Mission Brief: "There is some sort of strong signal coming from an old base of Eggman's that has fallen into Dark Emerald Coast. I don't have time to check it out but I need a team to go and find out what is causing this sudden source of power. I hate to think what will happen if the Starvia gets their hands on whatever is causing this signal... But be prepared in case they are not friendly. This signal feels familiar somehow."

"Oh yeah, there also seems to be three power sources aboard the base too. They should be good for supplying more power if we need it. It might be good if you can find those too. There might be a good reward if you bring back enough."
