Normally this wouldn't be much a cause for special attention, but whatever it is has settled into a spot that's normally prime real estate for nefarious dealings; so some rich dude's willing to pay some mad cash to clear the danger so their buyers don't get nommed. Also something-something 'busted water main could flood the system and fry the entire data archive.' I could handle it myself, but I figured a helping hand or two couldn't hurt. You in?"
