Mission Brief:
"Hey, Luigi! There has been some weird stuff going on down in Evershade
Valley. Usually the ghosts there are calm and relaxed but now they have
been swarming anyone who goes near and attacking them. Seeing as you
have dealt with this sort of stuff before, we decided to come and let
you be the first to know. We also called up someone who we heard
had a talent for hunting ghosts. He should be heading down there
to help you out. Best of luck to you!"
