On this odd day, a small parchment of official looking paper that was usually given to members of the N.O.L intelligence department to take notes of what they see, but this particular note was embedded into ragna's home in the door found itself through a butterfly knife. The note said, in a very official looking font, "Ragna the bloodedge. Meet me at the Sunshine stadium during sundown. We still have a big score to settle." in a black cursive writing. there was also a small drawing of a snake where the signature was supposed to be


At the sunshine stadium, Hazama sat in the seats with a green and black guitar by his side. He hasn't played a guitar in a while, but he remembered how much fun it was during the time he had played it.. He strummed a few strings, and awaited his rival to come to this place for there battle. The sky had turned a deep orange as the sky was close to turning to night. He held his typical black coat and Fedora in his right hand, waiting for ragna to show up before he put them on.

Unlike Hazama, Ragna was currently busy getting some shopping done, he had managed to get all of his food. But when he got home and saw the note fixed to his door with a butterfly knife, he opened the door and placed his goods in the fridge, then took the note.

"Damn, almost two years after the Battle against Vivi and now this. You got nerve; terumi, but this will still be a war that you can never win." Ragna said, rushing towards the stadium, the Butterfly Knife in tow within his heavy red jacket. When he got to the Sunshine Stadium, the sun was already setting, and the croud followed him within, along with the only being as large as Bowser, taking a seat at his throne in the stands{Repliforce General}, along with some unknown female humanoids{Yuna and Sera} situated on either side. the crowds were definately a random assortment, and a large number of Tarkatan were also amongst the capacity crowd with Onaga seated on his throne so they all could watch the smashing and mayhem.

"You better be ready; Snake bait, I could kick your @$$ all day and be ready to take on a Kremling by next week! It is a pity that there is no NOL in your corner to bail you out of this dilemma." Ragna said as he got into position, and awaited the referee to host this fight.

The crowd had gathered long before sundown for the sake of not missing a moment of the battle. The residents of the Life Sphere really had nothing better to do with their days to be frank. Between being bustled by the gangs that roamed the streets and fearing an all-out epidemic at every hour of the day, it was understandable that they didn’t know what to do with themselves. Either way though, a rivalry being settled within the Sunshine Stadium was always a spectacle of sorts and couldn’t be passed up being seen. The audience avoided getting too close to the green haired man since he sat amongst them and they didn’t want to get in the crossfire of everything.

A small circular section at the center of the stage opened and from the temporary hole in the patted flooring arose a figure that should be very familiar amongst the returning attendees. A very slow elevator brought him to the ground level on the stage. His figure glowed in the bloom of the sunset’s light as a grin sparkled in the light of it. Finally a time that would actually constitute his need for sunglasses. Lt. Surge stepped off his platform and his eyes darted toward the combatant that seemed too lazy to enter the ring. “You know, the fight doesn’t start until you get down here” the ref announced in a sort of annoyed tone. His schedule lately has been through the roof, of course he wasn’t happy, especially when the battle had to be delayed from some pretty boy deciding to lounge about the stadium seating.

“The both of you should understand the rules, not hard to follow. You signed up so you should be aware of them, all I’m going to add in on that is if you try to cheat you’ll get worse than a tunderbolt, ain’t that right Electrode?” With that, a Pokeball shaped being rolled onto the stage with a wicked grin plaster across its spherical face. One of the creature’s brows seemed to be permanently quirked as well.

"Big talk for such a dumb dog ragna." Hazama smirked viciously, then looking at the Ref for this match, with sharp yellow eyes that hinted of evil, vicious brutality and death. He thought of saying something very threatening to lt. surge, but seeing as he was the ref of this match he thought it was  just a mute idea if not something that would put him in a worse situation. Hazama immediately turned back to ragna, putting his fedora and Trench coat on in that one turn as he stepped down the steps with his hands in his pockets before jumping off into the stadium with ragna. 

"I hope you don't plan on holding anything back for me. Don't think you will if you still remember everything that's happened...Like your sister for instance?" Hazama cackled, leaning back as he awaited the starting bell for this battle. Hazama already took out one of his many butterfly knives , unfolding it to show its knife blade. "Ill try not to kill you...On purpose." Hazma kept laughing, looking at ragna with his sadistic death glare.

"I know you won't, but like I said... No N.O.L. to bail you out, as they don't even exist on this planet." Ragna said with venom in his voice. Apparently that jab about Ragna's sister was below the belt, and he didn't like that, he would make Hazama pay dearly for his torment.

Even though he knew Outside Help and ruthless slaughtering would not avail, Ragna pulled his blood scythe out and stood ready to rumble, waiting for the bell.

The referee rolled his eyes underneath his choice of shades. A yellowed eyed man in a trench coat was hardly anything that inspired fear into the veteran, even if the man wasn’t trying to enact his intimidation factor on him. These villainous beings thought they knew evil, thought they were something to be feared, they were nothing compared to war though. The duo seemed to be the swordsman type though, despite the fedora cladded one only seeming to have a knife, it could be an interesting fight.

The two were finally within the battle arena and they seemed to be within an understanding of the rules. Hazama seemed as though he had some sort of trick up his sleeve and the ref did not enjoy such a notion, not in his ring. He’d have to keep an extra set of eyes on him, at least three. Almost like he commanded the drone like Pokemon, Magnezone hovered above the stadium. The metallic creature was not near enough to intervene with the fight just yet, but it still kept a watchful eye on the green haired individual.

“Alright, I won’t hold you two back much longer. Let’s get to tearing each other’s throats out!” the ref announced to the crowd behind him as he swiped a red ribbon out of his own pocket. He displayed the object to the crowd and the combatants in a matter of seconds and swiftly threw it to the ground and leapt over the guard rails as though they were merely miniature hurdles.

The crowd roared for the action and surely their wishes would soon be granted.

Hazama nodded at the sound of Lt. surge saying the time to start up bloodshed has come, as hazama took a step back and threw out a ouroboros chain above ragna. The chain stopped a few feet in the air above and about a foot back of ragna as hazama yanked on the chain as he flung himself behind ragna as he quickly changed trajectory to bring down a Venom sword axe kick onto ragna from behind onto his head. Hazama then leaped back and attempted summoning up a rune against Ragna that came from below him to use Eternal coils of the dragon serpent on him.

EVASION/ASSAULT ROLL: 19
Ragna Noticed Hazama's attacks though he let the Axe Kick hit him, he still got away from the worst of Hazama's blows by a moderate margin. Not Bad, You must have figured out the drain on your power just as much as I have. Neither of us can use the full power of the Azure Grimoire, regardless of the fact that mine is a cheap rip-off. Ragna said, Grabbing his hated foe by the throat and stabing him with the Bloodscythe in Hazama's right arm, Then unleashed Devoured by Darkness on his foe in an attempt to put him into a whole new world of hurt.

“Welcome one and all! Sunshine Stadium still kicking and giving you the best dueling coverage on all of Li and boy do we have a match for you today! Rivalry so deep, Hazama vs Ragna.”

“How can you qualify the quality of the match before it even started?”

“Oh, you robots really slay me! No really, you’re ability to take everything so literal is really starting to harsh my mojo.”

“Mojo does not exist”

“ANWAYS, the match. A good opener from Hazama, giant ethereal snakes and chains are always a must around these parts! What say you, Omo?”

“I don’t comprehend anything that is going on, but Hazama is still gaining momentum!”

“Huh, how much longer until Big Top is allowed to come back again?”

“Big Top? Omochao is your new co-host. He is obsolete, I am the perfect co-host.”

Evasion/Assault roll:1

Hazama was unfortunately cut off guard, having to deal with Ragna's grab and stab into the arm. Hazama was blasted back by the arm of the blast beast, causing him to bounce across the dirt until he collided with his back into the wall. Hazama slid and slumped down as he took a moment to recover from the attack, in which his vision went blurry. Ok, not a good opening move.


"Was that....the arm of the black beat? Oh, now im DEFINITELY killing you!" Hazama got back up, then firing off one of his Ouroboros chains above ragna once again, holding his butterfly knife out as he then fired a ouroboros chain at ragna, Slashed at him with his intention at that juicy neck of his. After the attack, hazama would bounce back up in which he would simply fire another chain and attack ragna again on the other side. The chain onslaught seemed to go on until the chain was stopped by a Venom sword to the back of Ragna's skull. If it hit, Hazama would ride on ragna with his foot still in the back of ragna's head in a small attempt to keep him down.

"Bread and butter tactics, eh. That trick won't work on me twice in one sitting." Ragna said as he let Hazama have his fun, only to have Ragna grab Hazama by the leg the moment he landed the axe kick.

"Now to kick it up a notch!" Ragna said as he stabbed Hazama in the leg that Ragna was holding, then unleashed a Bloodscythe Spin attack to keep Hazama off balance, ending with another Very painful helping of Devoured by Darkness, hoping to send Hazama back into the wall again.

“OOOOh, just look at all that action! Ragna’s bringing the moves and flaunting them like he owns the place! Hazama though, he might seem to be the underdog here but just look at those snakes! I can’t decide what the better weapon is! Giant snakes or Giant swords!”

“I still cannot tell what is going on. Usually I’m much closer to the action.”

“Well, you know. Ragna’s doing his regular thing, Hazama’s doing stuff…”

“You don’t know what’s going on either do you?”

“I didn’t have enough time to research either one of them, I know nothing about either of these guys, but their style of fighting is just so RAD!”

“Rad?”

“Come on, Omo. Get with the times! All the kids think stuff is RAD!”

“How many kids do you actually know or see around the Life Sphere. My databanks don’t say many.”

“Hey! There are plenty of kids around the Life Sphere! Every single Pokemon Trainer is no older than ten!”

Dodge roll:15

A hit from Ragna's typical blood scythe  to the leg wouldn't mean much to hazama, sure it hurt like a !@#$! but with most of the people hazama's gone toe to toe with a simple stab wouldn't do much. The rest however, wouldn't be able to hit hazama as he barely escaped with the use of flinging himself away from the attack's ragna threw with a ouroboros chain. Bred and butter tactics, eh? Alright then. Hazama adjusted his hat, firing a ouroboros chain at ragna as he then stopped inches from his face. Hazama glared at him with the same menacing eyes and grin of that one night of a burning church as he then delivered a high upward kick straight into ragna, as under the blood edge a pillar of black and green shadow energy blasted into him from the ground, releasing a energy pillar that reached the heavens. After this attack, hazama flipped backwards, landing on his feet as he began chanting under his breath.

EVASION/ASSAULT ROLL: 15
Ragna had been launched by Hazama's assault, and managed to get out of harms way by starting a freefall and landing a Punch to Hazama's sternum, followed by a kick to send Hazama hitting the ground back first.

"You're clever I'll give you that, I wouldn't have it any other way to send your carcass to a Dodongo." ragna spat, he then followed up with the most savage assault possible by use of his punches, kicks, the SOUL EATER, a Grab & Stab, and the worst thing to ever happen to an adversary, the Black Onslaught, which had finally been unleashed. Hopefully Hazama would realise that it would be a matter of time before Ragna hit the home run on the assault, but he would be mistaken as Ragna meant business about what he said before the fight even began.

“Blade to blade! Punch to punch! Mystical magic to um… More magic! It’ll be tough to say who comes on top this time around. I think Hazama’s going to have a tough time avoiding Ragna’s speedy way of combat!”

“By my calculations, I’d say they’re fairly even in this struggle right about now. It’s still anybody’s game.”

“That is true! Wait, calculations? What do you have to calculate?”

“Their fighting capabilities and the chances of which move they are going to use next.”

“How do you define a person’s fighting capability in numbers?”

“Easy, Ragna’s about a 7. Hazama the same. You’re a two being very generous.”

“You just make up the numbers don’t you?”

“That is illogical.”

“Yeah, okay”
