History On Li:
"Finally, its happened!" Yelled out the gone insane intelligence department member, laughing as he looked up to the alter. "And you've failed, Rags ol' boy!" Terumi laughed, covering his eye, looking up at the wings which would soon show mu-12. But, something had gone wrong as nothing had yet to happened. "...Where is she...come on WHERE THE HELL IS SHE?!" Terumi yelled, looking up and seeing the wings open slowly, revealing a bright light as it near blinded him.
Awaking on a patch of grass, near busy bee lobby hazama got up, brushing of his hat and putting his tie back on. "Dammit....DAMMIT" he yelled, smashing a shadow snake fist into the ground. "I almost had it..what the hell?!" Hazama yelled, sighing and collecting himself. "No..no its fine, its alright.." Hazama sighed, stepping down into the road and seeing a sign to tell him where he was. "Life sphere eh? I guess this works." Hazama smiled, Time to create a bloodbath then!
Stats: Points: 10
Primary Attacks:
Butterfly knife: Hazama uses his preferred weapon, as stated its the butterfly knife as a slashing tool or a throwing weapon.
Venom sword: His basic fighting style involves shadow Snakes to be summoned along with his normal kicks and punches.
Ouroboros:One of hazama's chains fires out at enemies, sort of like a long range grab. hazama can use these to fly to his opponent or drag them back.
Special Attacks:
Eternal coils of the dragon serpent!- Hazama uses his ourobouros to drag a opponent closer, then slashing them rapidly with his butterfly knife, at finishing with three dark snakes knocking the opponent away
Serpent's Infernal Rapture!- Hazama kicks his opponent into the air with a huge energy pillar, colored black and green
Serpents Benediction-Waiting in place for a small amount of time, hazama gathers energy into his fist, before unleashing a powered up version of his normal primary attacks.
Venomous Bite- A reversal/Counter move, where Hazama/terumi walks slowly to the opponent, playing around with small link of a ouroboros chain. If hazama/terumi is attacked during his walk, he teleports above the opponent, landing behind them while the opponent is covered and bound in sharp ouroboros chains. The chains close in, dealing a large X shaped slash mark on there chest. Must have a two turn cool down before being used again.
Ultimate Attack(1):
Hungry Darkness of 1000 Souls!!- Hazama summons up several thousand chains around him, all going after the opponent and knocking him/her into the air constantly before they all form into a gigantic snake, before biting into the opponent and slamming him/her to the ground. Afterwards, though it doesn't matter if the opponent survived hazama reveals his terumi ego, losing his hat and his tie.
Allies/Friends: None as of yet
Enemies/Rivals: Ragna The bloodedge, The six heroes

Hazama's First appearance on a Nintendo console is "BlazyBloo: Clone Phantasma"A spin-off melee brawler for the DSi as a downloadable game.
Also, Hazama's got quite the silver tongue, as well as a dirty mouth to keep it in. I will to keep cursing at a minimum.
