Now that it seemed Pigma and his army halted their attack some, or at least, were taking a brief moment before their next wave of orders, Fox and Daddy Red Eye, still fighting together as one, get going once more on the offensive, this time, Fox is gonna help pack a little more...oomph. "Alright, I got to time this JUST right. Ok my friend, when I say jump, you jump. While we are in the air I'm going to throw a deflector bomb at those lizard creeps. Then another at Pigma over there, and then we will try to run as quick as we can over to Panther and swipe that collar off of him. Got it?" The Daddy Red Eye gave a light snort agreeing with Fox's plan, and without further adieu, Fox began to execute it.

"OK now, JUMP!" The Red Eye leaps into the air, and Fox pulls out a hub cap sized mine, then tosses it outward to the group of 6 lizards below them and gives it an extra boost with his deflector power creating an electrified mini bomb! The bomb goes flying down to the 6 enemies packed with electricity and prepares to detonate on them.

DEX Roll for McCloud Mine u0OiPQLZp_1d20 + 4 (The mine seems to pack a decent punch exploding for an AOE with enough radius to at least somewhat hit them all. Deals 16% DMG to all enemies in a radius of 30 feet. And they were all clumped together so they all get a wallop. Has a 20% paralysis chance.)

As soon as Fox threw that....average....mine, he steered the Daddy Red Eye right towards Pigma and did a run over to the cyborg monster still mounted on his dino in a serpentine like motion in case they were to take on any incoming fire running in the enemy's direction, then managed to get to Pigma's left flank and just in eyeshot of Panther and Leon, and instructed the Daddy Red Eye again. "Ok, this time, catapult me upwards and I will toss another mine at Pigma's disgusting nose holes." The Daddy Red Eye nodded and bent down low, then bounced up high and flung Fox way into the sky. Fox took out another mine, and then threw it with the boosting power of his deflector at an angle to get Pigma where it hurts.

The mine flew quickly out of Fox's hand and with an electric burst shot right into the left nostril of Pigma. The explosion and impact would hopefully do some serious turmoil to the monstrosity. Fox then landed back on the Daddy Red Eye's back and dashed quickly via the left flank of the enemy Pigma ship and passed Panther, banking on that explosion to Pigma to be enough of a diversion for Fox to do what he really wanted, which was to get close and try and save his other space pal; Panther, unnoticed.

Despite Fox and the Daddy Red Eye working so well together, this time, the timing was horribly off on their movement and Fox's arm barely got a reach in as they darted passed Panther from behind him and Pigma, and then hauled tuckus to circle back over to the team and a safer distance away from the enemies. Once they returned back, they noticed Yumiko was not far behind them and saw Leon running towards them, collar free! Yumiko managed to save another! "That makes two? Awesome job Yumiko! YOU DA LADY, LADY!" Fox cheered her efforts as Leon ran their direction double time to get safely away from Pigma and his baddies.

"Such a smart lass she is. Thanks for saving me! And Slippy over there too!" Leon waves hello to Slippy, cowering behind Fox's team, which prompted Slippy to wave back in confidence and show himself again. He started to feel better now that TWO of them were back to normal. Leon took out his blaster and gave a cold stare to Pigma. "Now it's my turn to help...." Leon raises his blaster to his face and fiddles with it, suddenly it makes a high pitched buzzing sound and its glowing lights on the outer casing of the gun go from light green to a bright red. The barrel of the gun suddenly widens and a scope pops up just above it for Leon to see through.

"Let's give that piggy a reason to go to market...eh?" Leon closes one eye and looks into his Blaster's scope, then stretches his arm out and aims at Pigma's forehead, then once the scope was in line perfectly, he fires his blaster at its highest setting sending a very large circular photon projectile of the green variety right to Pigma. He called this, the Leon Luge. Slippy looked on as his fellow space pilot executed the attack miraculously modifying his blaster's capacity to do some real hurt.

The blast wasn't quite fired off correctly and is shot off trajectory bending away from Pigma as it goes and possibly nicking the edge of the cyborg's ship wing if he was lucky, but it didn't look that way. Leon sighed. "Curse my beady useless eyes!" Leon yells under his breath and throws his blaster on the ground stomping it. He was frustrated with himself and may try attacking with it again later, but for now he had to let off some steam and recollect himself.

Slippy chimed in at this point feeling like he had another way he could majorly help the group and pulled out a robotic headpiece, almost like a headband of some sort. "Let me try helping again you guys. With this device, called The Brainix, I can increase the brain waves of any individual allowing quicker reflexes and faster reaction times for a few minutes before it needs to recharge again. Would anyone like to volunteer to use it which would aid in getting back our final friend over there, Panther to help us defeat Pigma?" Slippy looked around for any volunteers, he hoped they all trusted his tech and would be willing after seeing what his shield can do.

"I think I'll pass, thanks. Anyone else?" Fox wasn't exactly a fan of tech like what Slippy made, he felt it took away control of one's own natural skills and abilities and could disorient those not used to such technology. However, that didn't mean Fox didn't support his froggy friend and his ideals any less.

Everyone, please do an INT Roll to see who gets to where the headband in conjunction with an attempt to rescue Panther. The person who rolls closest to the number 18 will get the headband. This will increase your DEX by 5 points on top of the DEX you already have, for 2 whole turns. One of those turns must be used to try and rescue panther, for a 16 or higher DEX roll. The other turn, whether you fail or not, can be used in conjunction with whatever combat turns you do in that second post. You can only use this device once per turn via your two turns with it.

While Slippy was getting a volunteer for his device, the 4 Younglings decided it was time to be more of supporting roles than attackers for this moment. All four of the Younglings looked up at their Daddy after seeing the 6 lizard foes approaching and began to run around the Daddy Red Eye cheering him on with little coos in song like unison. This seemed to lift the spirits of the father and increased his drive for battle a bit.

The Younglings boost their father's morale with ritualistic sounds and movement, increasing all his stats by +2 for three turns.

Rejuvenated, the Daddy Red Eye is itching to attack Pigma again but Fox stops him with a tug of the dino's neck. "We used our shot recently already to attack. Let's be ready for the defensive coming up here." The Red Eye was impatient for another chomp at Pigma, but ultimately listened to Fox and went into a defensive stance for the next wave of enemy attacks. During this defensive prep, The 6 lizards that ate the Fox mine earlier were just barely getting to a recovery point from that explosion for it did indeed connect. They together, had to shake off that paralysis now.

Though a bit shaken from Fox's attack, the lizard fiends draw their swords again, this time much higher, and begin like an angry mob, to charge at the group slashing away furiously and without any specific focus or technique at them.

Everyone must roll a 9 or above or get 10% DMG from these lizard slashes. DEX.

After the lizards went on the attack, Panther then takes out a rose he had latched to his utility belt, then raises it in the air. The petals on the rose suddenly unfold layer by layer as if they were machinery parts with a circuit system, and then a mini antenna buds from the rose with a blinking red light. Panther then lowers the rose and aims it at Fox and his team. He then smirks twirling in a quick motion and throwing the rose at the opposition. The rose whistles through the air at high speed and the petals suddenly detach and fire off in various directions and explode towards each of the main opposing team members. Fox and the Daddy Red Eye, Slippy, Yumiko, Leon, and Banjo!

Panther has unleashed one of his special attacks; A Rose By Any Other INSANE. Each petal from his mechanical rose is now flying at you in various directions and will explode on contact. It is an AOE attack capable of hitting multiple targets at once. Does 12% DMG. Do a DEX Roll of 13 or more to successfully avoid impact.

Fox's mine from earlier on Pigma did somewhat hit its mark blowing up on Pigma's right cheek bone leaving a very small burn mark and causing him to twitch but nothing more. He did feel a shock of electricity surge through his skin however and resisted it to the best of his cybernetic capabilities.

Pigma squealed again aggravated and angry building aggression as the impact continued on him from the enemy. Leon and Slippy were free now, and Leon went straight away on attacking Pigma with his blaster's stronger setting, but it barely grazed him. Rather, tickled, actually. With so many against him now and being outnumbered, Pigma decided to up the intensity of his assault and bust out some continuous heavy fire which also provided as extra backup. Several long metallic arms reached out from inside Pigma's cybernetic hull and stretched in all different directions creating like a spiderweb shape. The cyber arms then began to build little dots of bright orange light, then as moments go by the lights gets bigger and bigger then get hotter and more heat builds even after that, and so on and so forth until finally the dots turn super hot and deadly. Pigma at this point has all his metallic arms lined with burning plasma beams ready to fire at any moment.

"HAR HAR WHOOOO! I think my Butcher Beam will speak for itself. So, say hello!" Pigma then jolts his ship forward and various beams escape each of his robotic arms firing nonstop at the team for decent energy based damage. The beams were about a total of 12 and were firing in a constant stream of plasma energy at the enemy in a spiderweb like shape to cover such a big radius.

Pigma's Butcher Beam is an over time active attack that constantly fires for a while. The beam will be shot at you for 3 whole turns. The only way to dodge it is to do a DEX Roll of 10 or above for each turn that it is active. This is also a passive effect whereas the beam will constantly be firing from one of Pigma's many extra robotic arms but Pigma can still attack with the beam firing to combo it up. Beam does 13% DMG if it hits.

"You're all getting beam baked, and you...will....LIKE IT! HAHAHAHA!" Pigma let out a belching laugh as his laser beams began to slice through the other team all the while he was already thinking of his next attack. General Scales after reaching his designated bunker at the far end of the city with Wolf and King, radioed in from his communicator to Pigma which was audibly heard from the communicator Scales gave him imprinted in his ship. "Pigma! Status Update!" The General demanded from Pigma an update on how the battle was going, which wasn't exactly favorable to the bad guys who were now outnumbered, but, it still wasn't over. and Pigma did not answer the communication, instead kept his focus on his laser beaming and how he can destroy Fox and his team.

After freeing Leon, Yumiko decided to rejoin Fox and co so she can help them take down Pigma. Following from behind Leon, she was sure that Banjo and Kazooie were going to free Panther once she caught up with everyone, who thanked Yumiko for saving Leon. "It's no problem, although one of your allies still has a collar on them." Yumiko explained as she turned back towards Banjo and Kazooie.

Unfortunately they didn't free Panther and neither did Fox when he attempted to do so. Panther was still being controlled, but at least the party has more allies now as Yumiko prepared to dodge the attacks that Pigma, Panther and the Dinosaur soldiers had in store for the group.

"Crap, looks like were getting a wave of attacks." Yumiko told everyone as she tried to dodge all of the attacks fired at her.

While she managed to dodge Pigma's beam and the Lizard Slashes, Yumiko quickly noticed that Panther's rose petal final smash was going to be hard to dodge and so activated her final smash in an attempt to take in the damage so she doesn't get hit by them.

After dodging the attacks, Yumiko looked Pigma, focusing her attacks on them instead of his minions and Panther. "That's it, it's time to start fighting this Pig." Yumiko said as she prepared two of her attacks towards Pigma, the first of which being diamond dust and the second was maziodyne.

After her attacks, Yumiko turned towards Fox to talk about the Sharp Claws. "Fox, maybe we can convince those Dinosaurs that are with Pigma to join our group like we did to these ones that are with us." Yumiko pointed out before looking at Slippy, who wanted to test out a headband that would help the user dodge more easily, however it can also be used to be quick in doing an action, which someone could use to free Panther.

"I can try it if you want. If it will be easier to save the last person that's being controlled by Scales in this area." Yumiko insisted to Slippy as she kept a close eye on what Pigma and the Sharp Claws will do next.

Though Banjo was able to get his paws onto Panther's collar, he couldn't get a good grip on it, and thus, wasn't able to pull it off. Strangely, Panther didn't even seem to notice, or if he did, he didn't fight back. Banjo decided not to press his luck, and instead decided to put some distance between them. For that, he followed Leon on his way back to the group.

Of course, once Leon got there, he tried to fire his blaster, which didn't work nearly as well as it probably could've.

"Uh oh. Don't uh...let that get you down Leon. Try again later." Banjo said halfheartedly. He didn't want to admit it, but his confidence in Leon waned somewhat. Maybe Panther would have better luck.

Speaking of which, the duo had to deal with an oncoming wave of enemy attacks.

The duo's luck was running out, it seemed. One of the Sharpclaws charged them ferociously, and before they could react in time, it slashed with its sword and nicked Kazooie pretty badly. They had little choice but to shield Panther's exploding rose, and when they lowered their shield, they were hit with Pigma's beam. 

Banjo was reeling, while Kazooie was furious. She didn't like taking that much physical damage. After all, who would? She decided to retaliate by positioning herself in the backpack to where she had a good view of that annoying pig-faced abomination. She then shot out some eggs, which she rarely did without Banjo telling her to, at least when the two weren't separated.

Re-positioning herself inside the backpack, Kazooie began to relay orders to Banjo, as she was clearly becoming frustrated.

"Hey Banjo, try hitting these Sharpclaws with a Pack Whack!" Kazooie barked like an entirely different animal. Banjo obliged this, sympathetic to her current hostility, removing his backpack and swinging it around, trying to hit as many Sharpclaws at a time as he could.

Peeking out of the backpack after having it be thrown around like that, Kazooie motioned to the Sharpclaw that had hit her before. Banjo agreed it was time to get up close and personal, and lunged towards the unlucky lizard.

"Have them join us? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard!" Kazooie snapped at Yumiko. Apparently Yumiko wanted to make an ally out of not only the collar-wearers, but the Sharpclaws too. Kazooie, who now had a pretty noticeable bias against them, could hardly imagine working together with them.

After announcing his brain altering device both Banjo and Yumiko stepped up offering their assistance. However, after looking at both of them and knowing their battle styles and intellect levels, Slippy has chosen the right candidate. "Banjo, you're a prime choice for this device, however, you and Kazooie very much do work best on the plane of intelligence currently set in your minds. I fear wearing this device will separate your sync with eachother. So Yumiko..."Slippy turns to the girl and hands her the device. "Due to your calm and put together nature, and ofcourse seeing you recently free me with such ease, I believe your brainpower and wit will be best suited for this device." Slippy looks back to Banjo and Kazooie and tries to keep them level headed despite that choice.

"No offense to you and Kazooie Banjo, but I had to choose the best personality type with this top quality hardware and she will give us the results we need." Slippy figured Banjo and Kazooie will probably say something rude or sly about the choice, but it is a choice they have to move past. Slippy would hope that they can appreciate the choice and still work together with the team to take out the threat just a few feet away from them.

"All you have to do to turn it on is press this button here." Slippy points to a little black circular button on the right side of The Brainix headband emphasizing where to start the machinery up. "Once you turn it on, your reflexes will be ten times better and your brain will be laser focused on everything around you." To Slippy it was the closest thing to a brain drug anyone could get, but a more stable high point without needing to be under the influence.

Yumiko is gifted the headband for the next two turns before it must recharge. Her DEX is increased by five points for two posts starting with next post.

While the battle wasn't quite over and escalated in favor of Fox and the Life Sphere team, there was still much more to overcome as Pigma stayed relentless in his craze to destroy them. Ever diligent however, Fox continued to defy the odds of Pigma's power and stayed firm to the belief that good will always conquer evil. As the lizard minions closed in with their swords Fox, and the newly powered up Daddy Red Eye thanks to his kids help, jumped backwards to avoid the slashes using their newfound boosted reflexes from the supportive Younglings buffing.

The swords swipe towards Fox and the Daddy Red Eye but completely miss. "Go back to your master Scales and stop this stupidity. The only thing you're accomplishing is more pain for yourselves!" Fox warned the lizards but they didn't seem to be paying much attention to his warning. Their minds weren't all there. They were wired to fight until the bitter end, even if it meant the end of their lives. Fox and Daddy Red Eye protected both Leon and Slippy as well as his babies due to them being behind Fox and the massive dino during the slashes making them able to be out of harm's way without a big need to dodge.

"Wewww...that was close. Thanks for letting us be behind you and your pet there Fox, those lizards looked nasty." At that comment Leon looked at Slippy in a half-cocked head tilt as if offended. "You are making fun of my people? What is wrong with lizards. You're related to our species too you narcissist!" Leon called Slippy out on his comment in which Slippy just shrugged.

"Well I wasn't trying to discriminate or anything....they just look like a nasty lot. Genetics maybe?" Leon shook his head in disapproval and was about to comment again until Pigma began firing away with his laser beam at the team. Once again Fox and the Daddy Red Eye stay mobile and spry and get ready to move out of the way of the beam in time. "LOOK OUT EVERYONE!" Fox gives his team a heads up to move with him as the laser fires their direction.

The beam completely misses Fox and Daddy Red Eye. However the additional beams of Pigma's unforgiving metallic arms fired at Leon, Slippy, and the Younglings next. Fox's colleagues do their best to heed his command of getting out of the way!

Leon gets out of the way of the beam with a simple side step and the trajectory then came the way of Slippy, who attempted to hop over its puncture point.

Slippy unfortunately gets blasted with the beam sending him reeling to his back. He thankfully had many layers of clothes on to protect him from a deadly form of the attack but he was feeling the pain. Leon bends down beside him to check on him. "You ok friend?" Slippy nods yes slowly as Leon helps him back to his feet.

"I'm ok. But this guy needs to go back to the scrap yard or the pig pen where he came from, I am not enjoying this at all!" Slippy was now remembering in this moment how tedious battling was and just how much he hated fighting which is why he seldom went on missions. He dusted off his coat and stayed cautious in case Pigma were to blast him again.

The beam then went the direction of the Younglings who all decided to simultaneously shield themselves from the damage completely rather than move out of the way since their energy just wasn't peppy presently due to giving so much of it to their daddy dino cardio wasn't in their game plan right now.

Just after the beam shot at their direction, the team then was thrown an explosive rose petal combination! One went right towards Fox. Him and Daddy Red Eye attempted to work together and shield themselves to block the impact.

The shielding of their bodies was a success and they managed to block in time and not get hit by the explosion. Still recovering from that nasty laser beam from Pigma, Slippy decided to put his shield up as well as the rose petal went his way rather than try to avoid it all together. He felt his shield in this situation would be more efficient. The rose petal eats Slippy's shield and disintegrates.

Leon used his nimble limbs and flexible reflexes to duck deep down in a swift motion to try and allow the petal to fly passed over his head.

With the deepest bend a bendy chameleon can ever bend, Leon gets lower than low and ducks elegantly dodging the rose. "Man that was unnecessary!" He obviously wasn't having it. "Panther needs to take a timeout!" Leon was not appreciating his partner being so rude.

"And back on the offense we go!" Fox decided it may be best while Daddy Red Eye is all fired up to take out the lizards before going after Pigma and Panther. This next attack was going to be a unique touch for Fox. He put a flat palm on the back of his dino's then leaned down into his ear canal and whispered to him. "Ok buddy, you're going to have to trust me on this one ok?" The Daddy Dino looks up at his canine rider and nods approvingly. With that trust, Fox's hair begins to bristle up and light on fire, then quickly becomes a giant burning blaze which then spreads outside the skin of his dinosaur pal causing both of them to be surrounded by a giant flaming aura as Fox transferred energy into Daddy Red Eye so they could both blaze hot together.

"Now, let's burn these fools to the ground!" The flame on Fox and his dino got bigger and more violent. Fox's eyes locked in on the lizards below them, and the Daddy Red Eye also followed suit with a menacing glare, and they rushed the lizards with a burning tackle motion. "FOX FIRE x2 RUSH!" Fox uses another special attack of his which he doesnt use often, and doubles its power with Daddy Red Eye creating a huge radius of explosive flaming energy to fuel their tackling assault into the minions.

The reptiles take a critical and very powerful burning hit from the rushing team of Fox and Daddy Red Eye. It seemingly sent the vast majority of them flying through the air a great distance leaving them sizzling as the wind hit them in their ascension and then smoke fizzled around them on their crash back to the ground. "Not done yet. Here is one for taste." Fox takes out another mine of his and using the power of his Deflector imbues it with some intense electricity. From a distance, he throws the ignited mine into the mass of now smoldering lizards to do even more damage to them.

The mine explodes in a smallish explosion but by the looks of things it may still have hit the intended targets. Next up was Leon. He runs over to the freshly fried lizards from Fox's previous attack and starts to attack them one by one. For Lizard 1, Leon gives him a taste of his tongue with a tongue whip maneuver sure to slap him silly.
STR Roll for Tongue Whipping p_1d20 -1 (Despite not being the strongest guy out there, the tongue hits this lizard HARD! 20% DMG!)

Leon's tongue practically lashes the skin right off Sharpclaw 1's left cheek just as he was getting up to defend himself but it was too late and he was hit back down to the floor. After the tongue whipping, Leon pulls out his blaster and fires green plasma at Sharpclaw 2 who was on his knees trying to stand from Fox's bombardment.

The blast from Leon was a large enough blast to send Sharpclaw 2 back to the ground and deepen the scorch marks he had from Fox's fire already. Finally Leon goes to finish up his combo by attacking Sharpclaw 3 with a flying kick through the air and into its noggin with a Chameleokick.

Leon bends into a lunge, and then with below average speed, he dashes to Sharpclaw 3 and takes to the air with his right leg soaring through the wind and his boot going into Sharpclaw's 3 head as a target.

Slippy decided to muster up some courage and this time go in for an attack against Pigma himself....from a distance ofcourse. Seeing his teammates fight so boldly has awoken some fire in Slippy. Sweating nervously but still very much making the offensive choice, the frog pulls out his trusty combat wrench(which can also ironically be used to fix things) and shucks it in a boomerang motion towards Pigma's face with as much precision as he could give.

DEX Roll for Wrench Boomerang p_1d20 + 1 (The large mechanical wrench sifted in the wind to Pigma's snout but got slower as it went so the hit may have been weakened. 10% DMG.)

The wrench flew out of Slippy's hand as he threw it but took a while to get to the freak of nature and pinged off his metallic exterior in a weak impact then circled back to Slippy's hands in an even slower motion. Once Slippy caught the wrench, he looked at it and decided it wouldn't be the most effective tool to stop such a big enemy, and took out a small silver cylinder that just fit into the palm of his hand.

"I'm not a super strong dude, I'll admit, but I am also NOT a weakling. And I will always prove myself to bullies like you Pigma!" Slippy twisted the cylinder once, and it made a strange noise that seemed to activate something within the device. He then threw it as far as he could at Pigma and once it connected to a solid object or living thing, the device exploded in a rapid array of flashing bright lights and intense lightning bolts. It was a Mighty Mighty Flash Bang Grenade!

The grenade didn't quite do the damage Slippy intended, but it was pretty to look at and did seem to get close enough to Pigma to at least do something harmful. Finally, Slippy had his final bit of patience trying to get leverage on this Pig Monster, and went for using his most powerful move. He reached into his small bag on his back and pulled out a little square device with multi colored lights on each side of the square.

He taps on the top of the square and the lights go crazy. The square begins to levitate in the air, then shift its tiles mysteriously. With a click and a beep, and a few brief seconds of silence being suspended in midair, the cube pops open its top tile and out comes a massive turret as if the cube was spewing this giant weapon out of a very small space. The turret was at least 7 feet tall and 3 feet wide. Once it blossomed from the cube, the cube lands and the turret becomes mounted springing out copper legs that dug into the ground below.

The turret, on its own, pivets to Pigma's location and goes into an auto lock and auto operations mode. Slippy gets behind the turret and presses a few buttons from its tiny console and puts the machine in a state of attack causing its gun barrel to turn at a rapid speed.

Slippy gives a satisfied grin and winces his eyes at Pigma from afar. "No more playing around. We need to stop you! Say hello to my ultimate invention, the Mobile Turret Titan Ten! If you wanna keep firing your stupid beam, we can fire back!" Slippy presses another button which made the machine begin firing very large bullets into Pigma's eyes.

The gun would continuously do this without someone being its operator. It was an automatic plugging and slugging dominator. Slippy crouched behind the turret letting it unload on Pigma and hoping this constant firepower will help the group quite a bit against Pigma's laser.

Slippy has used his Final Smash; Turret Tycoon. For 3 consecutive turns starting next turn, the turret will stay in place and automatically fire at Pigma for a consistent 15% damage each burst, and each turn for a total of 45% damage.

Due to the machine's uncanny targeting systems and accuracy abilities, it cannot be dodged, however, if the machine is snuck up on from behind, it can be hack attempted with an INT roll of 17 or above being a passing hacking attempt to re-target to the enemy which also allows its usage for one additional turn. OR the machine can be destroyed from behind but a perception roll of 15 or above is required to sneak up behind it in which after it can be destroyed or controlled. If one wishes to destroy the machine and NOT hack it, it will be a STR roll needing to be an 18 or above only.

While the turret was blasting away, Daddy Red Eye's Younglings step up to the plate to rip and tear into the lizard warriors in a flurry of team oriented pack mentality slashes and scratches.

STR roll for Youngling A for a talon swipe on Sharpclaw 4 p_1d20 +1 (A very deep cutting motion made into the lizard. 10% DMG done.)

STR roll for Youngling B for a Foot Claw to the face of Sharpclaw 5 p_1d20 + 1(Another powerful claw to another lizard's facial area. 10% DMG done.)

STR roll for Youngling C for a Bite to Sharpclaw 6's neck p_1d20 + 1 (Huge impact with a deadly and quick bite to the nape of a Sharpclaw's neck and then tossed like a rag doll against the ground. Critical Hit. 14% DMG.)

STR Roll for Youngling D for a Double Talon Tear down the chest of Sharpclaw 1 p_1d20+1 (A huge tear and deep cut it was as the talons of this dino's hands got to where it needed to go;' deep underneath some lizard skin. Critical hit 14% DMG.)

Each of the Youngling's attacks were vicious, unforgiving, and hard hitting thrashing the lizards around as if they were chew toys. There was no escaping their appetite for blood and battle. Once Fox and the rest of the team made their moves and mostly, hit their targets, Pigma and his minions were already at the go trying to take minimal damage and retaliate accordingly.

Pigma's next dangerous culprit coming after him was the girl named Yumiko, who fired an icy treacherous blast at him to freeze him instantly. Because the blast was so big and massive, it definitely could not be dodged, it seemed Yumiko gave that snowy attack her all.

Pigma got the full effect of it making him shake violently in a shimmering pain and his circuits mixed with the fleshy parts of himself began to quickly freeze over. Pigma attempts to warm up his circuits and himself, with his backup power cells and burn thrusters from his ship portion of him to break free. It may take some time, however, he was pretty solidly an iceberg at this moment.

Pigma is successfully frozen and cannot move or attack. However he will have the ability to roll for STR to breakout next turn. The ice also nullified Pigma's laser circuit capabilities and ceases the Butcher Beam completely.

Pigma also just after that moment of being frozen solid gets a nice taste of electric bliss while a lightning bolt strikes down from above him, chips through the ice and shocks his noggin causing him to tremble and shake within the ice. And soon after in conjunction with that ice and lightning, came the eggs.

Banjo and Kazooie pelted Pigma with some explosive eggs. The first shot wasn't strong enough to penetrate the ice, it simply popped against its icy solid matter, but the second egg seemed to get through the ice with its perfectly ok explosion creating a tiny hole in the ice and blowing up in Pigma's right eye. 

Pigma is then bashed with Slippy's god forsaken wrench throwing. But because he is frozen solid, the two wrench attacks he did were too weak to penetrate the ice and simply returned back to his hand without doing a lick of damage. Add to that Slippy's flashbang grenade and it does a little bit of explosive damage and burns some of the ice away but not much of it barely hurting Pigma. Then Slippy busted out his turret, and that DID hit Pigma as many of the bullets pelted him through parts of the ice penetrating into his hideous flesh stripped face.

Helpless and immobile, Pigma had no way of countering these attacks and left himself continue to try and break free from the ice. While he was putting in that effort, the sharpclaws were pursued rather aggressively by the opposing team and were about to be wiped out completely. First by the bear named Banjo and his pack of heavy and powerful things whacking them all across the faces for....some damage. 

But the bear and bird dynamo had another attack to throw in there. Kazooie went after Sharpclaw 4 who slashed at her earlier and pecked at him with a pretty weak at best, Beak Barge, but it gave a possible...sting to the enemy. Fox rushing in with Daddy Red Eye however in a burning blaze of pain and ignited rage helped makeup the difference for Banjo and Kazooie's less than decent attack power.

The Sharpclaws get steamrolled and burned by the flames of Fox and the dino team causing them all to spin and spiral like putty through the air in a V shape motion flying outwards in a smokey trail via Li's darkened skies.

After they have been turned into fried lizard legs and crash back down to the surface, Fox throws another explosive attack their way and flings a mine of his at them causing another explosion and tossing their bodies around as if this whole scene was a game of MineSweeper. This caused the lizards to be both burned up by the previous assault and paralyzed with electric stunning sparks from the mine. It was a bad day to be them.

But that wasn't all. They also ate a tongue lashing, an airborne kick, and a blast to the face from an individual that actually looked like them as Leon's attacks connect. And finally, got ganged up on by some P O'ed rival clan dinos that tore them to shreds....literally. After such a beating every single Sharpclaw soldier was defeated and all collapse to the ground filled with various scars and scratches and bloody cuts also adding burn marks and bruises to that list. It looked like a poorly cooked stew spilled all across the grounds of the Walled City.

After a few seconds of being puddles of disgusting road kill, the lizards begin to deteriorate as their spirits detach from their bodies and their physical forms melt into particles of energy. The energy reforms into solid, small trophies of themselves and lay cold on the ground. They simply seemed to have just accepted they were pawns of a bigger plan, and now...nearly dust in the sad wind of the infected world.

Panther was holding off on his next attack with his mind controlled self immediately chipping away at the ice encasing Pigma with a plasma knife he seemed to have on him. The warm blade was cutting barely anything away, but he became incredibly enveloped in the business of freeing Pigma and was now paying no attention to the battle at all.

Despite bullets and projectiles flying at Pigma, Panther seemed unaffected and just kept his attention on that ice and only that ice. Now may be a good time to get his collar off. Oh, and finish Pigma off too, since he is the only one left to destroy technically in this bout at least. Scales was still very much waiting up ahead in the hidden away innards of the city's darkness.

To move forward from here you absolutely have to destroy Pigma at all costs. There is no controlling him and convincing him to join your side. He is psychologically not there and is Infected with Starvia, so there would be no result if that is attempted. Once Pigma is finished off, Scales awaits for the final battle.

After dodging the second of Pigma's beam, Yumiko took the headband off of Slippy when he decided that she should wear it to save Panther. She applied the headband and felt the switch that Slippy instructed her to switch on. "I see. Thanks." Yumiko told Slippy before gasping when he got blasted by Pigma's beam. She wasn't going to switch the headband on just yet, just when she get's close enough to Panther since she doesn't want to waste any power that would come from the headband. So for now she was going to focus on helping Fox's team defeat Pigma.

"The more, the merrier Kazooie." Yumiko said back to Kazooie when she said that her plan to recruit the Sharpclaws would be ridiculous. However it didn't matter since the group's attack had managed to roast the Sharpclaw group, leaving only Pigma and Panther to deal with.

"Never mind." Yumiko looked at the spots where the Sharpclaws were previously at before looking at Pigma, who was frozen into place.

"Excellent, my attack worked, now let's go finish off this monster of a pig." Yumiko told the group as she proceeded to fire two maziodyne's at Pigma to shock him while he's in his frozen state.

After firing her attacks, Yumiko tried to sneak up normally towards Panther in an attempt to take off his collar while he's distracted. She knows it would be risky without the headband activated but she might as well try and see if she can save him without it.

And she did, Yumiko cast a little bit of maziodyne on Panther's collar like she did with the other two and swiftly pulled it off of him without delay. "You can stop doing that now. Your free from Scale's control and don't have to work for him or Pigma anymore." Yumiko told Panther as she removed his collar.

She was lucky that she managed to do it without the headband. Although she didn't want to let Slippy's invention go to waste, so she switched it on in case Pigma broke out of his ice prison anyway and attacked her for freeing his partners.

It seemed as though Banjo and Kazooie wouldn't be good candidates for the headband. Though they were both disappointed, it made a lick of sense, since only one of them could wear it at a time.

"Whatever. She can have it. Besides, who could even imagine an intelligent Banjo? That'd just be weird." Kazooie snarked.

"I'm not sure if that works in this context. Does the headband actually make you sma-" Banjo began to question, before being cut off by Kazooie, who tapped him on the crown of his head with her beak, as a way of telling him to hurry up.

With that out of the way, their roles were established. The duo would maintain the offensive while Yumiko would try and free Panther. Everyone else would also target whatever enemies remained.

Though the two weren't doing the best that they could, they noticed that things started looking up. First off, everyone was doing well, offensively speaking. Slippy even managed to conjure up a giant turret out of hammerspace! Secondly, Pigma was hit by one of Yumiko's spells and was frozen solid. This brought his offensive to a grinding halt, to the relief of the duo. After Fox and the Red Eyes managed to mop up the remaining Sharpclaws, the only thing they had to do now was go after Pigma himself.

"Hey Banjo, can we take to the sky again?" Kazooie asked eagerly.

"It's probably a lot safer now that he's frozen like that. Sure!" Banjo said.

With that, the two took flight yet again. They started by rushing forward and slamming into Pigma's side at full force.

Though it wasn't a direct hit, it looked like it did a bit of damage. The two redoubled their efforts, gliding right on top of Pigma's circular body, and landing on him hard.

Banjo and Kazooie landed on Pigma with a Beak Buster, doing a lot more damage than before. They knew they had to one up themselves in order to keep the momentum going.

"Hey Banjo, do we have any stronger attacks?" Kazooie asked, temporarily forgetting one attack in particular. Banjo thought about this for a second, before responding.

"Yeah, actually, we do." Banjo said.

"Alright, what would tha- Woah!" Kazooie attempted to speak, however midway through her sentence, Banjo reached down and grabbed her legs, slamming her on top of Pigma.

That last one definitely hit the hardest, but not without a noticeable downside. Kazooie looked winded, and a little bruised. She coughed a bit, before giving Banjo a mean glare.

During his incessant digging into Pigma's ice shell to free his leader he was not paying attention to his surroundings very well and was snuck up on by Yumiko, who then managed to smoothly remove his collar in a cooling magic motion. Once the collar collapsed to the ground Panther immediately stopped chipping at the ice and looked around himself realizing he has regained control of his body and movements. He turns around looking at Yumiko and his eyes bulge in appreciation. You know, that look cats do when they are trying to be cute or really want something.

"Oh Mon amour, thank you thank you thank you." He gets on his knees and kisses her feet. "You have saved me and I am in your debt." He then turns to look up at the frozen Pigma. "That hideous pork chop had me believe I was doing the right thing as long as it was at his will. My foolish self allowed me to be trapped by Scales and controlled to bend to his wishes. But now it's over. And I will help you finish this." Panther stands up and grabs Yumiko's hand to kiss it.

His eyes continue to have that widened look of impassioned awe. "And now for you beautiful one, I will do anything." Panther steps back and bows with deep thanks to Yumiko. "You should be a queen, you glimmer with decadent majesty." Trying not to put the moves on her too much while they still have a fight to win, he shifts his attention and sees in the distance Fox elevated up on the giant Red Eye and Slippy and Leon waving Panther over to join their group.

He rushes over enjoying the freshly recovered use of his legs and joints meeting Fox and company. He stares up at Fox and smiles. "Looks like you haven't changed at all McCloud. That old charm you have got you a pet I see." Fox laughed at Panther's comment and waved hello to him down below. "Just in my nature I guess Panther. Good to see you. Shall we work together to get Pigma out of commission?" Panther nodded.

"Wouldn't have suggested anything else." Panther then turned to Leon and Slippy. "Leon, glad you're alright as well. We can safely get out of here together and continue our scouting duties for the Life Sphere once Pigma is finished off. And Slippy, you sly little toad, nice to see you well." Panther looked around and noticed some unfamiliar faces of a bear and a bird, a few baby dinosaurs, and a scent...he could smell the scent of his old commander. Wolf.

"Why is my nose picking up Wolf's scent...is...is he here? Is my commander near?! I thought he would have been long dead by now! We must find him!" Panther's attitude grew panicked as he urged the group to give him answers. Leon was the one that spoke next. "Panther, calm yourself. Wolf is ok as far as we know, he is here and went off deeper into the city to look for General Scales who started this whole mess, and Pigma has stopped us from going further in. That fat slob!" Panther was satisfied with that answer and shot a glare at Pigma with clenched fists.

"Then let's end him and find our commander right away." Slippy jumped into the conversation. "I say with all of us on the attack now, united on the enemy, Pigma should be polished off here rather quickly. I just set up my specialized turret and it's about to unleash another burst of rounds on him pretty soon. It won't be long now before he is done with." Panther looks over and notices the turret, impressed by Slippy's invention.

He compliments the frog. "Very clever, frog. Allow me to offer some added assistance." Panther takes out his blaster. "Let's continue this tango and get that pig cooked already." Panther presses a button on his blaster and it suddenly turns into a bazooka transforming in front of everyone's eyes. "Today's special comes at a discounted price, just for you Pigma, free of charge, but packing ALL the quality." Panther fires his newly upgraded weapon straight at Pigma starting the first slew of the next wave of attacks.

DEX Roll for Caroso Cannon on Pigma NH_PnuOZp_1d20 + 3 (The bazooka lets off a smaller rocket projectile but it still hit Pigma and the ice, penetrating to Pigma a little and causing some explosive damage not alot. Said attack has a DMG output of 16%.)

"Could have been better if I wasn't so shook with rage." Panther desperately wanted to end Pigma himself for what had happened to him, but he knew he needed everyone around him to assist and aid with the involvement of Pigma's demise. "I think he needs another!" Panther tries to remain more still as he fires another rocket at the frozen Pigma.

DEX Roll for Caroso Cannon on Pigma p_1d20+3 (The rocket was much bigger this time as the cannon produced a magnificent blast from its barrel firing right at a penetration point through the ice and into Pigma's face hitting his upper right forehead for 16% DMG.)

"That's better." He pressed the button on his bazooka and it reverted back to a normal blaster in which he then holstered. Pigma's ice was starting to slowly crack and break from all the attacking done to him so far. A few more attacks heading his way and he may not have to try breaking out, the ice may just break on its own. Fox gave Panther an order. "Panther, try not attack him too harshly, we don't want that ice to break sooner than it has to." Panther sneers not liking to be told what to do by anyone else except Wolf.

"I say let him break out of that coat of ice. There's enough of us to give him hell." Fox knew Panther was impatient and upset for what Pigma and Scales had done, but they had to continue to be smart about this battle because things are always unpredictable. "Just stay level headed Panther, that's all I'm saying." Panther ignores the comment and to keep things moving along against Pigma, Fox jumps in with another offensive maneuver.

"Let's move in close big guy!" The Daddy Red Eye hears Fox loud and clear and begins rushing over to Pigma once more. Fox looks behind him as they dash away and calls over to the Younglings. "All of you follow us too!" The Younglings roar and follow the daddy and fox to the frozen Pigma. Fox then reaches in his utility pack and takes out a small metal rod, he taps it with a finger and it suddenly expands into a long sharpened metallic spear.

He raises it with one arm high above his head and prepares to strike. "Alright fella, circle around Pigma and I will find an opening to stab him good. This strike really needs to hit its mark." The Daddy Red Eye makes a swerve around Pigma so him and Fox get up close from behind the enemy with the Younglings following nearby and Fox finds a slit in the ice to stab an open area of Pigma's circuits that seemed to connect to his spine.

"FOUND IT! Time to make skewered Pork!" Fox shoves the sharp end of the spear into Pigma's spine as hard as he can to really poke the pig, as it were. With the two of them still boosted in power thanks to the Younglings, Fox was able to really give the spear a strong thrust.

STR Roll for Spear Stab p_1d20 + 5 (The spear gets harshly shoved right into the bone of Pigma's spine and shreds through much of his circuitry. Deals 23% DMG...and maybe some change. It hit a really vulnerable place.)

Pigma shakes and vibrates from the stabbing but remains encapsulated in the ice. Much of his circuits began to spark and sizzle which began to cause the ice to melt giving Pigma some warmth. "Uh oh, he's gonna break free soon. I have to hit him again while I can, but keep moving us around him my dino comrade!" The Daddy Red Eye continues to follow Fox's instruction and stays on the move circling Pigma. Fox takes out his blaster and begins firing at Pigma's weaker exterior points while they dash around him.

Fox's blasts just hit the outer layer of ice and don't really get to his skin or circuits. As Fox continued to circle around he fires one more time.

DEX Roll for Fox Blaster p_1d20 +5 (Several of the blasts were rather large this time, and puncture through the ice and reach his skin connecting in stinging force. Critical hit 20% DMG.)

Pigma shakes lightly as the blasts fire to his face leaving some smoky marks. Fox was done with his onslaught and pointed down at the Younglings following behind. "Hey little buddies, as a pack, see what you can do to do some real damage to him up there!" The Younglings yip in unison at the suggestion and all at the same time jump into the air and head bash Pigma aiming for his most exposed area to attack through that thick ice.

STR Roll for a Pack Head Butt Attack p_1d20 + 4 (The headbutt unfortunately doesn't penetrate the ice really but it did give the dinos a headache.)

The Younglings try as a team to get a sweet spot and damage Pigma, but they ended up hitting ice and only slightly cracking it. They landed on their feet however and suffered nothing more than a minor headache. Fox consoled them. "It's ok you guys, I think we did enough here. Let's head back to the group before this jerk breaks free." The Younglings jump in acknowledgment at Fox's suggestion as they all run back to their team and notice now that they were at a distance from Pigma, they saw the ice all around him starting to crack faster and faster. He could break free at any moment now.

Slippy's turret made a buzzing sound just as Fox and the Daddy Red Eye with his kids returned, and the turret then began unloading on Pigma again.

Slippy's Turret Tycoon fires again for turn number 2. Doing another 15% DMG.

The gunfire shatters a chunk of the ice freeing up the bottom half of Pigma's cyborg body. A few circuits dangled all cut up from Pigma as soon as a portion of the ice broke and sparks began to jump off the severed circuitry. Slippy adds to the attack by taking out another Flashbang Grenade and tossing it at Pigma, hoping for better luck hitting him this time. "Bombs away!" The grenade launches Pigma's way and well out of Slippy's grip.

DEX Roll for Mighty Mighty Flashbang p_1d20 + 1 (The grenade pings off Pigma's outer ice layer near his head area and explodes just outside the ice but nothing more. Typically does 15% DMG with 10% blinding chance, but not so much this time.)

"Oh blast it! Didn't do a good one of those. Let's see if the old wrench has any luck." Slippy takes out his big wrench again and throws it like a boomerang at Pigma.

DEX Roll for Wrench Boomerang p_1d20 + 1 (The wrench lands a critical hit in one of the exposed parts of the ice smashing Pigma's bottom lip! It then boomerangs right back to Slippy's hands after landing a critical 18% DMG.)

The wrench connects hard to Pigma's bottom lip causing a large bloody wound and coming right back to Slippy. It connected hitting Pigma in a place not covered in ice for massive damage. This causes Pigma to flinch in a quick twitching motion. "Yes! Now THAT is a hit to be proud of!" Slippy celebrates his successful attack and decides to end his slew of attacks there. Leon jumps in and makes his turn at attacking easy. Blast, blast, and blast him again. Leon aims his blaster at Pigma and squeezes the trigger over and over. "That ice is bound to break any second, no time to think, just do!" Leon was squeezing his blaster's trigger awful hard to get 3 good hits in.

After all that shooting Leon brings the blaster to his mouth and blows the smoke away that was coming out of its nozzle. He smirks. "Oops I did it again, baby." He gives a wink to himself as he successfully executed a masterful blast combo and allows the others to continue their offensive duties. Yumiko after rescuing Panther, goes full focus on destroying Pigma and shoots out two devastating lightning bolts, well one was fairly weak, but the second was pretty powerful to damage Pigma in the region of 18% percent or so.

The bolts rain down from above and strike the top of Pigma's head which was where the hardest layers of ice seemed to be. Another chunk of ice falls off from the impact of those attacks and the top of Pigma's head is now unfrozen. The entire ice shell starts to crumble and flake now. After Yumiko's assault Banjo and Kazooie ram Pigma's side with their beak doing minimal damage but causing more ice to fall off at rapid rates. Then Banjo and Kazooie hit the sky and slam down into Pigma's exposed noggin in a powerful impact triggering the rest of the ice to now fall away and Pigma to shake in extreme pain from all these attacks.

Before Pigma was completely free, Banjo landed another powerful attack smashing Pigma's skull in by using Kazooie's body as a weapon doing some serious damage. This was the last factor for Pigma's frozen prison. The final layers of ice broke off and Pigma was free to move again. He let out a loud and eery wail. After all the ice came off of him the looks of him seemed to change quite a bit. Alot of his circuits and wires were now smoldering and loose. Multiple parts of his body were bloody while others were just metal chunks falling off of him. His face was bruised and badly battered with bloody cuts and scars and snot coming out of his nose and every pore. He was staying in the fight however. "You almost had me...so close....but not enough. No I say when it's enough!" Pigma gets another crazed look in his eye and opens his mouth as wide as it can go. He then starts to wail loudly in a blood curdling and ear shattering sound.

Pigma is debuffing all of you with his attack; Swine Sound. Must do a CONST Roll of 15 or above to resist, or get inflicted with the Slowed Status ailment taking half of your DEX points away for 3 turns.

After letting out that obnoxious noise Pigma kicks on his thrusters and rushes the entire group of you with a hit and run all powerful ramming maneuver.

Pigma has followed up from his wailing with his special attack; Thrust N Throttle. Must do a DEX Roll of 14 or above to dodge successfully or take 25% DMG.

After Yumiko had managed to save Panther, he thanked her. "Oh, it was no problem really. I couldn't let anyone be controlled like that. It's gross and not right." Yumiko explained to Panther, before he did a facial expression that made him resemble a very cute cat before he kissed her hand.

Which Yumiko pulled away in annoyance.

"Sorry Catanova wannabe, not interested, but thank you for helping us save the rest of the people that are trapped here." Yumiko smiled to Panther as she laughed while following him back to the rest of the group.

"A queen no, but I was a goddess in a previous life. Although I don't like to mention it that much since it feels like bragging." She revealed as she rejoined the rest of the group, with Panther quickly panicking when he picked up Wolf's scent, which meant he must be nearby.

"If he's close enough for Panther to pick up his scent, then we can't waste any time on stopping Pigma before something bad happens. Let's finish him off." Yumiko proceeded to help the group in the best way that she could with stopping Pigma. However despite their efforts, the monster pig soon broke free from being frozen with diamond dust and was now preparing to attack.

By screaming out a large high pitched tone that Yumiko tried to cover her ears for. "What noise is he even trying to make!?" Yumiko wondered out loud to the rest of the team.

While Yumiko managed to cover out most of the screams, her arm band was affected by the pitch tone that Pigma just did and caused it to shoot out a little bit of electric current to show how affected it was. Yumiko looked up towards it. "Oh no, Pigma's scream must of made the headband wonky." Yumiko then looked forward, as Pigma was about to charge into the group to attack. Yumiko tried to get out of the way.

"Regardless, I can still handle his next attack." Yumiko thought to herself as she tried to dodge Pigma's incoming attack.

Yumiko spin past Pigma's charge and moved to the side as she looked back at Pigma. "Nice try." Yumiko said to Pigma as she shot out her three attacks to him again.

After firing her attacks Yumiko moved back to the party again to see what will happen next. "It's going to take a few minutes to use my freeze attack again. In case he's still going by then." Yumiko revealed to the party.

They had all done a very good job maintaining the offensive on Pigma, but not without a noticeable consequence. With Fox's spear, Panther's rockets, Slippy's wrench and turret, Leon's rifle, the Red Eyes' ferocity, Yumiko's magic, and finally Banjo and Kazooie's avian assault, the robotic Pigma had been thawed out. This meant that the fight between them and the mechanical monstrosity would be, for lack of a better term, heating up very soon. Banjo and Kazooie knew they had to get out of there quickly, before Pigma could retaliate against them somehow. They didn't like the hit-and-run strategy they were using, but it had worked so far, and they didn't need to get on top of him, necessarily. 

The duo were gliding down, Kazooie becoming quite tired due to physical exertion, when Pigma began to speak again. With that, the two decided to try and get to the ground as soon as possible. They knew a "Turns Red" scenario when they saw one.

The two weren't yet on the ground when Pigma's screeching started. Banjo scrambled to cover his ears, while Kazooie couldn't do so without causing them to splat on the ground. The two were disoriented to a very high degree, and landed on the ground haphazardly.

"You okay, Kazooie?" Banjo said worriedly.

"What?!" Kazooie shouted.

Banjo looked behind him to make eye contact with Kazooie, which was honestly a good thing, since he was able to see Pigma's rapid approach quickly enough to react.

Lacking the space needed to dodge away, Banjo absorbed the blow with his bubble shield. This caused the already damaged shield to crack violently, nearly being destroyed by the sheer power of the impact.

Banjo, using hand motions, told Kazooie to use this time to hit him while he was somewhat close to the ground. Kazooie agreed, even though she wasn't sure what he was trying to say exactly. All she understood was to keep fighting.

Banjo picked up the pace, getting a running start before jumping as high as he could, letting a somewhat frazzled Kazooie stick her beak out.

"Can you do that again, Kazooie?" Banjo asked.

"Sure. It's not like sitting around will fix the ringing in my ears." Kazooie said, her deafness from Pigma's screeching having subsided somewhat.

Banjo jumped again, letting Kazooie beak ram hard against Pigma's body, and again after that, letting Kazooie peck at his bottom a couple times. After that, they were both becoming very tired. Banjo used the last of his current energy to run over to where everyone else presently was.

"Is everyone alright?" Banjo said, panting a little from overexertion.

The entire group was so close now to ending Pigma for good. Pigma was on his last legs and it really wouldn't take much more now to finish him off. But the pig cyborg was incredibly resilient and his fortitude was certainly showing as he fought the odds against The Life Sphere warriors. He knew he wasn't going to last in this fight, but still he kept going, like a dying train engine being fed more coal to keep burning until the point of combustion despite the train going off the rails.

Pigma didn't believe in rails. Or direction. Or a path. He believed in chaos and destruction and leading and surviving by power and force. Just like Scales. Fox and Daddy Red Eye braced themselves for the Swine Sound attack by ducking their bodies and covering their ears as best they could. Because Daddy Red Eye had tiny arms, Fox covered his ears for him and to cover his own ears, Daddy Red Eye curled his tail around Fox's sensitive canine ear canals as support.

Fox and Daddy Red Eye were able to block out most of the noise and remain calm with the waves of sound Pigma was emulating. However, it may not have been the case for the Younglings as they all tried to huddle together and dip their heads as low as they could together in their big pack clump using their heads locking in with eachother to block the noise.

The Younglings, try as they might, all get their dexterity and reaction times cut in half as they suddenly feel woozy from the sound and weakened. Their bodies have slowed removing their mighty speed, but they remain still battle ready and in tact, just a bit shaken. Panther was the next to do what he could to block out Pigma's wailing by shoving his paws over his ears and pressing in tightly to ensure no sound gets into his cranium.

Panther's paws protected his ears enough to block out the awful sound. He felt fine after all the wailing and was glad he was born with thick paws for such occasions. Leon the moment he heard the noise, curled up into a ball and covered his ears in a defensive fetal position for maximum blockage of the noise.

Leon was unable to filter out the noise despite his unique defensive strategy and instantly began to feel dizzy and weak from the sound waves causing him to move sluggishly as he tried to return to his feet. Slippy was next to try and get that noise blocked. He simply pulled out a big pair of headphones he had in his bag and slipped them on to cover his ears in hopes it would be strong enough to filter out the noise.

Slippy's headphones were not strong enough to block the noise out. As the wailing penetrated the headphones and entered Slippy's ears he collapsed to his knees from the sound force and used his hands to cover his ears from there; shaking and rocking to stay conscious as the sound hits him hard. Right when the wailing ended, Pigma went to town with an offense quickfire maneuver to take the team down quickly. Fox and Daddy Red Eye went straight to shielding themselves due to how fast Pigma was going.

The Younglings then group together and put up their bubble shields to block the Pigma tackling as a whole due to feeling very out of it and unable to dodge.

Panther attempts to dive roll out of the way of the Pigma attack and tries to use his cat like reflexes and feline abilities to move out of the way in time before the attack connects.

After failing to get enough of a pep in his step and unable to have a decent preparatory stance before his dive out of the way, Pigma is just a tad faster and slams Panther with his move causing the cat anthrospecies to twirl in a sideways thud as if he had just become road kill, except not fully dead. Slippy stands his ground and pops up his bubble shield to block the attack since he was so weakened by the sound waves earlier.

Slippy Shield: -25%-10% = 115/150

Once Slippy braces for that attack and absorbs it, Pigma came Leon's way, and Leon also activated his bubble shield since the Swine Sound faltered him quite bit, and he blocks Pigma's attack instead.

Leon Shields Pigma's Move: -25%-10%= 35/70

Leon manages to block the attack entirely taking out most of his shield strength. Once everyone seemed for the most part, to have endured or avoided Pigma's physical girth flying at them, it was time for another wave of attacks on Pigma, and this time, it may be the end of him since many of the fighters about had it to their wit's end with the pig cretin. Fox and Daddy Red Eye were raring to get back at Pigma and deal some serious hurt. Fox starts giving out orders nice and loud to his dino pal.

"Ok Papa Dino, we are starting to reach a point of critical mass here on that thing. Let's get at him with another staff stab, but this time I'm launching it right in his eye hole. Let's aim for his right eye." The Daddy Red Eye seemed to understand Fox's command and dashed with Fox at a parallel of the pig ship with a slight angle on him and got just close enough for a projectile attack with Fox's spear, they didn't rush him that closely this time since he was fully alert and not frozen. The dino's mighty legs scuffed the dirt below them leaving dust clouds in his wake and when they got to their throwing point, Fox took out his pointy staff and flung it quickly towards Pigma's right eye.

That spear Fox threw looked to have surely hit its mark landing and sticking in Pigma's eye in a gushing crimson and purple display. It stuck right to the lower inner corner of his right eye and started a waterfall of robotic fluids and pig blood. Pigma whined madly at the assault and began to shake from the intense pain left and right. "You shouldn't have gone to the crazies Pigma...you had potential as a pilot. Now look at you!" Fox rubbed salt in the wound with his comment making sure Pigma knows he made a grave mistake switching sides. Pigma says nothing to the comment but instead continues his incessant whining.

"I still got more fuel in this tank for you Pigma!" Fox grabs another Mine of his from his utility belt, adds an element of electricity to it via his deflector's energy wave as he turns his deflector on, and tosses it in one fluid motion into Pigma's Left Eye this time to really cause Pigma to feel uneasy and mess with his vision.

DEX Roll for McCloud Mine p_1d20 + 4 (Another strong hit as the mine lands in his other eye and causes 16% DMG adding an element of shock to the move creating a 20% chance to paralyze Pigma.)

Pigma jerks and shakes at the other attack by Fox as his left eye is electrified and rattled by the mine's explosive impact. That eye immediately turns a bright red as a few blood vessels pop and his pupil begins to pulse in and out. This eye appears to be resisting an urge to pop out of its socket. "Let's not neglect your ugly forehead." Fox pulls out his blaster and fires a shot at the center of Pigma's forehead...just because.

DEX Roll for Fox Blaster to Pigma's Forehead p_1d20 + 4 (A direct and critical hit. Deals a whole 15% DMG.)

Fox could not have been more accurate with his blaster as he fires a great blast at the center of Pigma's forehead while atop Daddy Red Eye causing the foe to tilt backwards every so slightly and barely regain his balance after. Pigma definitely felt that one. "Bullseye! I think that'll do it for now!" Fox was pretty satisfied with the damage he's done and retreated back to the group at that nice safe distance.

Upon coming back Fox notices a familiar look in Panther's eye, the look he usually gives before finishing off an enemy. A look of pure certainty and merciless intent. Upon seeing this look Fox took a step back with his mounted dino and Panther reverts to being on all fours. Legs and arms were stretched out to the ground and his talons dug into the dirt like deadly daggers. His eyes turned into calculating, cold slits of grim stones.

Panther then runs at high speed to Pigma and covers alot of ground in a minimal amount of time keeping that same dead look in his eyes and maintaining a calibrated sprint all the way to Pigma using all four of his limbs. Once he reaches just below Pigma's giant frame, Panther pounces straight up in the sky and juts out his claws and begins slashing away at Pigma's face in a pattern of sinister swipes and uncanny slicing motions that could not be avoided.

His movements were like freshly forged knives cutting through flesh and bone and in this case, circuitry and robotic mass, effortlessly. Pigma's face quickly became a cheese cube as he was being diced away little by little. Pigma's cries of pain were loud and deafening. After about 30 slashes or so, Panther stops and lands on the ground back to his two feet stance and retracts his claws licking his paws after his brutal lashing to Pigma. He then runs on his two feet back to Fox and company. Fox, Slippy, and Leon looked at Panther with almost concern after witnessing his rage there, in which case Panther simply said; "I was holding it in too long. It had to come out." And he left it at that.

That was all he needed to say for the team to turn their attention back to the matter at hand and finish what Panther was continuing, the demise and destruction of Pigma.

Panther has activated his Final Smash; Panther Pounce and has dealt 40% DMG to Pigma's face region.

Pigma's face was now an indescribable bloody mess. And the team still had alot more damage to dole out. Slippy's turret went off for the last time riddling Pigma in once again, the face, causing the monster's head to now dangle in a bloody heap and to de-elevate a bit and start to lose balance.

Slippy's Turret Tycoon fires for the last time at Pigma dealing its final 15% DMG.

Upon Slippy's turret firing its last shot to Pigma, it reverts back into the cube in which it came from and leaves a residue of smoke and sticky oil stains as well as empty bullet casings on the ground. Slippy quickly picks his now cube sized turret back up and stashes it in his bag. Once he has that put away he pulls out his handy wrench again and hops over to Fox and his dino. "Hey buddy, mind if I use that dino for a boost?" Fox hears the request and allows it.

"Sure little buddy. I'm sure you got something clever up your sleeve so go ahead and show Pigma what you're made of." Slippy hops in joy from Fox's consent and does an incredible hop onto the Daddy Red Eye's head with wrench in hand.

"Wonderful! Now lower me down and on my count catapult me to Pigma!" Slippy was requesting the Daddy Red Eye to be used as a weapon to launch Slippy at Pigma. The Daddy Red Eye was oddly ok with this and nods. He lowers his head and Slippy slides down to the Red Eye's nose. Slippy now counts it down. "When I say 1....fling me. 5,4...3.....2.....1!" The giant T Rex does what he's told and flings Slippy as a live projectile at Pigma.

Slippy raises his wrench way above his head while airborne and aims to bash Pigma's bloodied up nose with his wrench using the adrenaline and boost from Daddy Red Eye to really hit where he needs to go. Once Slippy got super close he slammed the wrench down on Pigma's snout.

Despite the nice idea, Slippy isn't flung far enough and doesn't make it to Pigma. He falls short and eats dirt halfway to the pig ascending mid-air and thudding to the ground. After he failed, Slippy rushes back to his feet and hops to safety back to the group. "I fell short there. But what about this!" He then pulls his blaster out once far enough away from danger and fires at Pigma twice.

Slippy fires at Pigma after his failed wrench maneuver using his blaster and misses him the first time, the second time he gets the edge of Pigma's ship frame which may have caused a small ding of some kind. "I suppose I really have to do better with my aim." Slippy was having pretty bad luck with his aim all around lately, but he continues to keep in this battle despite that. Leon came next to attack and ran up to Fox.

"Let me try the same thing Slippy just did, except...you know...better." Fox didn't find Leon's sarcasm funny. "You trying to show off Leon? There isn't any need for that." Fox responded to Leon's lack of empathy and questioned his plans. Leon tried to be more convincing. "Listen, let me use the Daddy Red Eye to boost me to Pigma but let me get through that stretch of sky between us and our enemy in my own way. I'll finesse it." Eventually Fox caved and allowed his Red Eye to lower its head to let Leon on to try the catapult idea again.

"Alright hot shot go ahead." Fox tapped his dino prompting the Red Eye to lower his head again and for Leon to jump on. Leon was ready to give this tactic another go. "Alright Jurassic Park, give me a fling!" Leon commanded the dinosaur to fling him without much prep time or thought and the Red Eye did what was asked and slung his lizard like colleague to Pigma for another assault.

"CHAMELEO KICK COMING YOUR WAY PIGMA!" With little prep or rest time, Leon is shot through the air by the dino's sheer force and rides the flinging motion keeping that kick technique as he flew through the air.

DEX Roll for Flying Chameleokick to Pigma p_1d20 + 2 (The kick was average but connects hitting Pigma's lower left ship frame for mediocre DMG at about 13% DMG output with a 10% chance to turn invisible for 2 turns upon move connecting.)

With an average kick, but still a kick nonetheless, Leon goes camouflage and turns hidden from view for a bit. He then gets real nice and snug with Pigma while invisible and pulls out a small round glob of goo from his pockets. It was a pink soft looking blob with a red center to it. He then sticks it into Pigma's punctured wound from when Fox sliced open his back and hit his spine. The blob was now resting on Pigma's damaged spine.

Leon then takes a few steps back and waits a few seconds. After about 20 seconds or so the blob explodes within Pigma's spinal wound!

INT Roll for Sticky Chameleon Bomb p_1d20 + 2 (The bomb does incredible damage. It explodes within Pigma's messed up cyborg spine for 18% Damage!)

The sticky goo was a mini bomb all along and blows up within Pigma's metallic and flesh mixed back causing the now bloodied up pig to twitch uncontrollably and now starting to smolder with smoke coming out of its spinal column and little spots of flames to form all over its body. The pig screams out in a frenzy. "WAAAAAAAARGGGGGGAAAAA!!!" He was starting to fade and taste the shadows of death consume him.

It wouldn't be much longer now before he is no more! Leon grows panicked. "I gotta get away from this big lug!" He runs as fast as he can away from Pigma and rejoins the group, still invisible but audibly makes himself known to them. "Just letting everyone know I broke Pigma. And I am invisible. That is all." He was tickled with himself at the work he had just done. Fox reassured Leon.

"Leon, wherever you are, good work. I think you just pushed Pigma into his breaking point. Not much longer now and this pig is cooked. Young Red Eyes, do some more damage with your acid spitting talents I have seen before so long ago!" Fox commanded the Younglings to attack again, so attack they did. All 4 Younglings opened their mouths and a hot acidic green substance began to form from deep in their gullets and started to simmer on their tongues.

After a few moments of acidic settling, they reeled their heads back, and then swung them forward spewing 4 giant gobs of acid at the convulsing Pigma spitting right at his ship hull that his face was so firmly connected to.

With a nice long nasty gargle building the acid up in their mouths, the Younglings successfully spew the dangerous saliva on Pigma's metallic body burning though parts of his ship hull and eating away into more of his circuits. Pigma was basically a floating pile of scrap junk now. More pain was being dished to him and there was nothing else he could do to stop it.

Another powerful lightning bolt struck Pigma from above summoned by Yumiko using her almighty magic. This caused the top of his cranium to now swell into a bubble of swollen flesh as the bolt widened a scorch mark on top of Pigma's head and caused more severe long term problems for Pigma and his ailing body. After the bolt came a subterfuge of burning fire that plowed through his circuitry and burned away at his wiring systems and also increased the small fires within his body already from Leon's bomb previously.

Pigma was now bleeding and sweating profusely with tangles of wires and sparks coming out of him every which way. After the lightning and fire from Yumiko, a brisk wind then fell upon Pigma, but it didn't do much other than swirl the directions of the existing flames to others parts of his body and maybe cause a brief outlet of additional damage in that regard.

Once the damage was done by Yumiko, Banjo and Kazooie swooped in pecking away at whatever other open areas on Pigma in which they can cause a wound or make a wound worse. They managed to find some good openings for damage as Kazooie drilled her beak into several pained areas of Pigma's body and caused more sparks to form and flames to spread in the pig as if it were being gutted inside out. Kazooie's beak landed into Pigma's damaged goods many times in a combo and flurry of well placed stabbing motions.

This was the final touch to end the piggy at last. One last scatter of flames popped up within Pigma's internal cyber core and burned his circuits completely to nothing ultimately causing living and fleshy parts of Pigma to chip away into piles of mush flaking off his misshapen body that was now like kindle to a firepit. There was nothing left for him to do other than scream and flail helplessly. "NOOOOO! WEEEEEEEEEEE! WEEEEEEEEEEEE! WE ARE PIGMA! WE ARE FOREVER!" Pigma shouted out, while burning and burning and burning for minutes on end, until he finally stopped his shouting and crashed to the ground in a glorious blaze of scrap and blood.

Now in the aftermath, he looks like melted scrap metal as he decomposes to gooey used up ship parts and a shell of what he once was. But in the goo, there were leftover microchips with Pigma's memory banks on them and it appeared there was several of them, 3 or 4 perhaps. They could be salvaged for future uses of something possibly. They are there to take for those whom know how to utilize them correctly.

You have obtained a Pigma Memory Chip. Once you return to the Life Sphere and put this in your Item Bank, the Life Sphere scientific department will automatically convert it into a limited edition unique Pigma Assist Trophy. One time use. When transformed into an assist trophy it will be able to do the following:

A maniacal laugh echoes throughout the stage, that is when you know Pigma is coming! After he introduces himself with a laugh from a far away distance and out of view, he will either swoop in from the left or right of the designated stage/area and drop Swine Silos on all combatants NOT including the user who summoned him doing 15% damage, then he will turn around once he has flown over and bombed all combatants, and zoom across the combatants from the opposite side in which he made his entrance with the bombs, and slam himself in a hit and run technique against all combatants ramming them harshly with his aparoid body for an additional 10% damage. Must do a DEX roll of 15 or more to accurately dodge.

Fox looks disappointed in Pigma and his ways after defeating him in battle, but at the same time, there was also a subtle sense of relief in his eyes after defeating a psychopath that could have almost ended the lives of him, or anyone on the team they were a part of in an instant had the group lost focus for even a small second. "Good riddens to you Pigma, I hope you find your peace..." Fox didn't really feel a need to say goodbye to him in any sort of way after taking his journey to the after Li life. The pig was pretty toast now.

Panther and Leon circle around Pigma and close their eyes for a few moments of silence since, after all, he was their former teammate. Panther pulls a flower from his belt and drops a single rose on top of the Pigma goo pile, takes a breath, and then simply turns and walks away ready to go on with life. He made his peace. Leon was more vocal, however. "Goodbye you fat piece of bacon pie. I won't miss you. Thanks for putting us through hell just then. Rest well and whatever." Leon said what he felt was right for that individual in this moment in time, and walked away from the body. Or...goo pile more prominently.

Slippy simply stayed still and stared at the defeated Pigma slowly shaking his head at the violence. "I wish this could have been avoided....I hate fighting." Slippy whispered this to himself speaking only the truth of what came to mind. Fox and the Daddy Red Eye kept focused on the task still at hand of finding Wolf and defeating Scales and rallied the troops back together.

"Listen up all, sometimes things just need to end messy. That is just the way it is not only in this world, but in many other worlds as well. Pigma was not able to make amends with us and change his ways, just know....we had no choice but to act against him. That wasn't a true living thing anymore, it was a science experiment gone wrong. A galactic alien enemy that didn't have a sense of right and wrong anymore. Knowing that, we must move on. Scales can't be far. Let's keep going, and keep staying positive that soon this terrible day will be over and we can get back home to the community we know and love. Look at how far we've come friends."

Fox gestures to all the people saved by Scale's brainwashing including himself and Panther, Leon, and Slippy and how much of a victory that was. "We've saved alot of lives, and there are more to save still ahead." Fox kept thinking about Falco, who initially came to this abandoned city with him and hoped he too, was alright. "Shall we get going?" Fox waited for the rest of the team to chime in before moving forward.

Yumiko was prepared to help finish off Pigma, but it seems as though everyone else was going to do that first. With each attack that everyone, including her have done to Pigma, he had decayed until he eventually stopped fighting the group and crashed down into the ground in a gory mess, killing him once and for all, at least for now.

She stayed silent as Fox and co said their final words to Pigma's corpse now that the battle with him has ended, out of respect due to the past history that the group had with him.

One of the microchips landed by Yumiko's feet while Pigma's corpse was busy shooting out wires and pig blood that she was trying to avoid. "This could come in handy later in the coming months." Yumiko thought to herself as she cleaned off the dirt and blood from the microchip and placed it into her pocket before walking back to the group now that one battle was done.

Although Yumiko feels that now their going to move out to find Scales and the people that he enslaved, there was going to be another battle between them and Scales soon. "Is everyone alright? That scream that Pigma had done earlier did a number on a lot of people's ears it seems." Yumiko pointed out. She looked at Kazooie the most seeing as how she acted the most affected by Pigma's screeching.

But regardless, Yumiko nodded in approval of Fox's speech over how some things need to end violently...And bloodily, as she did that before, back in her world. Although now was not the time to comment about that. The group needed to move out so they can find the others.

"Fox is right. We almost saved everyone, we can't be feeling down now when were so close to stopping Scales and freeing everyone else that's still under his control." Yumiko supported Fox as she tried to keep everyone's spirits up now that their feeling down after the battle with Pigma.

"Let's go and save everyone else. Hopefully with the amount of allies we have and that were going to get soon, the upcoming battle with either him or another minion that he has will be easier then the battle we had just now with Pigma." Yumiko followed from behind Fox and the invisible Red Eye father...

And maybe Leon if he was still invisible.

Banjo and Kazooie had gotten out of the way just in time, it seemed. After pecking at him from below a few times, Pigma was burning, bleeding, and sparking all over. After not too long, he finally succumbed to his wounds, crashing down and turning into a molten pile of slag. Banjo made it to the rest of the group just when everyone started paying their condolences. Meanwhile, Kazooie climbed out of her backpack, as if looking for something.

"I understand, Fox. Don't worry, we've had to do this sort of thing before. Though it may have been someone you knew before, it really wasn't just now." Looking back, Banjo never really had to do anything like this. The closest thing he could think of was fighting a robotic Mumbo Jumbo, but that was an impostor, not the real thing. "Alright, then. Let's get a move on. Hopefully we'll be able to confront Scales, so long as he doesn't run away again. That, and free anyone else under his control."

"Oh yeah, 'cause Wolf was captured or something." Kazooie said, appearing behind Banjo with an odd chip thing under her right wing.

"Oh, well, I don't think we ever confirmed that. For all we know he could just be lost." Banjo suggested. As he spoke, Kazooie climbed up and got comfy in her backpack.

"Nah, that's stupid. We'll deal with him, get the collar off his neck and so on. Pretty obvious, really."

Banjo sighed. Kazooie had a point. They'ed most likely have to free Wolf at some point in the near future. "Alright, let's go."

Meanwhile....

Currently happening deeper in the Walled City within a large highly concealed run down bunker....

"PIGMA! PIGMA COME IN!" General Scales was trying desperately to com Pigma, but he wasn't there to answer and this concerned the General deeply. He tried reaching his other brainwashed lackeys. "Panther come in! Panther....Slippy do you copy? SLIPPY!?" Still nothing. "LEON COME IN! LEON COME IN!" Silence. "CURSE THEM ALL!" Scales takes his communicator and slams it to the ground followed by a deep crunch of his foot breaking the item to pieces.

Scales was doing his communication atop the roof of the bunker he was camping in with the remaining henchmen he had left. He opened an old metal hatch connected to the roof he was standing on and climbed some rusty stairs down to the base level of the bunker. It was a dark, damp, fairly cramped space. A light or two hanging off kilter on some of the walls flickering here and there, and a few lit lanterns in the small maze like hallways of the place. It was your average run of the mill post apocalyptic kinda place.

By the looks of things there have been many people that have camped out here before; it was certainly utilized quite a bit and looked worn out. Towards the end of the maze of hallways there was a somewhat spacey room that looked like a conference room of some sort. Scales made his way there. It was tattered with maps all over the walls, pinned scribbled pieces of paper and various patterns of strings nailed to a web of connect-the-dot articles and letters of some kind.

It appeared someone was collecting and allocating facts and key points for the planet of Li, there were even some thesis papers and theories on Starvia tacked to the wall. Alot of these pages of information however were torn and missing wording. In the middle of the room was an old oak table scorched and blackened by potential attacks and battle damage. Around the oak table were the rest of Scales servants; including Wolf himself. Falco, Peppy, General Pepper, and Andross's nephew, Andrew Oikonny were also around the table, all pale faced, all with those nasty controlling collars, waiting for the orders from Scales.

The General walked real close up to Wolf and rubbed his furry chin with an outstretched claw of his. He talked real softly in his ear. "You're going to be my bait, puppy. You will have done the greatest good for our survival, by being my ultimate sacrifice. Your friends better play nice, or you become..." General Scales leans in closer to Wolf's ear. "Obsolete." Wolf remains still at the threat, and stares blankly at the wall in front of him. He processed the information but couldn't and did not, react.

After his taunt to Wolf, Scales walked to the head of the table and addressed the whole room. "Ok imbeciles, listen up. We are expecting an ambush coming our way. All of you are going to fight these intruders when they arrive and be decoys for me while I stock up and escape the city. If any of you survive, which you probably won't, you can find me at the Point of Essence. Travel there and you'll find me and continue to serve me. Where Master is...." Scales knew his zombie like troops wouldn't understand half of what he was saying, but he wanted to give them an idea that they should expect trouble with little success on their end.

"It is important that I survive at all costs. So fight with everything you have while I prepare my getaway. This city is unfortunately a lost cause." Scales sighs thinking how much better it would have been had Pigma not been such a failure. "Pigma did his job. Now he can rest with the nether realm. Falco and Peppy, you two will be stationed on the roof tops as our sniper lookouts. Take these." General Scales reaches under the table and tosses Falco and Peppy two large barreled, long nosed, black sniper rifles that appear to have come from some kind of advanced weapon cache.

"Those were leftovers from this bunker. Space Age technology with thermal laser blasting capabilities. You two can hold them off a bit and if we're lucky pick some of them off as well." Falco and Peppy respond with the usual blank muttering. "YES SIR!" Scales then points at Andrew and General Pepper. "You two will hold the front line and station yourselves at the Bunker entrance behind our makeshift barricade. Fire at them with your current weapons and give them hell. Falco and Peppy can cover you from up top." Scales turns to Wolf and smirks devilishly.

"And you, YOU...are going to stay with me and follow me to the laboratory at the back of this facility. I have to get some...things. And I will need someone to keep watch in case those Life Sphere scum get in sooner than expected. Got it?" Wolf nods and responds very directly. "Yes Sir." Scales smiles again. "Gooood. Ok everyone, to your stations!" Scales begins walking out of the room with Wolf following, then stops abruptly and turns around giving one more comment before he fully leaves the room. "Oh and one more thing....DON'T. FAIL!" His lackeys give a nod and a salute and immediately go to their stations as requested.

But Suddenly.....

In the back of Wolf's pants pocket a glowing green light begins to flicker in a lightning quick flash. A small device appears to have been stashed in his pants to hide it from others as it was in a hidden pocket compartment just under his utility belt.

Back in the sea of the city Fox and the group just begin leaving Pigma's remains behind and proceed forward to continue their search for Wolf and Scales. Fox rounded up a memory chip from Pigma's corpse and shoved it in his pocket before hopping back on Daddy Red Eye and continuing on. He announces to the group once more as they go forward. "We don't know what Scales has been doing while we were fighting just now, or where he has gone. But he's got to be here somewhere. Just know he's a resourceful and treacherous sort. He is keen and sharp. Be alert at all times." After that speech Daddy Red Eye roars and begins dashing ahead leading the group to the scent of Scales.

They were all already almost reaching the ends of the city meaning the General wasn't much farther. Fox assumed the group was keeping up as the city grew dimmer and dimmer with sheer darkness from run down and smashed up skyscrapers hiding the colored streams of light and gas that lit the planet above. The line of sight was beginning to be non-existent until finally Fox up ahead sees a single lit up building at the back end of the whole slum like parameter giving the group a pretty strong clue that it may be where the General is hiding.



There was just one more little corner to cross now. Still dashing ahead, Fox and the Daddy Red Eye pass the corner and find a dangerous surprise.

WIS PERCEPTION Roll to see the danger before it finds them. p_1d20 (Fox and Daddy Red Eye get sniped for a mean and critical 25% DMG.)

They get pelted with thermal bullets just as they skirt around the wall of a building blocking their path to the lit area ahead. Daddy Red Eye goes tumbling down on its side sending Fox flying into the pavement below them and springing into a wall nearby with his skull making a large thud sound against its concrete base. It seems anyone who crosses that corner was going to get instantly shot down without a chance of getting any closer. The Younglings see their father get shot down and coo in worry.

Too scared to move passed the corner they remain still and panicked at what to do to help their dad. Slippy catches up with Fox and his dino and sees them down on the ground in front of a pool of light around a rigid alley corner. Before running to Fox's aid Slippy is warned off by Fox. McCloud spits out a piddle of blood as he speaks.

"SLIPPY STOP! It's a trap. Don't....ugh...don't come any closer keep them away." Slippy stops before stepping out of the cover of darkness and heeds Fox's words. "Y-You got it Fox. How can we help you!?" Just as Slippy asked that question Panther and Leon make the scene and stop behind the concerned Slippy.

"Damn Fox, you didn't see that coming?" Leon was trying to make light of the situation and doing a terrible job. Panther provides logic to the scenario. "Tell us what you see up ahead Fox. What clipped you?" Fox winces his eyes and tries to see what could have hit him as he lays pretty hurt on the ground with the Daddy Red Eye, who also can't seem to move at the moment and moans in pain.

With slightly blurred vision Fox makes out a balcony in sight, and two figures with guns and laser scopes pointed at him and the Red Eye. It appeared they were reloading and getting ready for another shot at the downed team members.

Fox blurts out quickly for some kind of solution to get out of harm's way. "They have gunners up ahead. It's...hard to make out who." Fox hears the click of ammo reloading and a terror grows within him. "Quickly guys! Anyone! UGHH...does someone have a smoke bomb? A way to shield me and Daddy Red Eye? Any super speed capabilities to drag us back to cover? We can't move!" Him and his dinosaur were sitting ducks. The team would need to find a solution to get them out. Slippy manically tries to pull out all sorts of odds and ends trying to find something, anything to help before some more rounds fire. He isn't finding anything yet.

Panther was not geared for situations like this and looked at the others for any assistance. "I'm sorry I have nothing to help with here!" Leon then looked at himself and widened his eyes as if he just surprised himself. "I forgot...I'm still invisible! Holy crap that's right! I can probably drag Fox out but the dino is too big for me. Someone else will need to get that big boy outta there!" Leon runs straight to Fox and passed the corner, and grabs him by his jacket and proceeds to try and pull him to safety.

Leon successfully grabs Fox and drags him into the cover of darkness with the others. Two more rounds of thermal bullets fire off to Fox's direction but miss while Leon just barely manages to get him to safety despite being so sluggish from Pigma's attacks earlier. The invisibility helped maintain his balance and dexterity for the most part.

After doing so, he peers around the corner of the wall the group waited behind and darts his eyes to the culprits of the attack and clearly sees who they are. Falco and Peppy, and they seemed to have top grade rifles in their hands that could only be found in barracks of the Cornerian Armies.

And two more figures at the front of the building peaking out from behind some makeshift metal walls. They were the faces of Andrew Oikonny and General Pepper. Blasters in their hands. Fox gives Leon thanks. "I appreciate you getting me out of there Leon. What did you see?" Leon responds in a dismal tone; still invisible.

"It...was Falco and Peppy. They fell victim to Scales brainwashing as well I guess...but what were they doing here in the first place? Those two....it's unusual for them to be out here...together..." Leon couldn't make sense of any of this. Slippy hears the conversation and stops digging for things to save Fox.

His attention shifts to Leon. "Peppy and Falco? Really!? That nasty Scales! He got them too! But yes, that is weird...were they on a mission or something out here? How could that be?" Slippy was just as confused. Panther puts his two cents in. "Hmm...maybe Scales has somehow manipulated an S.O.S. signal to the Life Sphere to draw others here. Or maybe he knows someone on the inside...and they have been feeding him victims to be controlled. Damn." Panther makes a good point and Fox didn't like hearing any of this.

"These are all interesting view points, but right now, we need to plan how we can get in there, and also save the Daddy Red Eye. He's helped us so much it would be wrong to leave him suffering over there. And if his injury is as bad as mine..." Fox points to his chest where a blackened and burned hole with blood dripping from it is seen in his chest region that ripped right through his shirt. "I'm gonna need time to recover and can't save that dinosaur. Anyone else got any plans? Before they start shooting him again?" Fox looks to the group once again for assistance.

To save Daddy Red Eye your character has to do two different rolls at the same time; a STR roll to move the Dino safely that exceeds 16 or above. And a DEX Roll to avoid bullet damage that exceeds a roll of 14 or above. If the STR fails but the DEX roll succeeds, Daddy Red Eye will take damage but you won't and will be out of harm's way.

If the STR roll succeeds but the DEX Roll fails, Daddy Red Eye will at least be able to be helped back to his feet then I will roll for his DEX for him to make it back to cover on his own, but since the DEX roll from you fails in this situation, you will take 20% damage.

If both rolls succeed, both the dinosaur and you will be back to cover safely. If both rolls fail, both of you take 20% DMG.

If you choose to leave the dinosaur to die and go rogue from the group sneaking into the bunker on your own, you will need to roll a 19 or above in DEX to successfully get passed the enemies and make it in the bunker.

Note this will also effect your AFFINITY and make you more EVIL in the Life Sphere Community's eyes. Fox and friends will spread the word of your selfishness.

This process can be done once per post until Daddy Red Eye's HP is depleted entirely. As per usual, the NPC's will also try rolling here and there. Good luck.

As Yumiko quietly followed the group at the center, they were planning to go around a corner. Hopefully they were near where Scales and the rest of the people that he brainwashed were. However as the group turned around said corner, Fox and the Father Red Eyes ended up getting shot by two snipers at a distance as Yumiko gasped and jumped back from the sniper's range.

"Fox!?" Yumiko called out as Slippy tried to move forward to rescue Fox, only to warn him to step back. He was clearly in pain from the fall and sniper shot and needed someone to rescue him, fortunately Yumiko's bubble shield had managed to recharge, which means she can easily go and save Fox from the bullets, however Leon did that instead. Since he was invisible, he had managed to easily rescue Fox from the snipers.

Who turned out to be Falco and Peppy, friends of Fox and the theory that someone from the Life Sphere must of sent out the SOS signal to trick the group into coming from the city.

"Wait, so it could be someone from the Life Sphere that was doing this? But there's so many criminals that they made a black market. Until then let's just focus on rescuing everyone before we think about how this entire mess started and think about what kind of person that Scales knows that sent out the signal." Yumiko advised before looking back at the Father Red Eyes, and then at Fox.

"How bad are your wounds Fox? I can heal you if you want." Yumiko offered, before looking back at the Father Red Eyes, who still needed to be rescued. As Leon had only managed to save Fox and judging by the kind of person he is, he'll probably not want to go back out to the sniper shooting range in case they figure it out that he's invisible and try to shoot him.

"Hmm, I don't think I can try and save him. He'll be too big for me to help lift him up. I might be too slow to get him up by the time that you're brainwashed allies will start shooting at me and the dinosaur Fox, Slippy." Yumiko pointed out how she couldn't do it since she was weak in strength, but maybe someone else on the team could do it?

"Maybe someone else can?" Yumiko wondered, looking at everyone else at the group, mainly Banjo, Kazooie...And Leon, wherever he was. She also had another plan.

"If possible, I can try and distract Falco and Peppy long enough for someone to bring the Father Red Eyes back here?" Yumiko offered, waiting to see what everyone else will do first.

The group was completely blindsided by the first volley of sniper shots. Fox and the Red Eye went down, and needed help getting up. The silver lining to the situation was that Fox managed to be dragged away by an invisible Leon. Unfortunately, this still didn't account for the large dinosaur, which needed assistance before it could get out of the line of fire.

"Falco and Peppy, huh? I figured they'ed be here too." Banjo said. The thought had crossed his mind before, but it seemed the whole Star Fox crew really was here. A tad worrying, that was for certain, but at least half of the crew was currently on their side.

"Hmmm..." Banjo thought about peeking out of cover to help the Red Eye. It had been an important member of the team thus far, and so had the Younglings. That, and Banjo was a compassionate soul. Kazooie wasn't though, and she didn't like the idea of getting shot by a sniper.

"But Pigma's stupid screeching debuff hasn't worn off yet!" Kazooie protested, knowing just what Banjo was thinking.

"It's fine, Kazooie. We only need our strength to get the Red Eye into cover." Banjo said, determined to help the poor dino. "Alright everyone, we're going to try and get the Red Eye out of the firing line."

"Just hurry up before they finish reloading!" Kazooie snapped.

Unfortunately, Banjo's strength was not enough to get the Red Eye onto its feet, and he struggled to get away. However, he was too late, as his now sluggish movements made him an easy target for a sniper shot to the stomach. Kazooie would most likely say something along the lines of "I told you so" once they got back into cover. And she did.
