Shiya has had some rough times over the past few... months? Years? "How long have I even been here?!" Muffling his shouts with his palm, Shiya hurried down the quaint streets of brightwing lane, ready to put his plan into action. What plan you may ask?
Why, his plan TO INFILTRATE THE MAGICAL GIRL'S SOCIETY!
Shiya has had some rough times over the past few... months? Years? "How long have I even been here?!" Muffling his shouts with his palm, Shiya hurried down the quaint streets of brightwing lane, ready to put his plan into action. What plan you may ask?
Why, his plan TO INFILTRATE THE MAGICAL GIRL'S SOCIETY!
GASP! "But why", you may ask? Well to put matters simply, in all Shiya's time on Li being blown up, stabbed, stabbed & blown up, lit on fire after being stabbed and blown up, electrocuted, possessed, and psychologically abused, he's found that there's always been one weakness holding him back; preventing Shiya from being the best him that he could be!
He can't/wont interact with girls easy. Either because he dislikes them due to previously scarring incidents or the fact that his own inability to understand the opposite gender leads into many of his problems, Shiya has always been handicapped by these interactions with 50% of the population! Well no more! If he wanted to better himself, that meant getting rid of that fear/hated/mixed-feelings... and what better way to learn to understand girls than become one himself?! See, Shiya's plan was pretty simple:
Sounds simple right? Well think again, because there's the biggest trouble first of getting INTO the MGS. They were pretty strict on their entry-requirements, they alienated 50% of the population off-the-bat after all, so first he had to convince them he was as girly as a girl could be! He needed to oooooze love and friendship and the color pink! LOTS OF PINK! Slipping into an alleyway as he approached their infamous base of operations, Shiya began to slip into his clever disguise. A neat and flushed bow tying down part of his hair to the side, a pink-hued version of his cloak practically glowing with feminine charm, he'd even shaved his legs and invested in a black skirt and stockings! Either Shiya was the most dedicated to looking like a girl... or the world's biggest idiot. Maybe both.
The finishing touch was the lipstick... which he kind of had to cheat to get right. See, for the past several nights, the cross-dressing mage had tried his best to master the art of applying lipstick; however, each attempt was met with horrifying and unsettling behavior that only caused his face to appear weird, not feminine! Coming up with an alternate solution instead, however; Shiya instead came up with the bright idea of simply copying the lipstick and projecting it directly on his face! Truly an innovative method to utilize one of the most deadly weapons in a female's arsenal.
His look perfect and his confidence at maximum, Shiya skipped his way across the road and up to the front doors of the Magical Girl's Society home. Knocking daintily on the door, he posed with a nervous smile, reflecting just how much butterflies were dancing around in his stomach. "Too late to back out now..." The pink mage muttered before getting into character, hoping for the best!

Peach listened carefully and quietly, waiting patiently for Shiy--...Shiela to be done, respectful as always. Giving her a look over, she started to paint a mental picture in her head. A very vivid mental picture, at that. Suddenly a lot of details were clicking into place. The unskilled way that makeup was done. The superfluous bows. She'd been trying not to think about those things because frankly she didn't want to be judgemental, but given what Shiela had just told her, she was starting to see an intent behind them. Makeup wasn't normally something Shiela wore, and perhaps even this outfit was new to them. They'd put it on for a reason...
