History On Li: After being rescued from Sumeragi's Secret Bunker, life resumed relative normality for Copen - which just kind of involved continued his activities fighting against Sumeragi - until there was a point where the world went dark, only for Copen to awaken on Li. The Life Sphere is admittedly more peaceful than his life on his actual planet was, but Copen is more concerned about the location of Kohaku and the other kids who had taken him in, and busies himself searching for them and assisting the Life Sphere where he can.
Primary Attacks (3)
Quick Break: The standard three-hit combo. Copen ejects a chainsaw from the Razor Wheel and lays into an enemy. [8% STR Combo]
Shredder: Copen manifests a huge chainsaw blade and launches it into an opponent as a short range projectile. Becomes more powerful the more temp HP Copen had left over after his turn. [15% STR, deals additional damage equal to Copen's remaining temporary HP after dealing with all attacks. Only usable once per turn.]

Unbreakable: Copen has no Bubble Shield, but in return, Copen gains Temp HP equal to 1/3 of the damage that Copen successfully deals to an enemy. For every 10% damage taken (including to his temp HP), Copen gains one stack of Stored Power.
Hyper Armor: Become a wall that will never fall! When an opponent attacks, Copen can contest that roll using his STR, and succeeding will completely nullify damage but calculate an addition to Stored Power like normal. Three turn cooldown.
EX Weapons: Copen lacks a Septima himself, but that doesn't mean that he can't use the power of Septimas. By analyzing their Septisomes, Copen can use Lola to replicate a Septima's power. Copen has 100 maximum Energy, and every weapon has a drain on his Energy. He starts with 100, and regenerates 10 Energy per turn.

Bullit Dash: Copen is capable of achieving near-flight by darting through the air at incredible speeds. The attack itself is very weak, but the frantic speeds at which he zips through the air make his attacks more difficult to react to, and by running into an enemy, he can Tag them, which provides benefits to other attacks. Uniquely does not require Stored Power to use.
[1% DEX, provides +2 DEX mod for the remainder of the turn after this attack is used, tags a target for three turns upon successfully connecting.]
Razor Wheel: Formerly a mysterious, otherworldly rifle that appeared in his lab one day, Copen modified it to shoot energy chainsaw blades! ...Somehow!
When an opponent is Tagged, the chainsaws will instead arc towards the tagged target, granting increased accuracy and damage. [3%+DEX Mod Combo, when a target is Tagged, DEX Mod is increased by 2 for this attack, but Copen can only target the tagged enemy.]

Unstoppable: While Break Shift might be the more intimidating and bulky one, Bullit Shift is the real terror - a transformation that would rip through your defenses with ease, even if it has no defensive ability to speak of.
Copen cannot Bubble Shield, but by consuming stacks of Stored Power with every action, Copen multiplies his damage output by a whopping 1.5 times. Bullit Shift automatically reverts when Copen runs out of Stored Power.
[Passive. Can't Bubble Shield, all attacks consume one Stored Power to deal 1.5x damage. Running out automatically ends Bullit Shift.]

- Stellar Spark: Derived from Asimov. He fires a beam of electricity forwards, dealing moderate damage. If a target is Tagged, the attack locks on to them and deals more damage. [12%+DEX Modx2 damage. If a target is Tagged, Copen can only target them, but his DEX Mod is treated as two higher for the duration of the move. Costs 20 Energy.]
- Darkness Trigger: "Darkness Trigger- AUUUUUUUUUUGH!"By using Darkness Trigger, Lola goes berserk, and modifies Copen's skills a bit. Tagging an opponent now only lasts for two turns, and Copen cannot access his EX Weapons. In return, Lola can use a random EX Weapon with no Energy cost and with 2d4 additional damage as a free action. Lola can only target enemies that are Tagged at the beginning of Copen's turn, and if no enemy is tagged, Lola turns her attacks onto Copen at half their normal damage that pierces Prevasion. This state lasts for 3 turns, and his Final Smash cannot trigger while Darkness Trigger is engaged. There is a three turn cooldown after the effect has ended.

Anthem: The Muse's power, released in response to Copen falling in battle. Ally and enemy alike will be able to hear the Muse's song as Lola springs into her Awakened form, bringing Copen back to his feet. Recovers 40% of Copen's HP, grants 5 Stored Power, and halves Stored Power and Energy consumption for two turns as Lola enhances Copen's abilities.Other Info: Copen is from a different timeline than Gunvolt, and there is a different Copen in that timeline, giving the potential for more Copens wandering about.
- What can become an EX Weapon?
Good question! Copen has made EX Weapons out of robot parts (Workers from iX 2) and innate abilities from people's DNA (All Septima users ever). That said, it's by no means as simple a process for him as grabbing someone's Buster Arm and saying 'NOW I'VE GOT YOUR POWER' - recreating a weapon is an endeavor, and even if he does, Lola does like to put her own spin on the powers she's given, so each ability can only be used for one specific thing.
