E Gadd’s hovercraft zipped over to the frontlines of the conflict, going shoulder to shoulder with Paula and Shulk as they continued to deliver a beatdown to the Alpha and Beta drones. “Oh ho ho! Let’s give these bad botties the good ol’ one two!” he boasted excitedly as mimicked a fisticuffs stance. It appeared that it wasn’t a good time to be distracted by jokes as one of the machines decided to make a break for it, barging its way through the elderly professor, worse yet, exploding in his face. The power was too much for him to handle, so he flicked his machine’s Bubble Shield on to save himself from getting fried.
A warning light flared, indicating that his shields were low, but the bright flashy icon was irritating him, so he placed a piece of black tape over it. He was going to need to remove that once he got back home. His wacky antics got the best of him though, unfortunately. Not paying enough attention to Alpha’s movements meant that the machine was more than capable of scoring a shot on him while he was distracted.

Once his machine settled though, E Gadd took a good look at the status of the battlefield, taking note of the damage that Shulk had suffered. While he had no healing capabilities, he had other ways to support his teammates! “Fear not, my friends! I have something that’ll show these scoundrels we mean business!” he cackled as his fingers scattered across his console. In due time, his iconic ghost sucking device sprouted out of his platform and began to spin around wildly, the suction from its nozzle creating a vortex around the battlefield, hindering the movements of the GUN Hunters if they weren’t careful.

His concealed eyes then darted toward Zeta. E Gadd pulled his ray gun out from his lab coat yet again and aimed down the bothersome bot.

E Gadd’s ears perked after he released the bolt, hearing a strange bit of music from behind him. It sounded like a remixed playlist that integrated airhorns into the most ear wrenching of areas. Omicron was still showboating in front of Volga, which the old man had quite enough of. E Gadd switched the settings on his pistol and zapped the bot once again, as though he was telling the youngling to turn down his infernal music.

Alpha managed to escape from the chaos that was the frontlines, but that seemed to do very little in terms of keeping it out of harm’s way. Immediately, the scientist pulled out some sort of device that was threatening to suck it in, and Alpha was by no means ready to take on the air currents.

[Alpha Bubble Shields Psi Thunder]
While the change in the battlefield made it quite difficult for Alpha to move, it didn’t need to parry the lightning bolt being tossed its way. It simply activated its bubble shield yet again, though this time it popped because of being overloaded by the damage threshold, but it was enough to leave it unharmed.

The winds weren’t a threat, but just about everything else on the battlefield was. It detected Shulk’s movements from behind, but it was too late for the machine to do anything about it, so it hastily activated its Bubble Shield under the hopes that it would soak up enough damage to keep it in the fight. “Oh no! This unit’s movements have been impaired! It would be quite inconvenient if the enemy attacked this unit!” Iota shouted as it stood perfectly still, watching its brethren being beat down quite senselessly.
Zeta collapsed directly in front of its compatriot, having suffered the brunt of the battle. Within seconds of its arrival though, the scaffolding above them began to shift and waver, like a bridge without its supports. The two robots took note of the unstable nature of the structure, but by the time they did it was far too late to do anything about it. The steel beams and walkways couldn’t take the weight anymore, so they fumbled to the ground, smashing and piling over the two machines.
As the dust cleared and the rubble ceased, three fists shot out of the metallic mess. From the destruction, Beta, Iota, and Zeta broke free once more, collecting themselves into one area on the battlefield to discuss battle tactics and quick considering that they were plenty worse for wear than when the conflict began. “This unit is tired of being a punching bag, also tired of rude enemies, we must take them out together” Beta opened with.
“Agreed. Uploading battle tactics viron” Zeta added.
“Give this unit a minute. This unit has a bad connection” Iota muttered.
Once everything was sorted out, the trio honed their vision on the other trio, beginning a showdown of sorts. Considering that most were a few hits away from being knocked offline it was indeed their last hoorah. As such, they rushed into battle with high spirits, guns in the air like they were riders in the wild west. They each lowered their rifles to aim down one of the foes.

Big the Cat
SUCCESS!
The frog tried to wiggle away, but it was firmly within Rundas’s icy grip. Upon returning to the aptly named cat, he exploded with gratitude, rushing toward the hero for doing what most would consider unnecessary. “FWOGGY!” he shouted as he clutched the amphibian within his hands. He suddenly began to perform some sort of dance, incorporating his little friend into it without risking the possibility of him slipping through his hands. As Rundas mentioned though, they needed to escape as soon as possible. While he couldn’t do much in terms of fighting, Big thought of his own way to help. It was the very least he could do for his generous hero. “One second, there’s something I gotta do” he stated boldly as he pulled out his fishing pole. He casted his line out, managing to snag a bolt from the scaffolding that was directly above some of the robots. With a mighty tug, the line came back to him, the structure being to creak as though it was going to fall over.
With that done though, Big scampered away with his frog friend. “Thanks for the help, Mr. Robot!” the cat shouted as he ran away to safety, mistaking his hero’s identity.

Blaine
SUCCESS!
While the idea of being considered a traitor wasn’t exactly something that would make him rethink his decisions considering that his past has been full of questionable deeds. He did place a hand over his chin inquisitively as Gargos posed the problem of Li’s universe being barren, thus the possibility of finding another planet, let alone anyone’s home planet, was quite slim. It was only scratching the surface of the issue and certainly he had to muse over it more, but there wasn’t much time left if Sonic’s plan were to continue. In which case, it might be high time for him to switch sides, see to it that Sonic doesn’t succeed, not that he wanted the planet to blow up anyways. “An interesting proposition” the gym leader rebutted as he picked up his welder once more. He set the tool to its highest setting, pulling out a pokeball once done.
Blaine pointed the tool at the scaffolding, searing through its metal structure with a simple swipe of the modified tool. “I will wait for the results, but for now, I’ll leave this battle for you and your friends” he added as the structure began to wobble, threatening to crumble under its own weight. The old man tossed his pokeball, freeing a Charizard that he leapt onto and flew out of harm’s way.

He swiftly looked around to make sure nobody else witnessed the embarrassing display outside of Tomoko and even thanked her with “I mean, if I had real hands I could’ve done that too” he said somewhat flustered.
