Grey took the helmet in hand, putting it on as per Ciel's instruction, before looking to the others again. They were still offering up advice and support... But he didn't need it. He was dedicated, and whatever happened happened.

"Thanks everyone, seriously. I know what I'm getting myself into though. Don't hold back on my account if this goes wrong though. I'm sure with everyone here I'll get through this."

With that, he looked down at Ashe's Model A. Well, here went nothing.

"I know you don't know me, but just... Work with me. Okay?"

With that, he took a breath, mentally preparing himself. And with that... He shouted. It wasn't necessary. But he felt like he had to. It was a steadying feeling, and... It was how he performed his first Megamerge with Model A. It just felt right.

"MEGA, MEEEERGE!"



A flash of light, and a transformation in mere seconds. That was all it took for the familiar sight of Megaman, Model A to emerge before the group. The helmet Ciel made had easily survived the transformation, huzzah for intelligent design, and he sighed as the feeling of power settled in.

"This is just like merging with my Model A. It's almost relieving to know that much. A-Trans shouldn't be a problem... Hopefully." That said, Grey accessed the data stored away, and briefly looked over the capabilities of the A-Trans he was going to be using... And was stunned at the raw POWER it held. This was absurd! And if he went berserk the others were supposed to FIGHT this thing?! How was ANYONE supposed to keep control over this, let alone when merging with the actual Biometal?! Grey couldn't resist the gulp that he took, suddenly fearing for the safety of the others. Hopefully they could handle this...

"O-Okay... I'm... Gonna A-Trans now. Get ready guys. A-Trans!"

He had to do ti quickly. If he didn't, he wouldn't ever do it. And in a moment... His form had been completely replaced with that of another.



"Well... I feel okay so far..." Aile's voice came from Grey as he stretched his hand slightly, clenching and un-clenching his fist. But his opinion quickly changed.

"H-Hang on... Something's happening..." It happened too fast for him to process. Suddenly he felt this... Rage welling up inside him. Anger, hatred, and bloodlust. Within mere moments he was seeing red, despite his pitiful efforts to ward it off. He couldn't understand why an A-Trans was effecting him this way, and in his vain attempt to understand, his resistance was weakened even further. Suddenly... A W symbol flashed in the blue crystal on his head, and he screamed.

S-STOP! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

He knew what he had been getting in to. But in that moment, through the forced anger... He felt an indescribable level of fear, the kind he'd only felt once before. His hands shot up to his head as he yelled in agony, his entire being feeling as though it were being melted down to scrap metal.

But soon... His yell came to a close, and his form fell still. His hands fell away from his head, laying still at his sides for a few short, agonizing moments. He looked to the sky, momentarily dazed... Before suddenly... A sick, twisted smirk came over his face. The saber on the side of his leg was promptly snatched up and activated, an eery purple blade igniting from it, as he lowered his gaze back to the group, crazed eyes meeting them. And then... He spoke.

"Ware wa Messiah Nari! Hahaha!"

... That wasn't Grey anymore.

“ ...I'm picking up an unusual surge of brain activity. Are you sure you feel 'okay', Grey? Because--...Grey, de-merge! Grey!! ”

...But it was too late. Just like that, Grey's consciousness was suppressed. Ciel recoiled slightly and stepped back, closing her laptop and hugging it to her chest, retreating to a slight distance so that she could set it down somewhere it was somewhat less likely to get destroyed in a fight.

...Perfect. He'd felt trapped in that useless metal rock for far too long. And who would gift themselves so lovingly onto his awaiting blade but Zero. That lame bodied 'hero' would get his, but first wavering of garish pink pinkiness grabbed his attention. Honestly, who wore that much pink? A--...A little girl. ...Actually yeah, that checked out.

A coward.

Without hesitation, Omega raised his free arm and retracted his hand from it to reveal an arm cannon, firing off a large blast of energy at Ciel as she turned her back on him to put her laptop away!

Yeah, that might've been a bit overkill for snuffing out little girls. ...Good. Omega would appreciate her absence. His hand re-emerged from his arm and he returned his attention to Zero, taking a couple of steps forward without regard for the others present. "Come, throw yourselves on my blade." he challenged.

"Oh no you don't!!"

DCN-002 Roll lunged into Omega's path, getting between him and Zero with her ceratanium broom held at the ready! Omega snapped to action in response, immediately launching into flurry of brutal and rhythmic  sword blows intended to tear the smaller reploid apart before she had a chance to act.

Ciel was struck from behind, blown away by the blast of plasma and thrown to the ground nearby accompanied by a sharp shriek of pain. Her laptop slipping away from her, hitting the ground with an audible crack. Ciel, meanwhile, was down for the moment being. Moving hurt, and pushing herself up felt nauseating. Instead, she reluctantly laid there and accepted some help from one of her cyber elves to help stabilize herself.

DCN-002 had been quick to leap to Zero's defense after witnessing Omega take a shot at her mother. So quick, in fact, she hadn't really stopped to consider her plan! Before she could really engage Omega, she found herself under attack and squealed in fright, holding up her broom in an effort to catch Omega's blade and protect herself!

...And after a mere two swings, her ceratanium broom shattered in her hands, Omega's blade cleaving through even the broom's extremely tough metal and cutting deep into Roll's arm, eliciting a rather loud yelp of pain from her. Thinking fast, she tried to get out of the way!

This was feeling wrong. Grey was doing well as he mega-merged into the Model A form given to them by the good doctor Ciel as a test. But as he A-Trans into a young girl Blues would wonder why he went through with risking it like that as he did. That's when something very unexpected happened, as Grey changed into that girl with the long hair and purple saber Grey was suddenly taken over by something different... The letter W shined on Grey's head crystal as Grey screamed in pain. "Wily?! No it can't be..." he would say in shock.

Readying his weapons Blues would do what he could to intercept anything. Suddenly as Grey's hands dropped to his sides for but a few short moments something seemed off. The air seemed tense and it felt as if like Grey was no longer with them. Boy he was right when the former Grey spouted out some strange language and laughed with a crazed look on their face.

This was all too sudden but the doctor named Ciel was being targeted by the strange 'thing' that was possessing Grey. A huge blast of energy just fired from Grey's newly formed arm cannon. This was not Grey anymore so what was it?! That's when Cienna stepped in to try and help her mother. He hardly knew much about the other Roll but he did know that he wasn't just going to let her go off on her own.

But it was too late. The deed had been done and he had to watch in horror as his new little sister got sliced to pieces before his eyes. "....no...no...No! This can't be right! Who or what are you?!" Blues was losing his usual cool and calm nature right now. But who could blame him? His new little sister was just torn to pieces right in front of him. But if he mourned for her now this 'thing' would claim another victim. "You!!! You will pay!!!" Protoman would point his Proto-Buster at Omega. "Take this you fiend! Charge Shot!"

Zero would go wide eyed, as suddenly, A Red dress with bright blonde hair stepped between him and Omega, As Zero could only yell "NO!" In complete and utter shock that Roll was...Not just hurt. She was utterly destroyed-- Bisected and Cleaved cleanly in pieces, her scream of pain silenced by a clean slash, as Zero let out his own anguished scream in responce. "ROLL!!!!" Zero would yell, As thoughts filled his mind...

"Grey! Are you-..." Roll began to call out before noticing the letter appear. "... Wily?" She questioned after a moment. The letter looked a lot like his insignia. That... just wasn't possible though... was it? The rest happened fast, a bit too fast for Roll to properly register. First Dr. Ciel got hit by a harsh blast... and now the sister with the same design as her was...

Without putting much thought into it Roll's arm changed into a buster and gathered energy as she was shaking a bit. They expected something bad to happen but this... With her next movement, her body moving on it's own for a second she fired the shot at Omega's back to blast him away.

Five seconds into the Megamerge, and everything went awry. Tension was at all-time high as after a flashing W symbol and a scream, Grey was just...there, not doing anything. But then, he picked up the purple saber and uttered a phrase in a foreign language, laughing crazily afterwards. Grey wasn't there anymore, being replaced by that...monster she fought once.

And within mere seconds, it started to wreak havoc around the area. Before she could even try anything, Omega attacked Ciel, making her drop the computer. The audible crack was already giving her a really bad feeling. Was the data lost? Unfortunately, this was only the start of it. Once she turned around to face Omega, what she saw was one of the Rolls being quickly and mercilessly dismembered.

“ ...no... ”

Aile started to shed tears. A sweet and innocent little girl, cut up like she was nothing. She hadn't known the other for long, but she deserved much better than being left to such a cruel fate.

Then her tears dried up.

She clenched her fists.

Then, she picked up the ZX Buster from her belt.

She dashed towards Omega and Zero's clash, charging the buster on her hand. Once she got close enough, Aile leapt over Zero and pointed the ZX Buster towards Omega before firing a Charge Shot at the fiend.

Vent was prepared to fight fire, but when Grey turned into that monstrosity, he knew that there would be trouble, and true to form, something terrible did happen.  One of the two rolls was down and Ciel was gravely injured.

This left him, Zero, Aile, Protoman, the other Roll, and an injured Dr. Ciel to face the wrath of a monster who proved to be more of a menace using Grey's body, with Grey being suppressed by the for the group were up against.

Vent would use this moment to help heal the fallen Roll

It might not have been enough, but at least it's a start...  He would lift the fallen Roll into his arms and place her next to Ciel.  "Are you alright?" Vent asked before he saw that the others were fighting that 'Thing', his anger all to apparent as fighting Omega in his world was like fighting against an evil Demon who looked similar to Zero, but was not like the original.  "That bastard, I'll have to get my hands dirty fighting this jerk again.  Hopefully this time we can destroy it for good!" he added as he fired some shots from the ZX Buster in a combo chain.

[DLN-002-02 Roll Light]

So--Vent. As you attempt to Lift Roll into your arms she just kinda ... falls apart. She is in too many separate pieces to be carried like that. Or at least, not without taking multiple trips. I wouldn't advise it.

As DLN-002 moved to assist her dismembered sister, pleading with her to hold on, she would likely notice... that DLN-002-02's eyes shifted to look at her. Though she was fully dismembered and completely immobile, DLN-002-02 was still barely clinging to life. That look on her face though...

It looked a little bit like she wished she wasn't.

As Ciel finished recovering from the initial waves of pain from Omega's shot, she picked herself up onto her hands and knees, briefly glancing to the fallen laptop. She silently winced. Dang... She kinda doubted that survived a fall like that unscathed. It was not resilient technology. At Vent's concern, she turned her attention from the likely damaged computer to him though.

“ Y-Yeah... I'll live. Just make sure-- ”

It was at this point that Ciel finally gave a look back to the battlefield and noticed what Omega had done to DLN-002-02. She recoiled slightly and screamed in dismay.

“ --R-ROLL, NO!! ”

Ciel then scrambled to DLN-002's side and dropped to her knees to try and help with the repair efforts as best she could. Roll could hear Ciel only half-coherently fussing over her slaughtered creation, working quickly to try and crudely bridge electrical connections to keep her from dying long enough for more substantive repairs to take place. Thankfully she already had an intimate familiarity with DLN-002-02's designs, allowing her to work much faster. And thankfully she already had so much experience trying to save dying reploids.

...Or her hands would probably be shaking uncontrollably right now.

Ciel grit her teeth and turned her head briefly to address her functional daughter. Just the thought of the same thing happening to her made Ciel's stomach turn. She took a deep breath to grab some of her composure back though. She couldn't let her emotions get to her. Not in the middle of a battlefield.

“ Roll... Please don't get hurt. I need you... ”

Omega chuckled at Zero's agony, smug amusement crossing his features. Oh boy. That was rich. Actual emotions~! It was almost as satisfying as stabbing Zero himself. Good thing the two weren't mutually exclusive, or he might actually have some regrets right now... To his--well, technically her--alarm though, Zero managed to throw him an attack he couldn't block, pushing him off guard and staggering him backward with a series of attacks! God damnit--That was what he got for enjoying things. As he was pushed back though, he did take notice of what Zero was doing. Omega quirked a brow at Zero, as if to ask... really? Do you really want to position me here? After he waited a bit to line up a shot, however,  he promptly thrust forward and locked blades with Zero to keep the other from stabbing him just long enough to finish lining up this shot...

“Fine. I'll just kill all of them instead~” Omega retorted. Yet, Zero might be able to tell that even though Omega's buster was aimed at him, he wasn't... looking at Zero. He was looking through him! And his aim was settling upon... Doctor Ciel and the two Rolls. BAM! A charge shot aimed to finish DLN-002-02 off and potentially take a couple of others with her, assuming it didn't hit an earlier mark.

((Omega has just fired off a charge shot @ Zero. If the shot does not hit Zero and no one else takes it, its new target will become Ciel, DLN-002 and DLN-002-02! The threshold to dodge it is 14 and it does 60% Damage))

Omega was then pelted by returning fire, staggered backward rather hard by two impressive shots from the girls and a shield bash and some rapid-fire from Protoman, ripping through her armor and grievously wounding Omega such that he was forced to back off from Zero. All but roaring in outrage, he then moved to catch Aile's blade with his own, locking blades with her instead! “I'll pay you back tenfold with your own blood!!” Omega challenged, shifting forward and grasping his saber with both hands, attempting to overpower and disarm Aile! If he succeeded, well... Aile was going to literally lose that arm in the process.

Omega would then take another step back and shift his aim to Protoman, firing off a second charge shot at the top half of his shield, attempting to blow it out of his grasp with the sheer force of the blast.

((Protoman! Roll 14+ Dex to dodge or take 40% Damage. Then roll 16+ Con to avoid having your shield blown away, disabling any move related to it until you spend an action retrieving it.))

Lastly, Omega would do a drooping uppercut into the ground with his saber, a shockwave of ice elemental plasma racing across the ground toward Zero in an effort to damage one of his legs, battering and freezing it!!

Things were getting bad to worse as Omega was trying to pretty much kill everyone in sight. Vent was doing what he could to fend him off and also heal his little sister Cienna aka the Roll that Ciel created. What kind of big brother would he be if he didn't do something to help her? Problem was there was not opportunity for him to heal her yet as his E-Tank was empty.

Well it looked like this chance would happen right now as Omega aimed her arm cannon at Protoman. Instead of trying to dodge it Protoman just smirked a little as he brought his shield in front of him to take most of the blast from Omega's arm cannon into the shield itself. But the shield could only absorb so much as Protoman took the rest of the hit from the blast. Then Protoman would notice right after the blast was mostly absorbed that his shield was slipping from his hands.

CON Roll for Shield:

The shield stayed in Protoman's hand from the blow as he headed over toward Cienna with his now full E-Tank. Ciel was hard at work repairing her as fast as she could so all she needed now was enough to heal her damaged body. "I hope I am in time." he would mutter before taking out the E-Tank and handing it to Ciel. "She should drink from this to restore her energy. This should get her back on her feet at least but please protect her as best you can while I stand guard." Protoman would say as he handed Ciel the E-Tank to help Cienna.

(This is Protoman's E-Tank. It fills up using the Proto-Shield's absorb function and turns that damage into healing energy for a total of 30% damage. This should heal Roll right up to 13% total health!)

Protoman took this chance to charge up his Buster once more and fire another charge shot at Omega after helping with Roll. "You won't get away with this! Go Charge Shot!"
