of the girls would recognize. Namine may recognize this one the most given she was the one that summoned him the first time.

Hunched over on his Keyblade was The Lingering Will. Unbeknownst to the group he was merely an echo of what they had seen before. As they approached they would hear a voice coming from the armor. 

"Who are you?" the voice echoed throughout the area. "Keyblades.... I feel their power..... Aqua? Ven? Is that you? No..... you are not my friends....." the voice spoke before taking notice of them all. "Whoever you are it does not matter....." the voice echoed as the sentient armor started to get up. 

"Prepare yourselves..... I will see your true worth....." The Lingering Will prepared for battle as it stood up and took a readied stance.

A bunch of bandits marched out onto the field holding a squirming bag, as is the style at the time. They then unceremoniously dump the bag's contents onto the ground with a series of chuckles, revealing a girl in a small white dress. They then quickly ran off, leaving the princess tailing them to watch. Peach rushed out onto the field, pausing to take in the moment of deja vu. Ah, yes. The kidnapping. That was her first time in the arena too. She slowed herself and reached out to delicately offer the fallen girl a hand.

“...I do believe we've been drawn up into mischief, Namine. I hope you're okay.” Peach softly remarked, eyeing the armored warrior before her. “Who's that, princess?” Perry curiously asked.

...Great. The match hadn't even started yet and she already had a scraped knee and a sore back. Namine softly groaned in dismay as she shifted onto her hands and knees, only to be offered a hand by a familiar face. Namine gratefully took said hand and pulled herself up, delicately brushing off her dress a little. Her gaze slowly shifted to acknowledge the animate armor in the arena, a glimmer of recognition in her eyes.

That's...

She had a clear memory of that armor. That was Terra! Except... something wasn't right. He hadn't said a word to them as they'd approached. It reminded her of a certain state he'd been in ...

[Kairi, Princess of Heart]

Kairi followed the bandits from the air with their bags of kidnapped victims. Jumping from roof to roof and flying when needing to. She paused as she noticed them enter the Stadium... huh, it kind of looked a bit different than usual... a portal? Well, deciding there was not much choice in the matter the princess jumped down and dashed into the portal and looking around at... The Keyblade Graveyard? This was where they fought that war with the thirteen darknesses... She watched as the bandits ran past her out. Huh, they already dropped the bags...

"Peach, Namine! You two alright?" Kairi asked as she made a hurried step toward them before noticing the armor. "... That armor..." she remarked as she recogonized that suit from when it protected them from Xehanort... "Aqua and Ven... wait, so you're really Terra?" she realized after a short moment of putting that together.

... Well, despite being Terra he seemed more in a fighting mood than talking this mix-up over. "... Stay behind me, Namine!" Kairi called to Namine as she summoned her Keyblade, Destiny's Embrace and took a readied stance.

Coming in dead last from the bag chase madness was Xion, who took a bit of a moment to smack at least one of the bandits upside down for the trouble they caused. She had no way on how to fly She approached the trio of girls, but before she could ask about why were they in the Keyblade Graveyard, the armored figure in front of them...talked? It felt more like she could hear a distant spirit echo through the field.

Unlike Namine and Kairi, Xion had not much memory to go to recognize who was this armored figure trying to talk to them. She sort of knew Terra, but not the armor the man wore, so what Kairi said came as a bit of a shock "Wait, that's Terra?" Xion questioned, looking at the Lingering Will, who was looking rather poised to attack. "I don't think he's here to offer us a training session..."

Geez, she didn't want to be roped into a fight, but well...she wasn't gonna let her girlfriend and Namine to fend for themselves...even if they had a stadium champion backing them up...probably. "...well, you heard Kairi, Nami. Get behind her." Xion said, stepping forward to face Lingering Will, summoning Kingdom Key, and sliding in her combat stance. Speaking of the champion, though...

The raven-haired takes a moment to address Peach. "Um...I hope it wouldn't be much trouble if you could give us some aid, Your Majesty--um, Peach? A-am I allowed to call you 'Peach'?" Xion said in a rather bashful manner. She was kind of certain Peach wouldn't just...up and leave them, but never hurt to be certain she was okay with all this.

The name Terra was brought up multiple times by this group. They knew of him or rather what he once was, it did not matter if they were allies or enemies though. To truly test these keyblade wielders he would need the resolve to attack them even if they meant no harm. This was a fight to determine if they were worthy of his praise and of his power. He didn't sense Xehanort among them or any dark intentions however. "Terra....Yes that is what they call me...." The animated armor spoke once again as he would begin his assault. "To test your true worth, ally or not, is why I am here....Prepare yourselves...." 

The Lingering Will starts off by targeting Xion by formchanging his keyblade into a bow then started firing arrows of light at her, three of them to be exact.

The other two arrows of light were very unlikely to hit but that did not matter as only one of them needed to hit in order to activate the Command Change Attack. 
Xion feels herself overcome with a strange curse that seals away all of her abilities, she has to get out of by doing one of two things. 1. She needs to roll an Even number on a 1d20+WIS roll to free herself from the curse. Rolling an Odd number automatically inflicts 10% damage to her for every attempt to free herself from this curse. 2. She has to rely on her friends to take down the Small HP Bar that happens when The Lingering Will uses a Command based attack, until one of these conditions are met she cannot do anything at all. This means no actions can be used at all until then. 

The Lingering Will's body glows with a strange light as a green circle that looks like a clock with an 40% on it appears above its head. This attack activated The Lingering Will's Small HP Bar. 

Next with Xion powerless she did not pose a threat to it. The Lingering Will would then move to attack Peach who had been seemingly oblivious to what was happening. This was his chance to attack! 

Formchanging its keyblade into the Ultima Cannon, The Lingering Will would fire a large ball of light that tracked down Peach no matter where she went. This attack cannot be dodged but it can be blocked! 

WIS Roll for Ultima Cannon:

Very likely chance to hit Peach. This attack does 30% damage to her if it hits. However she can also try to deflect it if she rolls at least a 14 in a flat 1d20. Deflecting this attack does mean she can't block it and will take full damage if they fail to deflect it, however successfully deflecting the attack will result in The Lingering Will taking the full damage instead! 

Lastly The Lingering Will would charge at Kairi with Namine behind her then perform its Whip Attack to try and hit both of them at once.

"Hey, wait a second--!" Xion would start to protest before a light arrow was lodged onto her shoulder. Wincing in pain, she removed the light arrow from her, jumping back to avoid the other two shots. Grunting in frustration, Xion would try to move and strike, but the Lingering Will was preparing another attack. In a hurry, she created a bubble shield to stave off the blow.

Landing on the ground, she summoned her Kingdom Key - the summoning feeling a bit unresponsive at first due to the curse trying to hold her back - but she managed to pull it off regardless. "I didn't sign up for this, but if you want to be beaten down this badly, then I'll gladly oblige!" Xion said, rushing towards the armored character, before taking a couple of swings at him!

Despite a rather sluggish start and middling end, she managed to land a good second swing in the mask. As she finished the third swing though, she quickly used her free hand to tap onto a bangle she had on her other arm, bringing up a keychain. she would swap the Kingdom Key's keychain with the one she just brought up, the Keyblade changing forms as she did so!

(Xion's Gear Change! Due to one of her attack rolls being lower than 12+, this is a free action. Using Rage Gear/Astral Blast. +2 WIS Mod, -2 STR Mod.)

With a more magically-attuned Keyblade now in her hands, Xion points it toward Lingering Will, the tip glowing a bright orange. "Feel the burn!" she said, shooting a large fireball towards Terra's armored form. The fireball seemed to home in on the armored warrior, albeit a little slowly.

Afterwards, she would point her Keyblade upward, purple energy radiating from its tip. "Force!" she called, suddenly pointing her Keyblade towards the Lingering Will and blasting a purple projectile towards him. If he were to be hit by it, he wouldn't take too much damage, but perhaps the increased weight was going to be a bigger concern...

Peach stood guard over all the small normal sized girls, watching the lingering will with a confused or questioning look on her face. I mean--She looks pretty scary over there like she has no clue what to expect. Wouldn't you be terrified meeting her gaze? I would. Jokes aside though, a small gasp of “Oh!” escaped her as she witnesses a cannon materialize, ready to fire at ... her! Oh right. She was a fighter, not a spectator. Yeah that checked out. Peach made the last-second effort to raise Perry and shield herself with his canopy!

...bouncing the blast right off of him and back at the Lingering Will. Peach cautiously poked her head out from behind Perry to check if the coast was clear afterwards.

My keyblade is an umbrella. Join me or die; can you do any less?

Peach took a deep breath. ...Alright, this was just a stadium match. She'd done this many times before. She could do this. “I would be more than happy to support you with everything I have, Miss.” Peach fondly remarked in response to Xion's request.

She then promptly performed a magical girl transformation, her dress floofing out and becoming extra frilly as she prepared herself for battle.

And finally... she conjured a giant pink heart and launched it at Lingering Will! Upon getting near him, it would abruptly explode into a flurry of smaller hearts! Probably to the tune of Perry making play-pretend explosion noises.

Namine felt her heart race as she was chided into taking cover behind Kairi. As Lingering Will attacked them, a very brief shriek of fright escaped her, cowering behind Kairi. Why was she here?? she didn't like pain! Or fighting! But... what about the others? Should she try and fight? ...Could she?

Kairi deflected the Whip Strikes with her Keyblade as Terra charged at her and Namine. She gave a look back to make sure Namine wasn't hurt before returning to the Lingering Will. "I'm with you!" Kairi declared in reply to Peach and Xion before holding a hand to her heart. Wings would sprout from her back as she unleashed her light all at once. "Here I go!" she declares as she prepared to rapidly bash into the Armored Foe with her Destiny's Embrace with the empowered state.

After the strikes at the Lingering Will Kairi would give a spin as her Keyblade formchanged of it's own into twin fans that whipped up a whirlwind aiming to blow back the Lingering Anger. She would then swiftly follow up in a flash of light quickly zooming around him to hit him with her fans form multiple angles. After this combination of attacks she would turn back into light and quickly put herself between him and Namine again, taking a moment to steady herself from all that zooming. "Got it, I'll be sure to let you know. Thanks, Peach!" Kairi called over.

The Lingering Will unleashed the first assault as Xion managed to escape the curse of the Command Changing Attack which he put on her with ease. Next she used her keyblade to attack him which he would aim to dodge her first swing.

The first Keyblade swing was easily dodged but upon the next he would take an automatic hit. Though his Keyblade Armor halved the blow in effectiveness reducing his HP by a mere 4%. The attacks were not over yet though as Xion went for a third swing. Letting this one hit rather than dodging it The Lingering Will once again halved the damage toward it for another 4% damage toward it. 

Next was Xion's Firaga aimed straight at The Lingering Will. He would move to dodge out of the way of the spell.

The Lingering Will easily dodged the Firaga which was shortly followed up with a Graviga, The Lingering Will would aim to dodge this as well.

Narrowly escaping away from the effects of the Graviga, The Lingering Will steeled itself for more attacks. Next up was Peach who threw back his Ultima Cannon shot! This would hit him for a full 30% damage as there was no way he could dodge it!

Next Peach would fire off a huge blast made of hearts that would go right for The Lingering Will at a fast pace. Not being able to dodge it in time The Lingering Will activated its Bubble Shield to block the attack. 

100% - 34% - 10% (Activation) = 56% Shield left.

Last was Kairi's attacks which made Namine who seemed left out a bit vulnerable looking. That would be who he would target next, she was an anomaly after all so it might be best to take her out first. Then again Peach was definitely a heavy hitter too. Kairi unleashed her keyblade toward him as he would attempt to dodge the blows.

Now it was The Lingering Will's turn. First thing's first Kairi was the primary damage dealer right now so he would focus his attention on her. 

First he would summon 3 Bits that all would target Kairi. This does not count as a combo attack as they act on their own. Three separate WIS rolls are rolled however for each individual hit. 

WIS Rolls for Bits: Each separate bit has 20% HP and fires once per bit, each one fires a laser for 15% damage per bit. Right now all of them are being used to focus fire on Kairi, does not count as a combo as each individual Bit can act on its own.

Next The Lingering Will would do the Drill attack on Peach aka the other heavy hitter. He form-changes his Keyblade into a Drill before attacking Peach three times in a combo attack.

It's an Orange Seal. This seals away all Primary attacks if the save on a CON roll is lower than a 12. Everyone has to roll for this, and if one of these fail then that person has their primary attacks sealed away until the Small HP Bar is reduced to 0%. 

And then that is it for The Lingering Will's turn for now. He readies himself for their next attacks as he awaits his turn once more.

"This guy's quick!" Xion said to herself as the Lingering Will evaded her magic attacks. Thankfully, both Peach and Kairi were deemed the most dangerous at the moment, so Terra's armor wasn't focusing on her...aside from a strange seal that didn't work on her.

While he was distracted with the other two, Xion got an idea. Pointing her Keyblade upward, Xion kept her gaze trained on Lingering Will. "Stop!" she chanted, the time magic surrounding Xion for a moment as the spell tried to slow down the living armor.

Whether or not she'd succeed in slowing the armor down, the young replica continued her attack, twirling her Keyblade in preparation. "Get 'em!" Xion said, before tossing Astral Blast towards Lingering Will like a boomerang!  The Keyblade spun towards and through him before suddenly stopping and returning to Xion...as well as tentatively striking the living irate armor again.

With her Keyblade back in her hand after the Strike Raid, Xion then pointed her Keyblade forward, and made a incredibly fast dashing thrust towards the Lingering Will!

...Xion gained solid footing, and took advantage of that. She quickly turned to thrust her Keyblade again, this time for sure nailing a hit on the Lingering Will. Her momentum granted another opportunity, however the follow-up thrust was a tad more sluggish than her previous one. The black-haired girl, took a moment to recollect her bearings before returning to her normal battle stance, trying to keep her focus on the armor.

Kairi winced as one of the bits nailed her causing her to flinch a bit. At the other two bits she fanned away with her weapons in deflection. That stung but she's still full of fight. She focused her heart and her body began to shimmer with a warm light as she partially converted her body into light energy. This should help her evade his assault better as well as take his hits more effectively if she has to.

With a deep breath she held her fans out before tossing the transformed Keyblade at him with her left fan first, then the right, and then she recalled the left fan before throwing it too. she finished this up by firing a ball of pure light at the enemy that could deal some decent damage if it landed. She then recalled her other fan before reforming it into Destiny's Embrace.

Peach yelped and staggered backward as she was repeatedly strick by a drill, doing her best not to get poked anywhere too sensitive or get her dress torn... Once she had a moment, she pressed the magical heart she'd retrieved from the lovesplosion into her chest, absorbing it to help offset her injuries.

She then twirled about and delicately took a swing at the lingering will with Perry, who chimed in with a cheerful “Hello~!” as he was swung, coating his canopy in magic that cut with supernatural power on impact!

She then, in the same graceful pirouette, drew a frying pan from the depths of her skirt and swung it like a lightsaber at the lingering will's cheek, imbuing it with explosive magical power to give it a dramatically disproportionate impact to her dainty, girly swing.

Namine watched the ongoing battle with a mixture of concern and doubt written on her face, one hand held over her head. She wanted to help, ...but... she felt like she'd just get in the way and wind up needing to be saved. A burden. ..........But maybe she could support them from back here. Namine reluctantly urged herself to try, summoning Sora's Enemy Card to empower herself and then focusing on altering fate to swing the battle in their favor. She envisioned Kairi's attack, and very subtly manipulated her memories to give her a bit of insight into how the lingering will would attempt to resist her attack, assisting her in landing it!
