"That's right!" Perry shouted in agreement with Rosalina, cheerily winking at the star spirits. All of a sudden, the group seemed to notice Perry existed and gathered around the parasol to study him. They were children and he was a unique magical parasol the likes of which the world had never seen before. Nearby, Peach raised her head. "No need to worry! We're the best the world--" she began, before glancing over at Rosalina in a deliberate manner. "and the cosmos has to offer." she would continue, placing her head back on Daisy's shoulder in a lazy manner. She was going to enjoy this for exactly as long as she was allowed.

"Let's go get 'em" Perry would add, charismatically leading the charge ... without legs. The star children glanced at eachother anxiously. "We'll, um... wait down here. We don't want to attract any more attention." they would seem to unanimously agree. "Watch out for the grey ones. They're the ones that are acting odd..."

Hearing "Special One" successfully knocked Daisy out of her trans.

"uh y-Yeah that's right!" responded Daisy, following Perry's lead over her shoulder.
"You kids just hang back here and play it safe. Team Star Mama's got this." she assured, hoisting a thumbs up.
"Paging Dr. Daisy, emergency, patients 'Sick Star Spirits', to Star Haven, Stat!" she imitated a Hospital Intercom as she began marching with Peach on her back again.

Rosalina smiled warmly at her comrades' response before looking back to the star kids. "That is perfectly fine. Just be careful in case something else appears," Rosalina replied. She then turned around and floated after Daisy. Peach looked so tired for some reason. She did not remember her being tired earlier... It is probably nothing to be concerned with...

Still, Daisy seemed awfully into carrying Peach. It almost felt like it concerned Rosalina for a moment. She decided to brush it off and just focus on their current task. It probably was not something that important. The blue luma made sure to follow too as they rised to the havens.

"Thank you, miss ladies!" the star children replied in unison. As the girls resumed their rise, Peach.. had to ask. "Team... Star Mama?" the princess remarked drearily. Her sleep schedule was, frankly, messed all sorts of ups thanks to her erratic nightmares and anxiety, and she really did hate walking long distances, so this little nap was like heaven to her. None-the-less, the clouds soon consumed them and the girls emerged into the starry night sky. It was now freezing cold, and Star Haven was now visible against the starry night sky.

As the group finally arrived at the large floating island, they were met with ethereal celestial architecture and flora unseen by most mortal eyes. Everything appeared to gently shine or glitter, so much so that the island was naturally lit without the need for any unnatural lighting. The island, oddly enough, seemed to be mostly flooded with water! How quaint.



Several stars and star children were meandering about though one couldn't help but notice that they seemed anxious. A solitary star was hiding under an archway, it's body a distorted shade of gray. What it was hiding from appeared unclear. Seeing that they had finally arrived, Peach lifted her head from Daisy's shoulders and stretched her arms, smiling cheerily at no one in particular. She seemed so cheery now that she'd had a comfy ride up to Star Haven! ...On the back of someone who had likely had a much tougher journey. "Oh... Isn't the air so fresh up here?" Peach would ask no one in particular, loosening her thighs' grip on Daisy and dropping to her feet behind the other. She continued stretching, swaying back and forth for a moment as she rhythmically loosened her muscles. The air certainly had a rather crisp taste to it, and there was no starvia presence detectable in the area.

The princess, overjoyed, stepped forward and turned to address her comrades. Despite the fact that she was well aware something was wrong here, she seemed positively radiant "Welcome to Star Haven! Princess Daisy, Princess Rosalina. This is where everyone's wishes are heard, and where the Star Spirits call home. Ooooh~ I only wish we could visit longer~!" she remarked, performing a spin and holding her arms up in joy. She would stop facing the area, her bright eyes scanning its visage. Quickly, she caught onto the only thing in sight that looked dull and depressing.

"Oh..! Look over there." Peach remarked, politely gesturing to the greyscale star. She seemed torn on whether to approach it.

"Oh eh, huh. I dunno where that came from but it just eh...came to me, y'know?" Daisy answered flustered about the Star Mama name.
"You okay back there Rose?" she called out back to Rosalina hoping to switch the subject somehow. She decided to approach this situation with another attitude to see how it would turn out for her. You never know, she never knew, but she would always try to find out what could come of this change of perspective.

As they finally arrived and beheld the large floating island in the night sky, Daisy could feel her cold knees growing weak at the sight of the ethereal celestial architecture and flora.
"It's...it's it's unlike any place I've ever seen before!" sighed Daisy as tears began to crystallize in her eyes.
"Bunbun! We're here! You gotta get up! You need to see this!" Daisy eagerly wiggled and tried to nudge Peach awake.
The princess did wake up and dismount from Daisy.

"Wakey wakey princess~ I hope your commute was cool as mine." Daisy grinned, needing only to stretch her back and hips. You never skip leg day and Daisy most certainly did not, even if it meant Peach did. Daisy would've otherwise been a more then a little tired from lugging someone else on her back all the way up there, but with Peach it was a different story. Not only was she fairly light, had fluffy hair, a good source of body heat and smelled nice, there was just this... lofty aura about her that made any and all time spent with her a jolly holiday.
Even now that she's off her back and standing on her own two feet again Daisy could feel her own spirits being lifted by Peach's radiant attitude.

"This place is dazzling to say the least!" Daisy gushed in agreement with Peach.
"That guy over there looks like the kinda guy you get quests from and stuff. Lets go see what he has to say!" Daisy suggested, rushing over to the grey scale star.

Team Star Mama was an odd name now that Rosalina thought about it. Was Daisy referring to her specifically on purpose?... Maybe it was just because she kind of claimed leadership in a small form for a moment. Rosalina was shocked out of her thoughts for a moment as Daisy spoke to her. "Everything's fine back here," Rosalina reassured.

It was not long before they reached Star Haven and Rosalina looked around. She did not seem that impressed, nor did her luma. They were kind of used to places like this and it was not that special in appearance. Though it did seem rather peaceful for being in some kind of trouble. Something did not feel right here.

Then she noticed a gray scale star kid... The others said these guys were acting strange for some reason. He did seem rather upset for a star child. Maybe that had to do with it. The Blue Luma seemed to notice that Rosalina had a slight worry so he did not approach like he normally would. Rosalina decided to stay near Peach while Daisy went to the star kid.

Daisy was definitely fit enough to handle herself if something happened. She did not want to leave Peach defenseless however if something happened. So Rosalina decided to stay near Peach, weather she went closer or stayed back.

Peach glanced at Daisy as the two girls decidedly let Daisy do the approaching. They for one remembered the star children's warning. Peach would shift to Rosalina's side, standing close to her. It was a deliberate gesture of solidarity. "Be careful, Daisy..!" she warned warily. The hiding grey star did not appear to hear any of what was being said. If one paid close attention, it appeared to be trembling uncontrollably. Its tiny voice whispered something inaudible and inarticulate. One might be able to make out what was being said if they got close enough, but that presented the very real chance of being noticed. Would Daisy exercise caution as Peach recommended?

Meanwhile, Peach stood a few feet away, ready to hop in if need be.

Daisy approached the Star Kid without back up. As far as she was concerned, she didn't need any yet. What were the two so scared of anyway? Just look at the poor thing!

"Of course I'll be careful, but what's the worse that could happen?" Daisy replied to Peach over her shoulder, shrugging off the warning. It wasn't in Daisy's nature to be intimidated by any little thing, but it was in her nature to be curious about every little thing. Besides even if it were a trap, she ain't scared of no ghosts. So Daisy was a natural fit to be the first to step forward and investigate.

"Hey there little fella, what's your name?" Daisy greeted gently, as she approached the Star Kid, kneeling down to it's eye level. The kid was really cute up close, as they all are, but something was a bit...off about it... and that was even more apparent up close.

It was now that Daisy heard the Kid whispering to itself.

But she couldn't make out what it was saying. Being careful finally started sounding like a way better idea now. Her suspicion alerted, Daisy started to back onto her knee and braced herself.

Rosalina stood as close to Peach as she could without actually invading her personal space as she watched Daisy. She wanted to be close to Peach in case something happened. Would be a lot easier to protect her if they were closer together... Besides, being closer together felt more naturally comfortable.

She could hear some really faint whispering come from the Star Kid... She was much too far away to hear it however... And she was not sure if Daisy understood what it said either. She did brace herself in response but Rosalina was not entirely sure that was because she heard what it said. Rosalina remained close to Peach, only doing something if the situation takes a turn for the worst.

The grey star did not appear to hear Daisy at all, not reacting to her voice immediately as if it were deaf. After a moment or two, however, the star proceeded to look up from what he was doing. The grey star proceeded to slowly turn around, jumping as it noticed Daisy.

"Waah!"

For a moment, the star flailed in the air rather wildly in an adorably helpless fashion. However, something seemed to wrong with the way the star moved. It was erratic and unbalanced, influenced by something beyond the observable plain of existence. One might say it appeared a bit... mad? Just then, the star emitted a high pitch squeal and dashed at Daisy. He attempted to ram into her with alarming speed and strength, potentially knocking the other over. Far from whispers, the star's voice was now very audible. It was a stream of disjointed gibberish, as if many sentences were overlapping. It was impossible to decipher if there was any meaning behind the words.

One thing was clear; the star was not in its right mind. Nearby stars would back away as they noticed the commotion, intimidated by the outburst.

Peach leapt to attention as the dark star attacked, rushing to Daisy's aid. "Daisy!" she blurted out, unsure whether to attack or run away. That was a star! Stars were sacred! ...But this one clearly had something wrong with it. She would cast a worried look back at Rosalina, searching for a second opinion.

"Little fella? Are you O-"
Daisy could feel the hairs on her neck stand on end, and not because of the cold. She couldn’t help but gasp mutually when the grey star jumped.
Daisy helplessly raised a confused and worried eyebrow as the star started flailing erratically.
"-Kay, I guess not."

But with the dexterity of a grasshopper, Daisy instinctively sprang out of the charging star’s way. She even stuck the landing with two back flips and a slide.
Holding her post, she turned her head back to her comrades.

"Girls, unless you two wanna back off," Daisy called to her allies "I think I need some back up!”
This was either a fight or a flee. Daisy learned from last time to trust her team mates judgement on the matter. Lest she get burned again, or worse, who knows what this little star could do. Who knows what this little star Is doing?

Rosalina watched as the strange star kid before it finally took notice of Daisy. The Star Kid then flailed wildly for some reason. It had to make Rosalina wonder what kind of spell the power star was currently under. It seemed absolutely insane for one reason or another. The next action was one of violence however as it tried to ram the princess.

The poor kid was now speaking some kind of incoherent gibberish... Why could it of not been coherent gibberish... Then again, given it's current state, did she really want to know what it was saying? Rosalina stopped thinking to hold her hand out as Peach suddenly moved to go to Daisy's aide. Daisy was thankfully able to evade the Star Kid's mad dash quite easily.

Rosalina quickly moved after her and seen Peach seemed to be wanting her opinion. The Luma seemed just as broken up on the issue at hand as Peach was. Sure, it was currently in a poor state... but they can't exactly just beat it up either. Then again... What will really stop this thing from attacking again? But will violence really help?

Rosalina closed her eyes as she thought about the situation. They needed to give it a bit more time. Violence does not seem like it will help much. It may even make the problem worst. "Everyone... We will not engage. If there is a star kid in there... We do not want to harm them," Rosalina stated before jumping back to distance herself from the star kid, hoping the others will do the same.

Peach seemed to approve of Rosalina's plan. This corrupted star was not in their way. What need was there for them to engage it? Would violence free it from its troubles? Somehow she doubted that, though it wouldn't be the first time violence solved a problem. "Right. Let's just ... go around it." Peach would reply somewhat lamely. She didn't like this, but it was too difficult and dangerous to try and help the star now. As the girls backed off, the corrupted star kid seemed to lose track of them--looking around in confusion as if it could not see them. This was in spite of the fact that they were still well within sight. The star promptly wobbled off. Judging by the way it clumsily moved, it didn't seem very aware of where it was either. After a long moment, another star approached them.

"Hey... Are you here to help us?" the star asked, appearing anxious. Peach turned to the star to address them. "Oh? Yes... Actually, we are. Do you know what's wrong with some of the stars here..?" Peach asked, inquiring for more information. The star hesitated a moment. "...All they can hear is the dark wishes. It drives them crazy." the star replied. One might be forgiven for confusing the stars for star children, but these older stars were a bit more helpful in these regards. "Oh... So what are these dark wishes?" Peach would go on to ask, seeing as how they were on a roll. The Star hesitated a moment, seeming to consider its answer. "...They're the wishes of the fallen." the star explained, shaking its head sadly. "Their thoughts are like a buzzing in our ears. It gets louder, and none of us can handle it all." the star explained. Peach fell silent, becoming worried. Who were the fallen? The dead? Ghosts..? ...The infected? Any way she looked at this, it was very troubling. "The star spirits have been trying to shoulder most of the burden to protect us, but we're all worried about them. They aren't themselves anymore..." the star remarked, glancing over in the direction of the Star Spirit's shrine.

Peach followed the star's gaze, pursing her lips for a moment. So the star spirits were in deep with something, huh? That meant there was no time to waste. "Alright... What can we do to help?" she would ask. "Well... I'm not sure. You'd have to ask the Star Spirits. But if you want to help us--There is a crazed star spirit making trouble in our shop, and there the innkeeper appears to have fallen. It'd be really helpful if we had access to those buildings again..." the star would reply.

"Aw man.”

Daisy was always up for a tussle, but fighting a mere kid like that didn't feel right. With a disapointed sigh, she agreed not to engage and regrouped with the others.
"I still wish there was Something we could do for the poor little fella.” She lamented as she tiptoed around the bezerk star.

Daisy gritted her teeth at the mention of Dark Wishes again. "Wishes of the fallen? Surely it couldn't have meant wishes of the fallen in love right?" She pondered, still paranoid of the possibility she played a part in this predicament.
She snapped back at attention when Peach asked what they can do to help.

"Like a BullStar in a Chinese Star Shop- Daisy tried in vain to quip "-Nah, I got nothing.” she shrugged, giving up.
"Let's go girls." Daisy started toward the the shop.

Rosalina was relieves as the star kid seemed to have forgotten their existance when they backed away. It would seem they did not have to resort to a violent solution after all. Rosalina was sure Peach was as thankful of that as she was.

Then another star kid, this one the right color, approached them. Rosalina simply nodded when asked if they were here to help as Peach answered vocally. Sadly, it would appear the dark wishes are also responsible for the Star Kids going mad at the same time as the Star Spirits. It was then revealed that the wishes were the wishes of the fallen.

The luma was too focused on the Star Kid to really notice anything up with Daisy at all. Rosalina however has been trying to keep a better observation on Daisy... And she was gritting her teeth to the Luma explaining the wishes of the fallen... Daisy has seemed to be hiding something for quite a bit... In fact, it seems she has since the castle. It always seemed associated with her and Peach that it would cause some kind of reaction. Was Daisy thinking she was responsible for these dark wishes? Did she hold that much negative thoughts towards the idea of her and Peach being together? She was not entirely sure but if Daisy was trying that hard to connect it... She had to talk to her about it... But now was not the time or place.

"We will look into the shops for you and see what we can do," Rosalina offered their assistance. After agreeing to help, she turned to Daisy. "Princess Daisy? If you don't mind... Do you want to meet up with me later after we are done here? I would like to speak with you about something," Rosalina offered. She was not going to mention anything about what she suspected in front of Peach. She was better off not knowing about it right now... Especially in the chance she is wrong.
