For Amitie, I'll grab the Nebula Blaze and Spirit Flame.
In case Nebula Blaze is not a valid option (since I didn't pick it up before you closed the server), you can replace it with the Charged Blaster Cannon.

For Aile, I'll grab the Sky Dragon's Fury and the Vortex Beater.

So since Sea Draco was the only one that I used for multiple parts, she's gonna be getting all of the loot from this.

Stardust Cell Staff: "Jelly, why did you pick this staff to attach too?" If it's okay with you Marin, I'd like to take the strongest staff I got at end of the game with a slight caveat that it's pseudo merged with the Slime Staff, as in the cells will come out but will be made of slime. I don't think that would cause any issues outside of like, flavor but if it does. Then revert to the Slime Staff. I wanna make sure Jelly can come back with her.

Slimy Pillion: "A-alright I'll take you too...~" The Pillow that called forth the loyal, winged slime mount that Sea Draco was using since the beginning of Part 2. It also in game has the ability to Goomba Stomp people. I can't really think of another tool from Part 2 that stuck with her for as long and that she got as much use out of.

Dark Harvest: "This thing feels weird... and... scary" The strange whip Sea Draco obtained during the Pumpkin Moon. It's my personal favorite whip and it would work well as a way to tie in the whole "slowly becoming a monster" thing that I tried to get going with to Li.

Yo! Sorry about the wait. It's just I promised something huge and it took me a bit to get past it. Anyway--For the sake of not flooding the staff with stuff that needs approving, you can assume I have already reviewed these moves I created and given them a casual approval.


Coolshaymin

For Moon

Eventide: Pronounced with a hard E like "evening", this magical bow fires off five rainbow colored sword-like projectiles with each shot. The damage from this attack can be divided up between multiple targets, suffering a -4 damage penalty for each additional target it damages. Each arrow does double damage if it scores a direct hit, represented by it beating their defense roll by 6+. (Medium Dex Attack; Does 14% Damage)

Kaleidoscope: For when you want to come out as an absolutely fabulous dominatrix without having to say a word. It does -10 damage against bubble shields, but does +4 pride damage against very masculine characters. Has 6 uses before its power depletes and it needs to be recharged via holding it close to the heart and focusing on it for a moment. It costs an action to recharge 3 charges worth of use. You can also use a charge to make a tripping attack once per turn, which does 8% damage and either stuns the target or steals one of their actions that turn. Or you can add a grappling effect to an attack with this weapon at the cost of an extra action. (Heavy Dex Attack; Does 24% Damage)

Hover Board: A hover board! All fuel carried for the flight must be carried on the board, which paradoxically increases the weight it has to be able to carry. It has 3 minutes of flight on it, or 180 seconds. Every turn spent on the board consumes 6 seconds of fuel... per Moon-sized occupant. This allows for unrestricted flight. You can double, triple, and quadruple the amount of fuel spent per turn to grant a +1, +2, and +3 to the dodge modifiers of anyone on board respectively and to any speed related rolls they make. It is assumed the board can be refueled between threads.

Sky Fracture: Launch a series of arcane swords with a wave of the real sword at your target! (Light Comboable Wis Attack; Does 8% Damage)

Rainbow Rod: Launch a perfectly controllable rainbow projectile that sheds light and has a 30% chance to blind a target for 1 turn on a hit. When used, the projectile can stick around for up to two turns and attack enemies as a free action. 2 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 20% Damage)


For Raffideux:

Flying Dragon: A really cool dragon themed sword that releases shockwaves with each mighty swing, the shockwaves traveling out and penetrating solid objects/characters, allowing it to hit people hiding behind cover or multiple characters more easily. However, it is so unwieldy that a little girl can't wield it properly, such that it costs two actions to use. These two actions represent two attacks, the first being a direct hit and the second being a shockwave. The direct hit strikes for 15% damage and the shockwave strikes for 15% damage. Roll their accuracies separately, however only the first accuracy roll determines a crit, with both parts dealing double damage on a crit confirm. Additionally, anyone struck by the first hit cannot dodge the second hit, even if they bubble shield it, as if they were stunned. (Medium Str/Wis Attack; Does 15/15 Damage)

Moon Charm: You were a furry fox, but now you're a furry wolf! ...Kind of a lateral move, honestly. In fact, if you're Krystal, people will probably still recognize you and everything. Of course, you could also put it on someone else and try to force them to undergo an awful transformation... They can just take it off though, so y'know. Maybe put some glue on it first. Increases the wearer's base strength and base dexterity by 4 during the night when work with respect to the max base stat of 20, and grants them a strength based claw (8% comboable) attack and a strength based bite attack that ignores damage reduction other than invincibility (15% damage). However, under a full moon/blood moon/blue moon, the wearer loses themselves and goes on a rampage, devouring everyone in their path, though they can prioritize anyone attacking them first. They do not remember anything they did after losing control.

Razorblade Typhoon: Blasts of air imbued with the sea's coastal strength are launched at a target, leaving lots of shallow cuts all over their bodies as it homes in on them and consumes them with its watery fury. This attack is made with a bonus +2 to its accuracy modifier. 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 16% Damage)


For Yuumi:

Inferno Fork: Launch a fireball that lingers after it hits a target, doing bonus damage equal to however much the target failed their defense roll by, up to a maximum of 32%! Deals max damage if someone does not even attempt to dodge it, or cannot even attempt to dodge it for some reason. 1 turn cooldown (Medium Wis Attack; Does 14% Damage)

Terrarian: A weird yoyo that emits ghostly green yoyos in random directions whenever it is out. This attack comes in two parts represented by a minimum of two actions each. The first part is the yoyo itself, which is a (Heavy Dex Attack that deals 24% damage) and can be used multiple times for however many actions you have. The second is a (Light, involuntarily Combo'd Dex Attack that deals 8% damage) that has a -2 accuracy penalty. This attack cannot be used if it any part of it would trigger haste or if you have already used a light comboable attack that turn. 2 turn cooldown.

Nostalgia

For Rosalina:

Stellar Tune: A cute star themed guitar that will summoned magical star shaped projectiles out to assault your foes! This attack is made with a bonus +2 to its accuracy modifier. 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 16% Damage)

Spectre Hood: A hoodie you don't even have to steal from your boy--er... girlfriend! Rather than forcing you to wear armor, which is cringe and unbased, simply having the hood on your person is enough to activate its effects. When activated, a spectre of the Grim Reaper wearing the Spectre Armor briefly flashes behind the user. For 3 turns, all damage done by the user creates a ball of life energy that can heal allies, by default targeting the allies with the least HP but able to be directed at will. The amount healed is 1 HP for every 4 damage the attack that generated it dealt (minimum 1). 3 turn cooldown


For Alphonse:

Dao of Pow: A frightening ball and chain that cannot be wielded by anyone with a strength stat under 15. It has a 30% chance of afflicting the mortal wound status and a 10% chance of afflicting the crippled status on dexterity or strength, with the status chance doubling each successive time it hits the target. However, swinging this massive, heavy weapon around makes agility futile. The wearer has -1 action on any turn they use the dao of pow, and suffers a -2 dodge penalty following any turn they used it. It uses strength when used at melee range and dexterity at greater ranges. (Heavy Str/Dex Attack; Does 30% Damage)

Frozen Shield: For 3 turns, a magic shield that projects a forcefield around your entire party within a 40 foot radius around you. Half of all damage taken by your party is instead taken by you, and you gain +8 damage resistance against damage taken on behalf of other party members. However, this damage cannot be resisted by other forms of damage resistance. If you fall below half your maximum health, this buff becomes inactive but continues running down its duration normally until you get back above 50% HP. 3 turn cooldown

Spirit Flame: Summon ghostly purple flames on one turn, attack on the next! When used, you may use up all your remaining actions to summon more flames. On your next turn or up to two turns thereafter, the flames can fly at enemies and attack them as a free action! The damage on this move represents one flame worth of damage. Each flame has a 10% chance of damage, with multiple flame hits simply upping the chance by 10% instead of having to roll burn chance multiple times. 2 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 20% Damage)



For Aile:

Sky Dragon's Fury: A special staff! You can spin it with a certain grace, creating a painful electrical barrier in its wake that harms those too close, as well as knocking them back somewhat. This is a (Heavy Dex Attack; Does 22% Damage) that has a 10% chance of stunning. It can be maintained for as many actions as you want if you don't use any other attacks inbetween it, however being hit by attacks will while doing this will force you to make a DC14 Con savev or be thrown off balance, ending the spin attack. Once it ends, it has a 3 turn cooldown.

Vortex Beater: A frankly terribly inaccurate gun that none-the-less, puts out a lot of bullets. Has a -4 accuracy penalty if you're trying to hit a specific person. However, this accuracy penalty drops to -2 when firing into a crowd of enemies. (Heavy Dex Attack; Does 27% Damage)

Rina

For Schezo:

Tome of Infinite Wisdom: Launches a whirlwind full of book pages! Has a 40% for a piece of paper to get stuck on someone's face, either rendering them blind for a turn or forcing them to spend an action removing it, as well as violently throw them aside with the force of its animating wind. 2 turn cooldown (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 20% Damage)

Mana Cloak: By tapping the cloak's power, you experience a rapid surge of mana. All cooldowns on all your damaging spells end immediately, and you get one free use of any attack that wasn't already on cooldown without incurring that attack's cooldown. However, you suffer mana sickness. Your attacks do -10 damage for 1 turn, and then -5 damage on the following turn (Minimum: 1). Any cooldown-free bonus attacks are lost after 2 turns. 2 turn cooldown.



For Ringo:

Starlight: A magical rapier that projects a rainbow shockwave with every thrust! Has a 10% chance to stun and a 10% chance to charm. At the cost of an extra turn of cooldown and 2% recoil, you can use this attack multiple times during the same turn. 1 turn cooldown (Medium Cha Attack; Does 20% Damage)

Rainbow Gun: Rainbow Gun: Channel the power of love through a gun! ...Very slightly cursed, if you put it that way. Thankfully, it shoots rainbows--not bullets. Though it does need reloading, possessing 6 charges. It costs an action to reload the rainbow gun for 3 charges worth of use. Deals +10 damage if the opponent doesn't dodge or fails their dodge roll by 6 or more. (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 18% Damage)

For Sea Draco:

Slime Staff: Summons a puyo to fight for you! The summoned puyo can attack as a free action once a turn, either by lunging at a foe or squirting a strange elemental liquid at them. Each uses Sea Draco's charisma for accuracy instead of its own stats and does 5+Cha Mod% damage. The puyo can also be snacked on as a food item. It has 20 HP and STR/DEX/CON/INT/WIS/CHA stats of 4/10/4/0/6/4. When KO'd, or after 4 attacks, it takes a rest/vanished and this move enters a 4 turn cooldown.

Slimy Pillon: A giant puyo is summoned for riding purposes! Sea Draco gains +2 to her dexterity modifier and takes 5% less damage from attacks directed at her while riding it. The giant puyo lasts for 3 turns before it gets tired, at which point Sea Draco can continue riding it but will not gain the dexterity or damage reduction buff until she gets off and lets it rest. While riding it, a slamming attack can be made by jumping on others for 20% damage once per turn. The giant puyo itself has 40 HP. If it is reduced to 0 HP it becomes too wounded to be ridden, it's cooldown is doubled and it cannot be used again until it's HP is raised back above 0 via healing. 3 turn cooldown.

Dark Harvest: Technically a chain & sickle, not a whip, though you use it in a vaguely similar manner. This weapon doesn't hit the hardest, but cuts dealt by it cause the target to take +2 damage from all other attacks for 1 turn, ending after the user's next turn and being refreshed if they hit again. You can also use it to make a tripping attack, which does 2% damage and either stuns the target or steals one of their actions that turn. Or you can add a grappling effect to an attack with this weapon at the cost of an extra action. (Medium Dex Attack; Does 10% Damage)

For Pac-Man:

Stake Launcher: An odd cousin of the crossbow designed to propel a big stake into the hearts and minds of unholy cretins. And do you know what it's called in tabletop roleplaying games when you stake someone somewhere sensitive? A critical hit! This weapon has a 10% chance of causing a mortal wound and crits on a natural 17+ However, reloading it takes an action. (Heavy Dex Attack; Does 25% damage)

Molten Hamaxe: A tool that'll make wreck it ralph blush. Grants a +2 bonus to your roll when used to destroy inanimate objects. Additionally, when used to attack enemies it has two boons. The first is a 30% chance of burning the target, and the second is a limited ability to penetrate damage resistance. If the damage resistance comes from physical armor or a shield held in the target's hand, it ignores any damage resistance provided by that entirely. Other forms of damage resistance still apply, however. It also does +5 damage against bubble shields. 1 turn cooldown (Medium Str Attack; Does 16% Damage)

Xeno Staff: Spend a turn using as many actions as you wish without invoking haste to summon little UFOs! On the next turn and for two turns thereafter, these ufos will attempt to fire lasers at your enemies as a single attack dealing 8x(Number of UFOs) damage as a free action! These lasers have a flat accuracy of 16. After that, the staff has a 4 turn cooldown

Mermaid Dawn: Take the form of a mermaid! Allows Dawn to breathe/hear/see properly underwater and deal with water pressure much better and grants her a +4 to her base dexterity stat with respect to the base stat cap of 20 with regards to any roll involving her ability to move underwater. She also gains an additional +4 to underwater rolls to outrun something. However, if she is in this form out of water, either because she left or was removed, she is instead treated as if she were disabled (dex) and takes disadvantage on all dodge rolls. Taking and leaving this form has a cooldown of 5 turns, meaning she must spend at least 5 turns in it before she can return to normal.


For Peach:
