History On Li: Periwinkle, much like her sister ended up on Li after a great darkness consumed the hollow. The sudden change in climate was especially hard on her for being a Winter Fairy. The only place after all with sustainable cold was decidedly unsafe due to the plague. On top of that there was no good Pixie Dust supply here so she has been limited.
Still, she was grateful to have not lost her friends or families. She makes it a point in her proactiveness to ask cold masters for help in sustaining her kind and help get that however she can. Of course it was difficult finding people to trust or understand so she has made it a habit to hide out in cold spots like fridges during their travel. She hopes to find a sustainable and more bearable condition for her kind somehow.
Primary Attacks (3)
Frosty Strike: As a frost fairy Periwinkle has light cold manipulation and given enough time she can use this to create escalating frigid projectile to hit the enemy with. The size and strength of the projectile measured by how much time she gets to spend on it, measured in actions. If more than one turn is spent on creating the attack it is perserved with it's damage and effects. Has a 1 turn cooldown to prevent creating another icy attack in the same turn.
1 Action: 16 damage, 30% chance to Slow
2 actions: +8 damage, +50% chance to Slow
3 Actions: +8 Damage, +20% chance to Slow, +30% chance to Freeze
4-5 ACtions: +10 Damage, +35% chance to Freeze
6+ Actions: +18 damage [WIS Attack]
Frigid Tempest: Creates a chilled wind with which to frostbite the opponent with a ice version of a burn. On a critical Hit it can Freeze but only if the opponent is naturally tiny or under the effects of Mini. Deals half damage if the foe is normal sized. 2 turn cooldown. [Medium WIS Attack, 10%]
Frosty Dew: Covers the target in extra frigid frost. On naturally tiny foes or tall foes this deals normal damage and a cold variation of poison as the dew freezes them. This effect and it's damage only works on normal size foes if they are Soaked first. Beings made of cold, Plants and plant-like creatures instead receive a +5 resistance to attacks for the duration and a +10 resistance to cold attacks. 3 turn cooldown. [12 damage%]
Special Attacks (3)
Pixie Physiology: As a result of being a teeny, tiny fairy, namely a Winter Fairy, Periwinkle has innate qualities to her. She is under the effects of the Mini Status by default, with the custom additions on top of the base ones:
Negative:
- Automatically fail opposed strength checks against larger characters due to the severe size difference
- Hot temperatures or even room temperatures ones will begin to melt her wings after a couple minutes of being exposed to warm air, risking permanent damage that'll disable her ability to fly. Burn will not effect this.
- Being soaked also disables flying immediately. While she can't swim she can freeze water to avoid drowning. If she is unable to though she will begin to suffocate
Positive
- Her attacks can't be reduced below 1 by this status alone
- All consumable healing aimed at her heals for an additional 10 (Less to heal)
- Consumable Items consist of 3 portions by her standards. So a single food item is treated like she ate 3.
- She has a +4 to stealth Rolls
- She has a +1 to Sneak Attack Rolls
Found Things: A collection of objects that Periwinkle has found and claimed under the name of "Found Things". She can dig into a magic holding pouch and pull out an item however it's random. She rolls a 1d6 to determine what she pulls. If she focuses her whole turn she can pull out an item of her choice. She can choose not to use the item immediately but she can't pull out another until it's used. 3 turn cooldown. Dex is assumed for weapons.
- 1: Picori Blade(?): An immitation of the Picori Blade that does hold some power of it's own, though only enough to clone it's user once. This is enough to add an extra action per turn. It is Periwinkle size so you have to be tiny or under mini to use it. The blade temporarily loses it's power after 3 turns.
- 2: Heal Berry: A small but magical fruit even Periwinkle can eat with ease. Heals her or an ally 1d25+their CHA if they are Mini or naturally tiny. Bigger people only get a 1d5+their Cha heal from it.
- 3: Mini-Mega Hammer: A hammer with a mini and mega side. Periwinkle can whack herself, an ally or enemy to inflict Mega or Mini on them by her choice.
- 4: Elemental Berries: Pulls out a small berry that either explodes with water, electricity or fire when tossed. Deals 12 damage and a choice of Soaked, Paralysis or Burn
- 5: Chamomile Tea: She likes hers iced. Only enough for small characters but heals 2 turns of a status and gives a +4 to curing fear.
- 6: Frost Stone: A Stone containing frost enhancing powers. Gives Periwinkle a 1.5x damage increase for 3 turns for her cold and ice attacks.
Final Smash (1)
Perfect Frost Barrier: Enchanted frost that completely protects whoever is covered in it. This gives the receiver of the gift 70 Temporary HP and complete status immunity from physical statuses until it is depleted. Cold and Ice Attacks deal 10 less damage to the barrier. Fire and Heat Attacks deal 10 more damage than normal. All Periwinkle's cold-based abilities have an extra turn of cooldown for 3 turns.
Other Info: Although there is no pixie dust mechanic she does require yellow pixie dust to fly.
Being around people who do not believe in fairies can make Periwinkle sick. And being adjacent to someone losing their faith in fairies can make her deathly ill.
Periwinkle and Tinkerbell are a rare kind of fairy known as twins. Causing their wings to sparkle and special traits like regenerating each other's wings and projections.
