Meanwhile, Outside...



Outside of the once expansive metal refinery, the air was thick with smog and the ground littered in notable footprints. Seemed some of the robots around here had woken up with a starvia infused kick and were on the move outside, but about 4 pairs was leading right into the eentrance giving a nice direction of where to go.

But suddenly, the pistons in the factory began to smash into one another, smoke seeping from the towers of the factory to show the refinery had once again been given life. Something was controlling the entire refinery, and chances are the suspected robot was the one that did it.



MISSION START!

Grand cities were like home to him, flashes of beautiful capitol planets going through his mind to ease some nerves as he wandered through the streets. This city, though, didn't give off the familiar buzz of activity. Instead just a distance noise of an old machine trying its hardest to get back up to speed. It was rather creepy. Not that Falco would ever admit to any of these thoughts; though would comment on their factual premise.

The factory was near now and not even a glimmer of this Glover character. At least the avian assumed he'd be easy to recognize with the description he was given being a giant glove. There were some strange characters in the universe. Falco continued forward only a little ways more before settling down a block away from the factory. His blaster was firmly in hand with proper discipline but at a glance it wouldn't seem like he was prepared for any surprises. Anyone that knew the blue feathered being however wouldn't be fooled by his lax posture.

Glover was rolling down the streets on his ball, quite lost. Glover was not even aware Cities were a thing until the Life Sphere, he's been to carnivals, ancient ruins, pirate ships, creepy castles, treetops, space, and even the dinosaur and ice ages. However, cities were completely new to the glove and he got lost quite a few times while he balanced on his ball and looked around for some sort of factory or at least some kind of bird that was supposed to be his ally for this mission. It was nice to have an ally for once, his last adventure he had to rely on himself and his magic ball.

Glover eventually noticed a large humanoid bird... pheasant perhaps? Either way, it was a safe bet this was his ally given his more laxed poster to anything else he might've seen. Glover rolled up to Falco and jumped off his ball and moved himself in a waving motion until landing on the ground in his normal walking way next to his rubber ball with a star on it. Glover looked to the factory, it seemed to be powering up. He wondered what kind of monster could rule this place... Oh well, at least Cross Stitch was not here to transform and power up the boss.

When the two decided to make there way inside the refinery, they would find the places lights flickering lightly before shining bright to show they were on. Revealed inside was conveyor belts practically everywhere, a green tiled floor and furnaces of every kind against the wall's, though rusted beyond belief they were still ablaze with fire as conveyors pushed metal ore into them. And in front of them, in between he machines that poured iron ore down the conveyors stood machines, rising from there de-activated positions. The pierobots stood atop giant metal gears, looking at the two as it seemed the robots commander was walking forward. His red armor giving off a slick sheen, and red eyes illuminating the light.

The monstrous robot looked at the two, narrowing his eyes...until the most unexplainably stupid thing happened. The three pierobots suddenly raised there hands to the ceilings, a electric guitar falling from one hole, a bass guitar into another and the last got a small drum set. They immediately joined together like the jester-bots they were, and started playing the theme of metal man's stage in a rock format. And even better? Metal man actually struck a pose and began singing.

Watch out for these blades or you'll end up headless! 

With that, The floor started opening up, to reveal the entire floor altering into a conveyor belt of its very own. The pierrobots shredded, pounded and...whatever awesome word you use for bass guitar playing. Plucked? Anyways, they kept playing there instruments as metal man started moon walking among the conveyors, having no issues with being on them.

You want to fight and try to be the one to take me down, But i know, that there's no chance! 

And i know, as soon as you step foot inside my door, you'll fall victim to my METAL DANCE! 

With that, metal man dissapeared into the blackness of the hallway as the pierrobots got ready to fight

Movement down the street drew the avian's immediate attention; and then held it as Falco mused about the mascot rolling up toward him. The pilot had been imagining more of a friendly miniature Master Hand. Instead he was looking at something that reminded him of pastries.

Falco raised his blaster to rest inverted on his shoulder, hand still wrapped around the grip and finger straight. "Yo," he returned the greeting. "Ready to go smash some robots?" questioned Falco as he too moved to view the factory. A smug grin dominated his visage, turning his eyes to Glover for a moment before dashing off to the humming factory.

Up closer they were met with no sentries or guards of any sort. A little disconcerting but Falco proceeded to enter the facility anyway. No one gets anywhere hanging back playing it safe. He did at least ensure that Glover wasn't left behind or wandering off before stepping foot inside, where the pair were met with a rather surprising welcome. At first Falco had his weapon ready but soon after the band began playing he eased off with confused amusement.

"Can you believe this guy?" Falco partially twisted around to poke a feathery thumb in Metal Man's direction. Any further mockery was put on hold though as the floor began peeling away to be replaced by a massive conveyor belt. Hurriedly the ace pilot surveyed the area before the battle began. This could be annoying. Well to start things off Falco wasted no time in getting a shot off with his blaster before forced onto the moving terrain.

Glover gave a thumbs up to show his sign of approval of breaking bots. Almost reminds him of the epic giant robot battle he had on the moon that one time. Glover jumped back onto his ball and rolled on it, as it was faster and easier to see than pushing it. On the inside was... some kind of concert? He knew this was a metal refinery, but this was ridiculous, Glover gave a thumbs down for Falco's statement as a way of saying no and showing his disapproval in this strange metal show.

At the signs of Conveyor belts popping up, Glover knew it was time to move, Glover jumped up with the ball in his palm and tossed it basketball style at the robot before doing a come on gesture as Glover and the ball grew and slammed against eachother to smash the robot before returning to normal size, once back to normal, glover got back on his ball and started rolling against the current. He hated stuff like this.

The pierrobot in falco's blaster's way was hit, making him wobble a little on his giant gear as he hopped along it. But, it was the awfull con roll that really put it off the deep end, as the wound up falling off his giant gear, the gear falling flat on the ground and disintegrating.
The little robot hopped up, and started running backwards as it prepared for a new gear to use.

With the third pierrobot left standing, he went ahead and took his attack. He kicking his giant gear directly at Falco, attempting to run him over with the huge chunk of metal.

The first few steps onto the conveyor were quickly adjusted for, the speedy humanoid avian going along at a slight angle in hopes of finding a belt that was going the opposite direction. Unfortunately for him this choice of traversing the moving floor made dodging the oncoming Pierrobot too hard even for his nimble body. The giant gear smashed into Falco sending him away to roll along with the black belts. At least he wasn't crushed under the thing.

Annoyed, Falco found his feet and recovered quickly to resume fighting against the current. This time he wasn't particularly trying to get anywhere, instead focusing on his next move against the Pierrobot. Back turned from the one that just attacked him the ace pilot made a slow progression toward the bot that he'd managed to shoot off it's respective gear, raising his blaster and pretending to aim. Next time that circus bot came around to hit him it wouldn't be so easy. And if it didn't, well he was half ready to shoot a different one.

Yes, that's right, this glove is booking it on that ball against the current. This glove is not clowning around! ... But that is his thing so time to put a stop to that and do some circus tricks. Glover tosses the ball above the Pierabot before turning it into a Bowling Ball with his Basketball Player Style Spinning and bouncing the Heavy ball off the Goof Bot's Head. He then landed on the ball and continued running as the Ball became bigger and Glover attempted his Road... Er, Conveyor Belt Rage with his Ball charge. He keeped this running momentum.

The pierobot in the path of a bowling ball descent was definitely in for a ruse awakening, as first was the blaster shot and now this. The bot popped, exploding into nothing, leaving two gear bots. The next one was hit back by glovers running charge. The last one standing hopped up into the air, grabbing another giant gear and hopping onto it, running along it before kicking it, this time aiming for Glover.

It seemed the bot that had struck him earlier decided to go after Glover. That was fine with Falco, it allowed him to setup some shots. Easing his speed to match against the flow of the conveyor belt the avian pilot shot a couple times at the one he had been feinting to fire at earlier. Then, he rolled off to the side to get a better angle on the one currently attacking his ally. Falco knelt down and aimed, allowing the belt to carrying him away from the battle while he prepared undisturbed for another few rounds of easy shots at his distracted target.

Following his volleys of attacks from behind Falco needed to get back into the fray. Or at least closer to Glover and away from the edge of the moving floors. How embarrassing would it be to get stuck at the wall.

Glover attempted to turn the ball away from the gear, but he now realized the conveyor belt was making it harder for him to maintain balance. Glover took the Gear to the back of the... glove while he was trying to rebalance himself only to stop his constant running against the flow from his ball. As a result, Glover laid down on his ball as it started rolling with him moving with the ball's rotation as it went rolling back with the conveyor belt, making him unable to act at the moment.1d20+3·1d20+3·1d20-2

The first pierrobot did a small victory dance upon hitting glover, however in his distraction he was unable to dodge falco's few shots. he had stumbled over, showing the bot's were really low when it came to defenses, as the holed falco made sparked up.

The other one was busy preparing another gear, until he got hit much akin to his brother bot.

The two robots looked at one another, narowing there eyes as they both slammed new gear's down, one kicking there's at the tripped glover and the other kicking his at falco.

After his series of blaster shots Falco made a glance back to see how his ally was doing. Not so great it seemed at the moment. Good thing for them these guys were push overs once you hit them. Falco resumed running against the conveyor belt so as to leave himself tons of space to maneuver in. He observed the next move of their opponents, literally springing into action once the giant gears were sent barreling down the belts.

The ace pilot trivially dodged the path of the gear heading toward him, but he dove closer to the one being sent toward Glover. Standing from his rolling dive the avian snatched his accele-reflector from his side with his free hand. Jumping even closer to ensure he was in range of the gear heading for Glover Falco released the reflector and kicked it into the front of the gear, hoping to hit it hard enough on the side to either knock it over or redirect it slightly to help his ally.

Unfortunately in his attempt to be cool while rushing all these actions Falco didn't hit his accele-reflector properly, the device flying through the air and missing the gear completely. Once he landed from his jump the pilot snapped his fingers in frustration then caught his returning device and let it rest at his side again.

Glover quickly snaps out of his flow and halts the ball before jumping back on, ready to continue his balancing act. He did not even need any help avoiding the gear as he was back on his game and swerving and weaving. Glover charged through another bot before throwing his Bowling Ball for extra damage.
