History On Li: Perhaps it's humorous, in some overarching cosmic mess sense, that Noah would find himself awakening in yet another bunch of ruins.  He'd grown quite acquainted to the ruins in which he'd met Clamor in, and when he'd awakened, he was prepared to go through the routine steps of meeting Yuria and unsealing Clamor... only for:

"Where are we, Noah?"

Huh?

Huh?  Huh?

He's escaped his loop, it seems, but only landed himself in another...

Primary Attacks (3)
Crescent Combo: Noah performs a basic combo attack using his sickles. [5%+DEX Mod Combo]

Instant Opening: Noah casts magic through his sickle to create a cut through space, weaking existing defenses on a target.  When a target is hit by Instant Opening, Noah attacks them as if his DEX Mod is increased by 2 for three turns.  Three turn cooldown. [15% DEX]

Shadow Edge: Noah imbues his sickles with the power of edge, shadow, and depression, and cleaves the space around him for heavy damage.  Three turn cooldown. [30% DEX]

"I won't let you get away..."

Noah conjures forth his shadow with a sickle of his own, chasing a distant target to strike.  Said shadow uses Noah's stats and can use Noah's abilities, as well as consume Noah's action slots, but when the Shadow uses a skill of Noah's, it incurs one less turn of cooldown than usual.

The Shadow, when summoned, is given a health pool of [1d20+WIS].  This ability has a three turn cooldown, and lasts for a maximum of three turns.

Phases Of the Moon (Buff): Noah cycles through a moon phase every turn in the order of New -> Half -> Full -> Half -> New, and when Noah Awakens as an action, he gains differing buffs, in addition to a +2 on his DEX modifier:
New: Noah gains 5% damage on all attacks.
Half: Noah gains 3 turns of Cooldown Reduction when he enters Awakening, which he can distribute where he wishes among his skills currently on cooldown, and deals 2% more damage on all attacks.
Full: Noah gains 3 turns of cooldown reduction when he enters Awakening, to use where he wishes among all skills currently on cooldown, and doubles Obsidian Darkness gain while Awakened.
Noah can stay Awakened for three turns, after which he cannot Awaken again for another four.

Obsidian Darkness (Passive): At the beginning of every turn, Noah gains one Obsidian point up to a max of five, and at the end of his turn, after all actions have been performed, Noah can use Obsidian to accelerate a running cooldown by 1 turn per Obsidian spent.

Final Smash (1)

The Devouring Moon: Noah manifests a full moon behind him, drawing in all nearby enemies, before it's completely overcast by shadow, breaking the moon apart and damaging all within it.  Draws in foes within a 10 food radius, and then deals 40% damage to all within when it breaks.

Other Info:

Noah has the power of rewind time in the event that he dies, although this is only applicable to missions where the person running the mission okays it use.  There is a hypothetical limit to how many times he can do this in total, although Nyx Pieta's backstory suggests that it's quite high.  Noah has no manual control over this ability.
