Mega Girl

Backstory: (To obscure) Mega Girl was created by Dr. Wright before Mega Man's birthday and was a fellow combatant that he could fight beside against the forces of Dr. Wily.
Appearance:
History On Li: Mega Girl had been fighting along side her friends against the evil forces of Dr. Wily, the battles were hard sometimes but they usually got by. During a particularly dangerous day in Mega Land, Mega Girl and Mega Man found themselves out numbered against what they thought was some kind of plan by Dr. Wily. Sadly, those they knew as friends soon became enemies that they had to defend themselves against. Mega Girl was separated from Mega Man, Rush and Dr. Wright but they had all been heading for a hidden stasis chamber within their headquarters.
They had planned on riding out that strangely problematic situation, Mega Girl had gotten their first and wanted to wait for the others. But time ran out, as the infected folks got to Mega Land's core. Sending the flying city to the ground below, the room was protected much like a panic room and it was safer for her to jump in a tube. She just hoped that the others would also get there in time, Mega Girl didn't know how much time had passed when she finally woke up. the city was in shambles and even the room itself was but somehow her pod survived. She couldn't see the other pods nor her friends but for the moment she didn't see her enemies, wondering out into the crash zone.
Mega Girl walked for a while till she met up with a traveling family who told her where she was, giving her a lift to the life sphere. There she was told various things by the people living and working there, it reminded her of Videoland in a way but not as happy. Once she got herself settled, Mega Girl decided she would help out and maybe find her friends hoping that if she survived then they could have as well. She heard some rumours that there were at least three Mega Men within the city but Mega Girl (OR sometimes M.G) has yet to track them down and doesn't know if any of them are her one.
Primary Attacks (3)
Blaster Shot:
Mega Girl has a blaster in her right arm that pops up instead of turn into a cannon, it fires quick multishots of energy at her foes. [8 %]
Pom Boms:
Mega Girl's hair style while real, hides a rather strange secret. She can pull off the pompom like parts that stick out under her helmet, and throw them like grenades that will explode upon impact. But also have a 15 % chance to sent out a cluster of bladed hairs, that can stun enemies. Both the base attack and cluster can hit multiple enemies, if thrown accurately, they have a 1 turn cool down. [18 %]
Gem Laser:
The red gem on the forehead of her helmet is more then just a decoration, and can fire off a laser beam from it in any direction she is currently facing. It can be a long beam or broken up into little bursts, though it can't be charged for big effects. Has no secondary effects [18 %]
Special Attacks (3)
Knee Cappers:
On Mega Girl's knees look like a belt buckle with a very small belt wrapped around them, what most don't know is that that she can actually send off the things. Having both or one drop on a location within a slight radius of her person, the buckles would then look as if they turn into a bullet shaped bot. And the belt parts become very fast whip like objects that spin around with exceeding force, hitting any and all within their range of attack. Both can be out at once but after use they have a two turn cool down, returning to her knees to rest. [24 %]
Electro Blast:
Coming from her visor, is an attack that seems electrical in nature but is used much like a beam attack. A blast of electrical energy, the size and shape of her visor is sent out towards her enemies. The attack itself acts much like her Gem Laser in that she can make a long beam or broken up shots, though this attack hits much harder. One turn cool down. [22 %]
Magno Force:
With a twist of the nodes on her helmet, Mega Girl can create a field of magnetic energy. This isn't technically a shield, and works more like a counter of sorts. Instead of a flashy move in reaction to an attack, this field catch the attack and throws it back. Though its accuracy can sometimes become debatable, but it gets the job done. Two turn cool down.[18 %]

Raijin's Hammer
Bringing her hands together, or more accurately the blaster's mounted on her wrists. Mega Girl creates a large electromagnetic weapon, that when fired. Sends out a slow moving ball of energy that seeks out enemies with bolts of lightning as it passes them, going up to about 25 metres before dissipating into nothingness. It affects both organic and non organic forms of life, however, it can't distinguish friend from foe. [40 %]
Other Info: Mega Girl is a robot as much as Mega Man, she may need maintenance like them instead of healing and can scan most things around her person. She also isn't affected by things that a normal human/flesh based person would be, like needing of air, food or being affected by things like poison and other such bio attacks. She also has rocket boots that allow her to hover and fly at her own desecration. She also takes physical damage a lot better then organics would, being made completely out of metal (Even her hair is a light form of metal)
