Backstory: lookie!
History on Li:
Fresh off of saving New Hyrule upon defeating Malladus alongside Zelda, Link chose to continue watching over the land while working as a train conductor, also keeping a sword with him in case of monsters coming on board to raid the train and pretty much make the lives of passengers traveling the railroad a bit miserable, though these monsters were not exactly a match for one who, while a brat, was fearsome for bringing down Malladus with the help of a princess.

One of these days where protecting the land lent credence to strange reports of people mysteriously vanishing as if someone or something had happened with no clue as to why, resulted in Link going about the usual routine while thinking that Malladus couldn't even be alive and spiriting people away to some other dimension, culminating on his return to adoba village only to end up on Planet Li, but thankfully within the Life Sphere.

Link would have to adapt to the fact that there were no railroads within the Life Sphere, as his train was pretty much useless without a railroad system in place and many people living in one place meant that there was a lack of transportation to places and the threat of a plague far worse than Malladus returning in the Starvia resulting in probably the only time Link made the conscious decision to only engage in large scale battles should they be available, while also devising plans to bring a possible railroad travel system around places that need such transportation to access those lands that are too distant for traveling by foot.

standard Attacks:
- Conductors slash:(light STR, 8% dmg) Link swings his sword into the enemy, his blade biting into their flesh and dealing damage.
- Boomerang:{Light DEX, 14% dmg, 25% stun chance, 2 turn cooldown} Link throws his Boomerang at a the target, dealing damage and stunning them, leaving them open to one of Link's other attacks, 2 turns of cooldown.
- Whip:{medium STR, 14% dmg, has uses outside of battle} Link cracks the whip to deal damage to any enemy within it's range, it can also be used outside of battle to help with traversing terrain that might be unstable(Still uses 1 action), or for restraining people who become violent(this part is treated as a ranged grapple that uses 2 actions).

Special Attacks:
- Bomb:{Medium DEX, 16% dmg, 50% Burn Chance, 2 turn cooldown) Link throws a Bomb at the enemy, which immediately explodes and deals Blast Damage and Burn, has a cooldown of 3 turns
- Whirlwind:{Medium WIS, 15% dmg, blows away projectiles based on the WIS roll versus opponents DEX roll, 4 turn cooldown} Link blows into his Whirlwind tool to blow enemies into hazardous obstacles to deal damage, this attack also reflects projectiles based on the power of Link's WIS roll against the opponents DEX roll(Eg: a Higher WIS roll against a lower DEX roll results in the projectiles being returned to their sender to damage them further, whereas a Lower WIS roll against the opponents higher DEX roll results in failure and Link taking damage) this attack has a 4 turn cooldown.
- Bow & Arrows:{Light DEX, 5% dmg, 10% Mortal Wound chance} Link fires an arrow at the enemy, dealing damage with a low chance to inflict Mortal Wound should the arrow pierce vital organs or veins.

FINAL SMASH:
- Spirit Train plough:{60% dmg, brutal against bosses, 30% dmg to non-boss characters} Link summons the Spirit Train to plough through a single target to deal devastating damage, bosses get much worse as this final smash is more brutal to them by dealing 60% dmg to them, while standard opponents who aren't bosses(IE: player characters) are merciful enough to incur 30% dmg instead.

Hey Zelo! Just a few things:

Enemies: If Byrne has gone through his Heel-Face Turn by the time Link as been taken to Li, it wouldn't make sense to have him listed as his enemy, would it?

Boomerang: You can buff this to 14% damage. A much stronger hit!

Whip: So if this can be used to restrain, I'm guessing this can be used for ranged grapples too? Make sure to make a note of that if that's the case!

Bomb: You only need 2 turns of cooldown on this!
