Character Name: Princess Peach Toadstool
Game of Origin: Super Princess Peach
Preferred Motto: "You've been very, very bad, but I can't just leave you here to die. I don't know how you were raised, but I was taught to help people in need!"
Appearance:
Alignment: Lawful Good
History On Li: Peach arrived on Li tracking the mysterious disappearance of a very large, ornate cake she'd baked for a celebration. When Peach returned from her investigation she arrived not at the thriving mushroom Kingdom she remembered but Li's ruined, destroyed version. Distraught by this unprecedented level of destruction, Peach decided to stay in the ruins and search for survivors in an attempt to salvage what remained of her beloved kingdom. It would not be until later that she realized most of her people had already been evacuated.
Peach aligns heavily with Mario's idea of what to do with Li, refusing to believe the planet cannot be saved. Ever optimistic and hopeful, she believes that not only can the planet be saved but those infected by starvia as well. If you asked her, there's nothing a bit of bravery and some good old heroism can't cure. She is in full support of Mario's ideal to bring the cast together and push into the point of essence.

[PTabbedContent=Attacks and Abilities][PTab=Primary Attacks (10)]Footstool: Also known by the names stomp and jump attack, this attack has Peach jump on an enemy's head! Decisively unpleasant in high heels. This hurts, but perhaps, more importantly, it tends to knock the victim down, making it much harder for them to dodge a followup attack! This attack criticals on natural 19+, and stuns on a crit, or if it beats the opponent's dodge roll by 4 or more. (Medium Dex Attack; Does 10% Damage)
Heart of Virtue: Explosive hearts, scalding rainbows, magical umbrella and twirling ribbons, the power of a magical girl is misleading in its harmless appearance. Whether Peach's magic hits harder than it appears or it just humiliates her opponents into losing the will to fight is a question so arcane one is left wondering whether the princess herself even knows. (Medium Cha Attack. Does 14% + Cha Mod Damage)
Love Burst: Peach summons a large heart that explosively radiates hearts! If it hits, one heart will remain and she can use it to heal herself or an ally for half the damage it did, either immediately or as a free action next turn. 3 turn cooldown. (Heavy Cha Attack; Does 10+2x Cha Mod Damage)
Hips of Vehemence: Peach attempts to squish a target with her... erm... presence. If hit, the target is literally flattened like a pancake in a cartoon fashion. May result in a Butt Sticker. The target is afflicted by mini or stunned upon hit, though they can be afflicted by suffocation instead if they are grappled. Additionally, this attack does double damage if Peach is afflicted by the Mega Status or if the target is already afflicted by mini. Peach experiences a -1 to her Dex Mod during the turn she uses this attack. Has a 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Cha Attack; Does 6% + Cha Mod Damage damage)
Hand of Temperance: - The name brings to mind a hug, but the compassion being dished out by these arms is extreme violence in the names Peach's friends and family. When a good slap or a blast of magic just won't get the job done, what better way to turn up the heat than with a trusty stainless steel frying pan? A good whack on the head with this multi-purpose kitchen appliance will ruin anyone's day, as well as their smile. The frying pan may be substituted with Perry in a pinch. This love powered strike generates a concentrated explosion of magic on contact that is liable to send even the heaviest of fighters straight into the stratosphere. Peach's dexterity modifier decreases by 1 until Peach's next turn every time she uses this attack. She also takes 6% Self-Damage. (Heavy Cha Attack. Does 28% + Cha Mod Damage)
Peach Bomber: Peach incidentally gets thrown at someone butt-first, perhaps by sneezing at an inopportune time and being thrown backward by the force of her sneeze, and the target spontaneously explodes into hearts on contact with her. If someone attacks Peach from behind for some oblivious reason or is directly behind her when she is hit by an attack that inflicts knockback she gets to use this attack on whomever that is as a free action. Peach Bomber has a -2 accuracy penalty and a 1 turn cooldown. (Heavy Cha Attack; Does 25% + Cha Mod Damage)
Fireball: Peach tosses fireballs at her enemies to give them a piece of passion! Peach can consume a fire flower to power this attack up, causing it to deal 2% extra damage and gain a 30% chance of burning in place of the fire flower's usual mechanics. (Light Wis Attack; Does 8% Damage)
Star Storm: Peach calls upon the power of Skolar to smite her enemies with the power of shooting stars! 3 turn cooldown. (Heavy Cha Attack; Does 30% Damage)
Perry Blast: Peach swings Perry and a parasol canopy shaped blast of energy comes flying out to pulverize an opponent! Powerful, but Perry gets tired quickly. This move has 3 uses before its power Perry needs to charge back up more energy. It costs an action to restore 2 charges worth of attacks. Alternatively, 1 use can be restored every turn that Peach has devoured an enemy. (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 30% Damage)
Stellar Tune: A cute star themed guitar that will summoned magical star shaped projectiles out to assault your foes! This attack is made with a bonus +2 to its accuracy modifier. 1 turn cooldown. (Medium Wis Attack; Does 16% Damage)
[/PTab={min-height:300px;max-height:400px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Special Attacks (16)]Devour: Peach attempts to throw an enemy off with a feint attack, represented by a Charisma vs Intelligence roll, to trick an enemy into lowering their guard (Or otherwise targets an enemy that can't defend themselves) and proceeds to latch onto them with Perry! The sentient umbrella opens his mouth to consume the enemy whole without warning, transporting them into Peach's belly through a process known as shenanigans. This grants Peach a vibe charge. While eaten, the target can only take 2 actions per turn even accounting for action boosting buffs. To escape, they must deal a cumulative 40% damage to Peach. Peach makes a single 1d15+(2x Con) roll to reduce the damage of all attacks from the victim that turn, with a natural 14+ being a crit that doubles the roll. If she rolls higher than the damage done, she takes the difference and adds it to the 10% digestion damage she can deal as a free action each turn, half of which is returned as healing. Each turn the victim attempts to escape and fails, her damage resistance roll gains a stacking +2 bonus. If the victim is KO'd, Peach continues healing for 1d8+Cha each turn for 3 turns. Peach cannot spit the target up voluntarily. 2 turn cooldown.
Vibe Powers
Princess Peach can induce heightened emotional states in herself and others, each with unique magical effects using the vibe energy she has gained over the course of a mission. Peach starts with 50 "Flower Points" and spends them to activate various vibe powers. She can recover them by devouring enemies (5 initial FP and 5 for every round they remain trapped thereafter, additional 10 FP if the target is defeated), devouring food/objects (5 FP, or the DM can grant higher restoration for unusually large/potent consumptions), or by saying a prayer and receiving a blessing from the Star Spirits (20 FP, consumes 3 actions, can only be used once per encounter).
Frills of Justice: Peach channels the purity of her heart, becoming the ultimate magical girl! Her outfit transforms, or more accurately becomes a lot frillier. As is the law of magical girls, this is directly proportionate to her power. Peach gains a +2 to all of her stat modifiers except Charisma which gains a +4 for 3 turns, but the move exhausts her and she is afflicted by the drowsy status once it ends. 4 turn cooldown.
Sis Moves: Peach teams up with a female ally--the move simply fails if this requirement is not met for reasons--and forms a "sister bond" with them. For 3 turns both characters gain a +2 attack roll bonus and deal 3% additional damage with all of their attacks so long as they are working together against that enemy. 4 turn cooldown.
Bosom of Valor: This attack can be used in response to Peach dodging a melee attack, or on an already grappled opponent as a counter attack. The dodge roll is her counter roll, and she rolls against their attack roll to hit. Peach weaves just around the aforementioned attack, allowing her opponent to fall into her awaiting arms and guiding their face into her bosom, where she quickly smothers them in a loving embrace. If the opponent does not escape her grapple on their turn it can also cause the suffocation status, the sleep status or the infatuation status as described in Marin's Status Alteration Supplements as a free action, but only one, at Peach's discretion. 3 turn cooldown.
Girl Power!: With her striking charisma and fashionable sense of self-esteem, Peach inspires all her fellow ladies and not-so-ladylike-ladies to smash the stat ceiling and define heroine for the boys! Roll 3 dice with sides equal to Peach's charisma modifier. Peach then gets to choose how to spend the 3 results. One roll is added to the stats (note: stats, not modifiers) of all Peach's female allies as well as herself. Another is added as a damage bonus and the last as a damage resistance. This lasts for 1 turn. If there is any confusion over who qualifies as female for the purposes of this attack, those who are comfortable unironically identifying themselves as such will be the standard. 3 turn cooldown.
Smooch: Peach gives the target a loving magical kiss to reinvigorate them! Costs 2 actions and implies a -2 dodge penalty to one attack next turn because of the awkwardness of stopping and smooching someone during combat. 3 turn cooldown. Heals for 1d20+(4x Cha Mod)
Heels of Tenacity: Dig in those high heels and pray to The Mushrooms that they don't break! For 3 turns, whenever Peach is hit by an attack she can make a constitution roll against the offending attack to reduce the damage it does. If the roll beats the attacking roll, the attack does half damage and any statuses it was meant to inflict are ignored. Every time Peach succesfully makes a constitution roll, she gains a charge of the "Tenacity" buff, which gives her a +1 to any constitution rolls she makes, up to a maximum of of 5 charges. The tenacity buff loses a charge each turn once Heels of Tenacity ends, or they can be expended to restore 3% to Peach's bubble shield for each charge. 3 turn cooldown
Lips of Eloquence: Peach embraces the target and gives them a sweet kiss! This can either be used on an ally to reduce the number of turns on their negative status conditions by 2 or on an enemy, as a Wisdom vs INT roll, to reduce the number of turns left on their positive buffs by 2. It also heals the target for an amount equal to Peach's charisma modifier, and can be made to heal for 1d4+Cha extra for each extra action Peach uses while using this, though it cannot exceed her action limit. 3 turn cooldown.
Volt Shroom: Peach produces a volt shroom and either eats it or gives it to an ally. This shroom electrifies the eater's body when consumed, causing any and all attacks that make physical contact between them and another character to afflict 3% electric damage. This lasts for 3 turns. 3 turn cooldown.
Mini Mushroom: A cute pink mushroom with a pacifier in its mouth! When given to or thrown at an enemy, it de-ages them to a point of relative helplessness! This lowers the damage they do by 5% and reduces their stat modifiers by 2, or grants everyone a +2 bonus to all rolls against them if they are an NPC. Also counts as being mini for the purposes of other mechanics that have bonuses against mini foes. Lasts for 3 turns. However, this debuff will extend indefinitely if the person in question is in physical contact with Peach, until physical contact is broken for an entire turn. Also enables Peach to make DEX based grapples if their child form is smaller than her. Does not effect non-humanoids for whom age is meaningless, however. 4 turn cooldown.
Spectre Hood: A hoodie you don't even have to steal from your boy--er... girlfriend! Rather than forcing you to wear armor, which is cringe and unbased, simply having the hood on your person is enough to activate its effects. When activated, a spectre of the Grim Reaper wearing the Spectre Armor briefly flashes behind the user. For 3 turns, all damage done by the user creates a ball of life energy that can heal allies, by default targeting the allies with the least HP but able to be directed at will. The amount healed is 1 HP for every 4 damage the attack that generated it dealt (minimum 1). 3 turn cooldown
Hair of Majesty: peach leaps into the air and rapidly spins about, her luxuriously long hair whipping about her wildly as she spins, creating a luxuriously hairy shield around herself empowered by magic to withstand blows! This acts like an extension of her bubble shield, reducing the damage her bubble shield takes by an amount equal to her charisma modifier. As part of this attack, she can use a buffed version of her footstool attack against the target that does extra damage equal to her charisma modifier. 3 turn cooldown
Precious Memories: Peach can use her camera to take magical pictures! This has many uses. By turning up the flash to a comical level, she can stun any enemy that fails a wis check to notice and close their eyes in time. This stuns them and blinds them for 1 turn. If they roll an 8 or less on their wisdom roll, they are blinded for 2 turns instead. This function has a 3 turn cooldown to prevent overheating and breaking the flash.
Additionally, Peach can do things with the pictures she takes. She can craft images of locations into portraits that can be activated by power stars to allow for fast travel to that location. Portraits of people can be jumped into to don outfits themed after theirs or obtain either a single weapon and any attacks related to that weapon or a single attack. If her attacking modifier is lower than the stat of the owner, she gains a +1 representing a phantom of the original's strength while using it. Because she has to hop into a painting to gain these weapons and hopping into another painting generally overrides the first effect, she can usually only bring one on a mission barring any breaks where she can return to her castle or the Life Shere.
Eyes of Harmony: Hey have you ever noticed that Peach has like ... really pretty eyes? They have a somewhat supernatural, almost hypnotic effect on people--often without her even realizing it, and often without others realizing it as well. As far as others are aware, she's simply a very charming person who brings out their generous side. It's not strong enough to force people to hurt themselves or take actions that put them in immediate danger if they weren't already open to doing so, but it can convince people to do a lot of other things, and even grant them a bonus to doing the thing equal to Peach's cha modifier on a 3 turn cooldown. She also gains a +2 bonus to persuasion attempts if she is able to maintain eye contact with the person she's attempting to persuade.
Freeze Frame!: Peach stops and strikes a pose for a photoshoot! In a flash reminiscent of a disembodied camera flash, large empty photographs are conjured on the ground beneath her, freezing anyone unlucky enough to be standing on them in place. This is an off-flavor frozen status. The secret to Peach not being frozen in place despite standing in the midst of them all is that she takes very good photos. Others can resist the freezing effect with their own charisma by vaguely looking good in the photo, whether that means cool, cute, beautiful, powerful, artistically impactful, etcetera. It should be a good photo to someone, basically. Breaking free once they're 'frozen' uses intelligence instead of strength, as it's a mental rather than physical effect. 1 turn cooldown

[PTab=Ultimate Attacks (2)]Peach Blossom Peach's magic warps the world around her, commanding the attention of everyone nearby as she performs an elegant, magical dance. Enemies within range take 30% damage and are subsequently afflicted with the sleep status. Peach and allies within range regenerate 10% HP every turn for 4 turns.
Mega Mushroom: Peach uses a Mega Mushroom to grow until she towers over buildings, empowering her with the strength to crush the competition! Lasts 3 turns, during which Peach's base strength stat raises by 10. She suffers a -2 penalty to dodge rolls, but takes half damage and does 1.5x damage. She is also immune to knockback, grappling, any attack that uses weight as a variable, mini, and any form of action reduction for the duration.[/PTab={min-height:300px;max-height:400px;overflow:auto;}]

(Medium Str Attack; Does 10% Damage)[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Special Attacks]Wish Power: Twink uses built up wish power to give himself strength and courage, adding a +1 to his modifiers for every wish made upon him for up to 3 turns, up to a maximum of +3 in each stat except strength, which is allowed to go up to +5
Peach Beam: Twink is joined by the seven star spirits, who together with him and Peach form the mythical Peach Beam! Or well--they would if they were all available anyway. Roll a D7 to determine how many star spirits show up. The duration of the offending buffs are reduced by the amount that do if the attack hits. If there are extra turns purified, the buff's effects are reversed for that many turns instead of merely purified. If all 7 star spirits show up, the attack can even purify invincibility. 3 turn cooldown[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]

Can only be used in missions that use d20 roll's! Any attack that roll's lower than a 5 will instantly fly away, and not hit you! Thats it, no catch, no nothin'! The cyclone lasts for 2 turns! 3 turn cooldown.[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]

- Rage: Grants a target a +8 Damage Done buff. Lasts 3 turns. Costs 10 FP
- Calm: Lowers the effect chance of all mind-affecting statuses against the target by 50% and reduces the duration of any current in effect by 4 turns (or provides a +3 bonus to overcoming them). Once per turn, reroll a roll and take the higher result. Lasts 3 turns. Costs 20 FP
- Relief: Superficially numbs the target to negative sensations, easing their pain and discomfort without technically healing them. Might cure effects directly related to pain, but otherwise only has fluff benefits. Lasts 5 turns or for as long as physical contact is made. Costs 5 FP
- Confidence: Grants the target a +3 buff to their charisma modifier. Lasts 3 turns. Costs 10 FP
- Determination: Grants the target a -8 Damage Taken Buff. Lasts 3 turns. Costs 10 FP
- Love: A surge of loving emotions heals the target for (3x Peach's Cha Mod) plus an additional (Peach's Cha Mod) for every additional action she spends giving them affection. Peach can take any physical attack on behalf of the target during the turn this is used if she's near them. Costs 25 FP
- Excitement: Grants target an extra action. Lasts 3 turns. Costs 15 FP

- Panic: Stuns the target and afflicts fear with a cure threshold of 15+. Costs 10 FP
- Exhaustion: Afflicts the drowsy and sleep statuses, but gains a +3 accuracy bonus against targets that are already drowsy. Costs 10 FP
- Empathy: Causes the target to experience phantom sensations of the pain they cause others. They have a percentage chance equal to the damage they did last turn to take 30% damage and lose an action. If they're an NPC, they take 30% damage and suffer a 10% damage penalty that turn. Lasts 3 turns. Costs 15 FP
- Desire: Forces the target to pay attention to Peach. Grants them a +2 accuracy bonus against Peach. However, everyone else gets a +2 to their defensive rolls against the target and lowers their critical threshold by 1. Lasts 3 turns. Costs 10 FP
- Inhibition: Silences the target and causes them to hesitate, adding a -1 dodge penalty to all of their attacks. Lasts 3 turns. Costs 15 FP
- Disinhibition: Acts similar to a truth serum, making it harder for someone to screen their thoughts before they speak and compelling them to speak more freely, blurting out things they'd probably prefer not to have said. Has no mechanical effect, other than posing a -4 penalty to someone other than an actor playing their role trying to make a charisma roll telling a lie. Lasts 5 turns. Costs 5 FP
- Hysteria: Causes an brief influx of wild emotions or excitement that overwhelms the target's mind, bypassing all damage resistance other than invincibility and afflicting 30% damage. Costs 10 FP

If there are extra turns purified, the buff's effects are reversed for that many turns instead of merely purified.
