Backstory:
Sooo think of the most horrible thing you can possible imagine and multiply it by a billion... that's not even a sliver of how evil this lady is. You'd think a girl with a cute sounding name like "Tansy" would be pretty nice but you couldn't be farther from the truth. Initially entering the Tamiya family as an arranged marriage between the heir of said family and that of another powerful mage-family; Tansiett was the handmaiden for the bride-to-be... until seeing her chance, the conniving sorceress took the chance to murder her charge and use transmutation magic to take her place! From that point, Tansy launched her plan to steadily climb the ranks in the mage society by killing all others considered viable threats to her husband's rise to power; and it wasn't long until the witch's efforts paid off with she and her husband sitting at the top of a society controlled by several magic-sects, with the two of them reigning over all.
This lady is rotten to the core... but seemed to only commit horrendous acts in the name of a better society. You see, there was one family in particular that stood to be the only contradiction to the Tamiyas' rule: The Kirigayas. They were each and all powerful mages in their own right, which made it extremely complicated to rework society when that family in particular waged war over every piece of land or resource deposit they could get their grubby hands on. The conflict caused by the Kirigayas' refusal of their rule tore the world asunder with weapons of every atrocious nature razing the once beautiful Earth. Societies deteriorated, nature suffered; and all Tansy and her husband wished to do was rectify the retched acts of the Kirigaya family and bring peace and harmony to the planet once more under their rule.
So they concocted a fiendish plot to do just that.
Having access to many children she had sired over the years with her husband, Tansy sent the youngest of which to a highschool where intel reported the youngest Kirigaya child happened to attend. It was difficult to do so in secrecy, but their efforts paid off when young Kazuto Tamiya managed to get profitably close to Shiya Kirigaya. It wasn't long until their plot came together as a steady stream of intel on the Kirigayas' defenses, inner workings and staff, and most confidential secrets became their own. It was almost too easy, to the point where Tansy suspected that possibly Shiya was simply playing them all for fools in his own master plot! ...but no, he was just a naive idiot.
After months of crafting the perfect plan of attack, Tansy ordered her son to withdraw back to their base and prepare for the final and swift strike on the Kirigaya household. The attack was quick, it was merciless, as an endless stream of explosive magic bombarded the house at every weak-spot it had. While the structure was damaged beyond repair, several Tamiya operatives previously disguised as staff systematically slaughtered every resident of the stronghold... and within the hour, it was over! They didn't stand a chance, and by the time that school-bells signaled the end of the day, the Kirigayas were no more!
...or at least, that was what was supposed to happen! Turns out that a traitor in their midst, none other than her own son Kazuto, had seemingly gone AWOL with the last surviving member of the Kirigayas, Shiya. This proved to be an incredibly annoying problem to the Tamiyas; because like it or not, there was a reason that they avoided a direct confrontation with the mages of his household in the first place. The magical power held by the Kirigayas was virtually unrivaled, the strength of it's head enough to wipe out quite possibly every one of the Tamiya Regime in a single fight. Of course, the fact remained that luckily this remaining mage was a complete novice and idiot... but the chance existed, even if infinitesimally small, that Shiya could grow to become a threat that they couldn't handle in the future.
And so the search began in every corner of the world within the Tamiyas' reach. To find, and kill, Shiya Kirigaya.

History On Li:
How hard was it to find the most wanted idiot child in the entire world? Apparently "impossibly difficult" was the answer Tansiett Tamiya was unfortunately returned with as the forces of the Tamiya regime reported back with after months of fruitless hunting for Shiya Kirigaya. They had gotten close, sure; painfully close a few weeks ago. However, their plans had ultimately been foiled due to the foolishness of her child ensuring Shiya escaped once more. She dealt with that failure of a son, Kazuto, personally... but it did little to calm her wrath. She wanted him found and dead; and the fact that it had taken so long did little to calm the sorceress' nerves over the boy potentially foiling everything she'd worked for for so long.
That was when Tansy came to the conclusion... if she wanted something done, she needed to get it done herself. It took days pouring over witness accounts, squeezing information out of contacts (figuratively and literally), but eventually news reached the witch's ears about a mangy young man roughly fitting the last-known description of Shiya Kirigaya somewhere near the southern coast. Even if this report was false, or the person turned out to be a simple hobo, Tansy still resolved to bear witness to it with her own eyes. Departing from Tamiya Castle with a handful of her personal guards and entourage, the sorceress reached the general location by nightfall... and the sight that she was met with was disturbing to say the least.
Now vortexes in and of themselves a new thing in the realm of magecraft. They were common things utilized for offensive magic, transportation spells, and the like... but this kind was not any sort of magic that Tansy could detect in the slightest. Much to her surprise, the fierce vortex only intensified in size and strength as her group approached; soon, the spacial rend growing too strong to resist and forcefully sucking her and the other members of the Tamiya entourage inside...
...and into the realm of Li. When Tansy came too, she found herself alone, and in a land completely foreign to her; though magic permeated almost sickeningly through the air. Just about ready to give into her frustration and feelings of hopelessness, a scrap of red cloth fluttered in the wind in front of her... the cloth bearing the pattern of the Kirigaya family. An eccentric grin growing across her face, Tansiett's vigor was revitalized once more at the knowledge that, wherever she was, the Kirigaya child had been trapped there as well. Now was the time to take matters into her own hands, find Shiya, and finally finish the job she'd set out to do in order to fully release the world of the blight that is the Kirigaya family.
And maybe in the process, she might be able to save this world a position under the Tamiya Regime.
Primary Attacks (3)
Mind Erosion: Unleashing her malefic magic on the target, Tansy unleashes seemingly innocuous waves of magic. However, with each supernatural strike, the blows whittle down the mental state of those under it's power. Each blast has a 60% chance of deteriorating it's target's mind to the point of which it begins affecting their physical and mental performance! Targets INT. [Light Wis Attack vs. Int; DMG 5%; 60% inflict Mind-Melted]
Infernate: Tansiett launches a simple, yet powerful ball of fire at the target; blasting them with condensed, plasma energy! Has a 50% chance of setting it's victims ablaze on contact. [Medium Wis Attack; DMG 10%; 50% inflict burn]
Darkwraith: Channeling the dark arts, tendrils of shadow flow from underneath and around Taniett's form before being unleashed in a fierce haze onto any unfortunate foes. These tendrils of darkness lash out and stab at any target unfortunate enough to be in their range, with enough power to cripple and wound even the mightiest of beasts; however, doing so comes at the slight cost of damaging her body every so slightly vulnerable from the strain of the malicious magecraft. Has a 30% chance to inflict Mortal-Wound on it's targets and automatically is inflicted on a crit; however, Tansy takes 5% recoil damage and receives a -1 to all evasion rolls in the following turn for each time the attack was used. [Heavy Str/Wis Attack; DMG 26%]
Special Attacks (3)
Transmutation: Tansiett's magical specialty. By enacting her magic into influence over another object or being, Tansiett is able to transmute it's form into that of various other things. However, as the law of equal exchange demands, matter cannot be contained or destroyed; and to obtain something, something else of equal value must be given up. In the case of most of which when lacking appropriate materials for transmutation, Tansy can circumvent this rule in it's entirety by giving up a portion of her own life-force to supplement the transmutation, depending on the scale of the change and repeated usage. After succeeding a Wis vs. Wis roll, Tansy is able to overcome the will of her foe and inflict upon them any status effect, at the cost of 5% recoil (5% if a weaker status effect, 10% if a stronger status). During the next successful usage though, the cost becomes 10% and 15% respectively. 3rd, 15% and 20%, and so on. [Wis vs. Con; Weaker Statuses: 5% recoil, Stronger Statuses: 10% recoil; recoil +5% after each successful usage]
Kiss of Death: Tansiett's lips bear a magic of their own: Equal parts enticing and deadly. By cursing her target with a magically infused kiss, Tansy assaults their very mind with an Cha vs. Int roll. Upon success, Tansy's victim is inflicted with a terrible bout of Infatuation; however, in addition, this mind-warping kiss allows the sorceress to control the next action of her target, against their very will, should any remain. The power of her magic is so potent, that even a blown kiss carries enough power to enact the spell's effects. [Cha vs. Int; Inflicts Infatuation/Charmed and Tansiett controls next action; 2 turn cooldown]
Hips of Ardor: Tansy attempts to squish a target with her... erm... presence. If hit, the target is literally flattened like a pancake in a cartoon fashion; afflicting the target with Mini if hit. Additionally, this attack does double damage if Tansiett is afflicted by the Mega Status or if the target is already afflicted by mini. Unfortunately, Tansiett also experiences a -1 to her Dex Mod during the turn that she uses this attack... but more unfortunate for those she unleashes her literal striking figure upon, all damage dealt to them by the attack is sapped into Tansy's body to heal her as well! [Medium Wis Attack; DMG 6% + Cha Mod; Heals for DMG dealt; 2 turn cooldown]
Final Smash (1)
Total Eclipse of the Heart: With nothing to signal her ferocious power but an ominous laugh, Tansiett unleashes an overbearing presence of magic onto the surrounding area that forces everyone to focus on her, regardless of their wills. Overwhelming their minds with her magecraft, all characters within the area are dealt 30% DMG and inflicted with Sleep; including both allies and enemies alike unless they are consciously left safe and alone by Tansy while she dominates the rest! Subsequently, for the next 4 turns, Tansy will regenerate 5% HP for every being afflicted with the sleep status; said targets losing 5% HP themselves each time as well! [Area of Effect; 30% DMG, inflicts Sleep; Drains 5% HP from sleeping targets and gives to Tansiett; Duration: 4 posts]
