Pac-Land was a nice place for the yellow ball of hunger as he spent his days relaxing eating cherries and well- everything else. Ghost attacks were low and even if there were any he could deal with them quickly. The Namco mascot wondered what always wondered what could be outside of his world and would sometimes find himself staring throughout the blue walls of the mazes he went into. Whether it was sheer luck or not, his visions came true when the explosion happened.
He soon found himself in an unfamiliar area where nothing was like it had looked before. No greens trees, blue walls, nothing. Collecting himself, he soon figured out that four ghost they he spent years chasing had wounded up here as well. There always was a dispute between as they were a pain for him but after some agreement they put their differences aside and decided to help the Pac hero dish out punishment to whoever got in their way.
After some hours of no fruit to eat and the sound of his boots stomping on the polluted ground beneath him, he stumbled upon the Life Sphere. The dome was definitely something different for a change and looked to be housing other people. While they weren't native to his kind, he thought they might be able to help. Several minutes of wandering the bubble led him to Mario, an old friend of his who he had raced with, and found out about the whole case. While his visions of what to do are unclear, he knows for one thing that he wants to get home and help others do the same.

Flip Kick: PAC-MAN flips his foot upwards as he does a full 360. This attack causes decent knock back in the direction they are kicked.

Butt Bounce: PAC-MAN shifts his weight directly down and smashes his bottom onto whatever is below him. If this move hits an airborne target, they will be sent crashing down and be grounded. Whether this move hits the target or the ground, Pac will be sprung back into the air higher than his normal jump would allow him to reach. This move will become the Super Butt Bounce if Pac is under the effect of anything that increases his weight such as having the metal status or the target being mini. SBBs deal +5% damage to their targets and have a small shockwave out of the point of impact.

Stake Launcher: An odd cousin of the crossbow designed to propel a big stake into the hearts and minds of unholy cretins. And do you know what it's called in tabletop roleplaying games when you stake someone somewhere sensitive? A critical hit! This weapon has a 10% chance of causing a mortal wound and crits on a natural 17+ However, reloading it takes an action.

Molten Hamaxe: A tool that'll make wreck it ralph blush. Grants a +2 bonus to your roll when used to destroy inanimate objects. Additionally, when used to attack enemies it has two boons. The first is a 30% chance of burning the target, and the second is a limited ability to penetrate damage resistance. If the damage resistance comes from physical armor or a shield held in the target's hand, it ignores any damage resistance provided by that entirely. Other forms of damage resistance still apply, however. It also does +5 damage against bubble shields. 1 turn cooldown

Pac-Dot Chain: Laying down a trail of dots in any direction of his choosing, he soon dashes down the trail in his retro form. While in his retro form, he gains armor allowing him to bypass weaker attacks. If this attack has a natural roll of 12 or higher, PAC-MAN will be healed for 3HP.

Fire Hydrant: Summons a fire hydrant from his hands and pushes it down. Once it connects with the ground, it will spew out water twice before disappearing. The water soaks and it pushes targets backwards. It can also be knocked around if hit hard enough.

Rev Roll: PAC-MAN runs in place at high speed before taking off, speeding forward as a yellow sphere. Damage is dealt when he collides with a target. It can also be used as an alternative way of dodging, a way to roll through tunnels, up ramps, and other such things.
(Dexterity, No charge deals 15% and each additional action spent increases the damage by 4% along with a +1 DEX bonus.)

Xeno Staff: Spend a turn using as many actions as you wish without invoking haste to summon little UFOs! On the next turn and for two turns thereafter, these ufos will attempt to fire lasers at your enemies as a single attack dealing 8x(Number of UFOs) damage as a free action! These lasers have a flat accuracy of 16. After that, the staff has a 4 turn cooldown.
Pac-Fever: Pac-Man steps up his game and puts that 'Hero' title to use. Upon activation, Pac-Man will gain a +2 mod to his STR and DEX for three turns. Requires a three turn cooldown after the effects wear off.

Final Smash (1)
SUPER PAC-MAN - If things are getting rough, Pac may resort to pulling out a Super Pellet. Chomping it down causes him to grow to a gigantic size, become invulnerable, and assume his retro form in it's true 2D glory. Anything in his path will be munched with targets being chewed up and spat back out. Last for three posts before Pac returns back to normal.
