Coco was on her laptop on one side of the arena looking down at it as she typed away in wait. Chell stood isolated in a corner, just looking at Roxas who returned a confused expression. Raffitrois was practicing her kicks. Roll and Leviathan were hanging out together. Leviathan seemed to be doing test motions with Roll.

"Easy on the hair-gel, kid. You'll grease yourself bald with all those chemicals!" Nobody quipped, smiling a wry smile behind his mask as he walked up upon the loitering Roxas.

Now, why would a mercenary of all things like Nobody just be playing around in the Sunshine Stadium of all places? Well besides money being tight in the absence of jobs, this apparently was a good way to get your name out in terms of showcasing your fighting ability. Now--Wait, this felt familiar. Nobody was getting the oddest sense of deja-vu.

"Nobody, by the way. Didn't your hair use to be red?" He asked, trying to recall how that last encounter had ended. "Or did I miss the memo about the 'black, leather cloaks' fad? That'd be a bold trend if I've ever seen one."

It seems Nobody is challenging Roxas to a fight. How fun!

"Red hair and cloak? You don't mean..." Roxas looked to the Nobody at him... He didn't use hair gel at all! These spikes were natural! Oh right, he was talking about Axel. "You know Axel?" he asked. Clearly this was actually a boyband cult. "I'm Roxas... and well, guess we need to fight," The rules of this stadium were weird.

"Sparkga!" he declared, initiating the fight rather immediately by trying to catch the Nobody-... if he didn't know better he'd feel he was mocking him up. Etiher way the prisms of light tried to batter him.

Roxas then did a turn before throwing his Oathkeeper Keyblade as he summoned it towards Nobody in an attempt to smack him and open him up to his followup. Light flowed through the Keyblade as it flew towards it's target.

Roxas leaving very little room to breathe after two critical strikes dashed forward and summoned Oblivion for a twisting strike. Oathkeeper reappeared in his hand as he aimed to perform a spinning strike with his duo of weapons. Revealing he was the nerd to dual wield weird swords.

"I guess we do." Nobody agreed with an eyeroll. His hand crept down to his pocket to withdraw the Dimension Driver so that he could transform, but it's not like there was any sense of urgency in his movements. Honestly, this kid barely looked old enough to drink and like they were fresh out of a 90's toy commercial. What's the worst they could d-

"WHAT THE ^$!&*%@" Before Nobody could even emit a curse word to verbalize the amount of shock and surprise he'd experienced, he suddenly found himself being barraged by salvos of light geometry before a deceptively-impractically-shaped sword coated in lightning tore into his frame like a demented Buzzsaw. If his beaten-in survival instincts hadn't kicked in to allow the mercenary to summon his Rider weapon, the Chekhovgirade, to deflect the next blade strike with his own, there's a good chance he'd have been at death's door before the first few seconds of the match had even passed.

"Jesus boyband, do you not understand what 'chill' means?!" The heavily damaged merc gasped, shoving away both of Roxas' swords at once before leaping back several meters. Okay: talk-time later, henshin-time RIGHT NOW!

From within his pocket, the mercenary hastily withdrew his Dimension Driver. Holding the pink and black cellular-like device aloft, he quickly inputted the activation code before placing it up against his midriff and causing a belt to slide out from it and tightly wrap around him.

"Henshin!" (+4 STR/DEX/CON stat buff; x2 damage received; perma-death enabled)

He curled his fists at his sides while the glyphs lining the device's front screen lit up, before abruptly projecting out a bright yellow beam. Suddenly: man-sized, translucent panels, each bearing its own symbol, appeared lined up like dominoes before the mercenary, before he charged head first into them. On contact, each projection shattered, revealing a piece of armor now firmly attached to over his battered form. Gauntlets, boots, armor plating, before finally the helmet as Nobody emerged, fully transformed into Mugen Rider Culturgen!

"I'm taking the advantage." Nobody announced, albeit a bit more strained than he'd normally be at the start of a fight.

After rushing in with his own, severely undercharged, sword for a few slashes to test the waters (maybe see if what happened just now wasn't just a fluke) Nobody would leap back a few meters and put some distance between them before clearing his throat. "Look, Roxy: I don't know if that cult bothered to teach you any manners while they were inducting you; but let me clue you in on some standard gladiatorial-fight etiquette." Nobody jeered over at his opponent, his words suddenly reverberating across the arena and seemingly distorting space around the keyblade wielder as they attempted to penetrate his mind, moments before he'd attempt to use the opportunity to land a shot from his weapon after shifting it into its blaster form. "You're not supposed to start 'all-out'. You've gotta start 'small' and then work up to it!"

"Why would I need to chill?" Roxas questioned as he twirled Oblivion for a moment getting ready again as he paused as his foe started transforming. Something told him it would be rude to interrupt that. So he lightened his stance so Roxas stood up as he watched the display... Kind of cool actually. He was so distracted the first slash hit him before he got back into the game, dodging the sword slashes swiftly. That... barely hurt actually. Huh.

The start of a fight is the most important part," Roxas countered, apparently uneffected by Nobody's words. He then moved to smack the shot aside before suddenly shifting behind Nobody in one swift movement.

He successfully deflected the shot and zipped behind his opponent before beginning a rapid flurry of blows.

After the sequence he would hop before throwing Oblivion at the Mugen Rider. In the next motion he would resummon the Keyblade as soon as it missed or hit it's mark before rushing forward in a dual slash, spreading his two weapons in an attempt to cut through him with both Keyblades.

"I guess you're not a firm believer in 'slow and steady wins the race,' then?!" Nobody shouted in response, weaving and parrying away all of Roxas subsequent attacks with his own fancy footwork despite the nobody's attempt to out-maneuver him in the heat of the moment. Maybe he had overestimated this kid and that last bout had been a fluke. Nevertheless, he allowed himself room to breathe and taunt the blonde with a click of his tongue and a beckoning flick of his sword. "You know, I've always wondered if cult barbeques were as good as everyone cracked them up to be... But you seem more like the potluck type of guy."

Hey, if he couldn't land any hits, the least Nobody could do was annoy his opponent to hell and back until the kid slipped up. It's his signature move! "I'm a hit at parties. I've got this great game everyone's always dying to play--"

Nobody reached down to his Dimension Driver, clicking the Phi symbol on its screen. In response, the sound of energy revved from the suit, all of his armor's yellow light panels shining a bright red as a crimson aura covered his form. Immediately after, a deep and sultry voice too far removed to be Nobody's own could be heard announcing with a penetrating tone:
"Phi Charge~!" (ϕ-Charge: 1st Use: Stores damage (for a max of 3 turns), disables user's bubble-shield)

"The game's 'rubber,' and you're the glue. Whatever you throw at me will bounce off and stick right back to you!" He warned before charging in with renewed vigor to re-engage his blade with Roxas'. The merc's invigorated tone certainly didn't give any indication that he was lying. Time to see which of them was the biggest Nobody around!

Nobody finished off the maneuver by leaping several meters into the air, the bug-like lenses of his helm locking gaze with the keyblade wielder before he abruptly shot back down like a rocket, unleashing a powerful flying side-kick! "HAAAAA!"

"Can't say I much live for that strategy, no," Roxas retorted. Wow, this guy sure liked to talk a lot during a fight. "... I'm not in a cult!... I don't what a potluck is!" Roxas remarked as Nobody was starting to annoy him with this weird banter.

... Rubber and glue? Did his armor have the power to repel his attacks now? Roxas felt there was a hint there as he started getting assaulted by attack after attack.

Roxas dodged and deflected all the sword swings with little effort as he stayed his ground. However he flew back at the kick and hunched over for a second.

"For the last time, it's Roxas! Now it's my turn!" Roxas stood back up with a fire in his eyes. "If you're rubber that means I'll just have to hit you until you snap first!" he calls out his strategy before he dashed forward and threw Oathkeeper once more, it glowing with a bright light. In the next moment Roxas vanished from sight while Nobody was busy with his keyblade.

Roxas then reappeared above Nobody and attempted to slam him down with Oblivion in an instantaneous motion, an explosion of light bursting over the battlefield from the attack with pillars of light coming up in accordance with the attack.

While Nobody was busy sipping his juice and warming up the crowd, he neglected to pay attention to the enemy he'd just gotten pissing off and pounding into the dirt. As Roxas angerly retorted to his riposte mimed cleaning out an ear while he lazily turned back to address the keyblader. "I don't think you really grasp what an 'analogy' is, ki-"

As the Spark Raid came charging at him, Nobody performed a simple standing front-flip to evade the flying keyblade; however even after landing he immediately tensed up upon seeing Roxas vanish from sight. His caution was duly rewarded, as the now airborne blonde reappeared directly above him; slamming his second weapon down onto the Rider. With a hasty jump Nobody just barely managed to push himself back and fall away from the blow, escaping the erupting pillar of light and subsequent explosions just by the nick of his teeth. [This kid is relentless!] The pressured merc thought, worry and dread filling him once he'd realized that his last maneuver left him completely open to a follow-up attack--and considering the last few, there was no way it wouldn't be a doozy.

Sure enough, another relentless barrage of prismatic light burned and blasted at him from seemingly everywhere at once; and while Nobody managed to shield himself from a good chunk of that damage, there was only so much his armor could compensate for. As he crashed back into the wall of the stadium floor, his previously pristine suit coated in scorches and sparking implements, a blaring alarm caught Nobody's attention once he assessed the damages. Any more abuse like this and his Dimension Driver would certainly blow... which also meant that he would blow. And considering he hadn't packed any damage-reversing miracle items on this occasion...

"Alright, alright--Ya got me, blondie!" Nobody groaned, his smarmy town somewhat weighed down between the cracked ribs and dislocated shoulder he painfully popped back into place a second later. After pushing himself out of the wall implement, the merc reproached Roxas with his hands raised up in a sign of surrender. "Can't say I'll shut up since it's part of my brand; but I'll concede the fight.--Exposure ain't worth dying for, at least not in my books." As a further demonstration that he wasn't intending to continue their battle, Nobody pulled his driver off of his waist. In response to the maneuver, the segments of his armor displacing and faded off of his body in a brief flash of light, and leaving Nobody back in his original mercenary garb... although now notably scuffed and covered in scorch marks, tears, and even a few cuts and scraps dotted his visible skin.

"That's one hell of a pair of swords you got, though. Where do I pick up one of those?" He remarked with a mischievous glint in his eye. Seems even in defeat the guy wasn't willing to totally leave empty-handed.

Roxas was surprised he was still keeping up but he prepared himself to continue the assault... Until his opponent surrendered stopping his advance as he paused. He wasn't sure if he trusted this surrender at first. He has a history of falling for cheap shots. However when the mercenary changed back he finally eased up a bit. Huh, guess he wasn't bluffing. "... Well, I wasn't looking for a fight to the death anyway..." Roxas replied as he stood up and dismissed Oblivion and Oathkeeper in a flash of light and a flash of darkness respectively.

".... Couldn't tell you. Even if I could these things are more trouble than they are worth. If I were you I'd just forget it," Roxas replied. He kind of felt the Keyblades were a curse at times but they weren't exactly something he could just get rid of. He turned around ready to leave the Nobody to his desire for magic door openers. "And don't call me blondie either," he added before moving to go. No point in waiting around if the match was over.
