History On Li: Always on the run and looking for a way out Blues found himself traveling for many months before finally just giving up and laying down on the side of the road. He did not know what to do as he was now lost in the middle of who knows where. As he drifted to sleep he would feel a strange force take over his being as he then woke up to a strange wasteland unlike any he had ever seen before. "Where am I?" he would ask out loud but no one was visible in the distance. No cars or transportation in sight and this was certainly not anywhere he had heard of. A huge sandstorm had been passing by as of late and it was a good thing he was a robot that had been equipped with a visor so he could see.
Still not really knowing what was going on he would discover a small city in the distance covered by a large dome like shield. He had no other place to go and then found himself now in this strange city nearly on the edge of collapsing himself. Blues whistled a small tune as he stayed in the alleyways of his new home to avert the looks of all these strange people and to keep himself entertained. Soon enough he would hear something he didn't hear in a long time. Apparently there was a 'Megaman' contending in an arena battle. "Rock?" Blues would then proceed over to the arena and try what he could to meet his family again even if for just a moment.
Primary Attacks (3)
Proto-Buster: Protoman can make use of his Proto-Buster to fire small shots of energy from it to do multiple amounts of small damage to his foes that have a small chance to burn the target. [DMG 6%] [10% Burn] [Combo-able] [DEX]
Charge Shot: The Proto-Buster can charge it's energy to deal high amounts of damage with one huge shot using his energy core. This attack can be charged to 40% by using the E-Tank to add onto the attack. If the E-Tank is used to upgrade this attack, Charge Shot is given a cooldown tied to the E-Tank. [DMG 22%-40%] [DEX]
Shield Boomerang: Using his shield like a thrown weapon, Protoman can throw it into multiple enemies at once before the shield returns back to him. This also has a small chance to Stun foes upon hit. [DMG 15%] [5% Stun] [AOE] [STR]
Special Attacks (4)
Variable Weapons System: Protoman can copy the attack data from his foes or even allies to gain one of their normal or special attacks after touching them of his choosing. An attack that is obtained from touching any kind of person will be added as an attack as a permanent fixture into his weapons system. Can delete copied attacks of his choosing to make room for new ones should he choose to.
- Earth Gaizer: Protoman strikes the ground with massive force, violently shattering the floor and sending debris flying at all nearby enemies. 3 turn cooldown (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 30% charged). Copied from Omega Aile.

E-Tank: The E-Tank is a cup shaped container that is blue in color and has an E on the front of the cup that can hold up to 30% energy total and is used to heal or be converted into damage for his Charge Shot.
It is filled up using the Proto-Shield but this can also be filled up upon taking damage each turn, half of the damage taken rounded up is converted to energy for the E-Tank, this of course caps at 30% energy which is the limit of the E-Tank's capacity. So for example if an attack for 20% landed on ProtoMan, 10% of it would go to the E-Tank. When emptied of its contents it will have a 3 turn cooldown before it can be used again.
Proto-Shield: The Proto-Shield can absorb both melee and projectile attacks into the shield itself and using the kinetic energy it is then converted into energy for the E-Tank. For each attack absorbed it costs an additional action to use this ability more than once per turn. If any attack is ever higher than 30% damage or added up past that number the difference is dealt to Protoman's health percentage instead of being fully absorbed. When Trans-Am is active the amount of energy that can be absorbed is doubled to 60% for the duration, does not cost any additional actions to absorb consecutive blows during the duration. [CON]
Trans-Am: Due to his new C.I.E.L System power Core, Blues has much more power and control over it than when he had his leaking nuclear core. Thanks to this, Blues has found a way to make use of his new power by overloading his power core to the maximum, giving him a temporary boost to all of his stats but at a cost. This new power up is called Trans-Am as it coats Blues with a powerful red aura during the power boost. This boost of power lasts for 3 turns and gives a +1 MOD to all stats to Blues and a +5% damage boost as well. This ability has a 3 turn cooldown and inflicts 1 turn of Severe Exhaustion after the boost of power runs out.
Final Smash (1)
Big Bang Strike: Unleashing the full power of his energy core Protoman fires off his best attack in the form of a huge energy blast that can destroy a single target for a total of 80% damage! This of course hurts Protoman in the process as it can injure him quite a bit after using this attack. The recoil from using this huge blast of energy is 30% toward his health percentage. If the E-Tank is full when the Big Bang Strike is activated, Blues can substitute the recoil with the stored energy of the E-Tank. This of course empties it of all of its energy but does not put it on cooldown.
Other Info: Protoman is also known as Blues. He also likes to whistle to announce his presence or just for fun. Protoman can ride on his shield and use it like a surfboard to travel long distances.
