History On Li:
Long after the events of the Dark Star and failing to defeat Bowser after a fight that resulted in him practically frozen, Midbus had reverted back to normal form and arrested as he was put on trail for various crimes against the Kingdoms for assisting Fawful.

Despite the efforts to keep Midbus down, the minion would eventually end up escaping as a fugitive on the run.

For a time, he went into hiding by roaming around but it would be sometime later that he would come across an event that devastated the Mushroom World that what started as a tear in the skies that unveiled itself to all those who saw.


The resulting portals would draw him out from his home world and drop him into Li.

All the while he was briefly out, he would eventually wake, confused to what has happened of the mysterious event as he began exploring while he came across dangers from the unknown.

While alone, the memories of his defeat started to creep back to him and namely with his pride had been shut down by his rival, Bowser, and while he did subtly respected the Koopa King, he was regardless eager to get revenge but not without a way to somehow revive Fawful in the meanwhile.


However, during this time, he would come across the Life Sphere and briefly explore that but he kept out of the spotlight, promptly staying low in the criminal underground, though it would be in due time that he would hear rumors of Fawful floating around and decided to investigate for himself.


This potential lead had caught Midbus' interest and at the same time, surprise as well as his loyalty was to only Fawful. Regardless of what it takes, he hurries back to return to the very Beanish that he worked along with over those years.

Perhaps he is closer than he thought he is.

Primary Attacks (3)

Melee Style (Close Combat): PHYSICAL; SOLO; Midbus uses an array of various punches, kicks, stomps and the likes with his fighting prowess. His body isn't slender or dexterous, but he practically is a tank, especially brutal to the target if his attacks connects.

-1 dodge penalty on the next turn.

[Medium to Heavy STR attack 18 – 24% DMG; 1 turn cooldown]

Rolling Dash (STR vs DEX): PHYSICAL; SOLO; Midbus curls himself up into a ball and comes rolling towards those in his way in a speedy but powerful fashion.

Those with a high DEX that overrules his STR would be able to dodge this attack.

Quake Fist: PHYSICAL; AOE; Midbus jumps up in the air as he brings his arms back while his fists are together and comes diving down with his full bodyweight, slamming down the ground with his fists, generating shockwaves that ripple out into the field.

This may inflict a 50% of Paralysis to targets.

Special Attacks (3)

Proud Warrior: PHYSICAL; SOLO; Each and every attack that Midbus is hit with, the more he strikes back in turn.

As for every 20% damage he accumulates, his attacks will deal an increased 2% in damage dealt.

Bounce Slam: PHYSICAL; SOLO; A psuedo-Ground Pound like attack the starts with Midbus jumping in the air and falls onto the ground, using his belly bounce to bounce upwards. Only then on the second round, he dives down to launch himself higher than before to go directly at the target with all his weight.

This has the capability to afflict the Disable towards a stat of his choice for 3 turns, however, Midbus' dodge is affected by the -2 penalty for the next turn.

Brute Spirit: PHYSICAL; SOLO; For 3 turns, Midbus' attacks gain a 30% chance of paralysis, 20% chance of stun and 10% chance of causing mortal wound that increases by the same amount each time an attack hits a given enemy without afflicting that status, up to a maximum of 100%. [Cooldown is after 3 turns.]
