Enemies/Rivals: The Ghost gang (Blinky, Pinky, Inky, Clyde, and particularly Sue) are her rivals, while her true enemies are any villain that raises an undead army, such as King Boo and Albert Wesker.

History On Li: Ms. Pac-Man experienced something unlike any other video game character before her. She was retconned out of existence from her timeline by shady higher-ups in our world. Floating in the Space Between Worlds, she desparately looked around and called for help. Floating from universe door to door, she eventually called out for her husband.
"PACSTER, WHERE ARE YOU?"
A faint voice led her astray, and eventually to a small door that felt...video gamey. She opened the door, and suddenly, she was in a desert.
"Hey, glad you could make it, Ms. Just finishing up one last quest before retirement. Say, you're new here, huh? This is Li, where we go on adventures and try to survive. It's a refuge for many, many video game people. Say, I'll escort you back to the life sphere."
"Oh...ok."
The cute elderly couple held hands and walked back to the life sphere.
After a while passed and a lot of explaining, Ms. Pac-Man blurted out.
"Hm? Adventures and escapades, cool fashion, awesome tech? And you're retiring? Well not me! I may be only 2 years younger than you, but I still have a lot to prove! These young anime fellows around here better learn some lessons in an elder, not to mention an American!"
She grabbed her handful of coins she was handed and checked the bulletin board for quests. She was going out with a bang in her senior years.
Primary Attacks (3)
The ol' 1, 2: A version of her husband's jab, jab, flip kick, but speedier and weaker.[DMG 8%]
Bite: Ms. Pac-Man shifts into her orb form and lunges forward to take a bite. Has a 20% chance of inflicting Bleeding Out.[DMG 14%]
Rising Uppercut: Ms. Pac-Man uppercuts the enemy in their chin or related part while jumping. Quicker than a Shoryuken, but just as tiring. 1 turn cooldown. [DMG 20%]

Ms. Bonus Fruit: Ms. Pac-Man summons the seven bonus fruits from her game to throw one by one. Roll d8 (reroll on 8) to determine which fruit to throw.

Birthday Bomb: Ms. Pac-Man whips out her home-baked birthday cake that is secretly a bomb that explodes in a 15 foot radius within 2 Combat Actions.[DMG 25%]
Final Smash: Spin-Off Triple Threat (1)
Ms. Pac-Man calls upon Jr. and Baby Pac-Man. She eats a Power Pellet, Jr. eats a Super Pellet, and Baby turns into a giant steel ball, and the three in their classic forms wreak havoc across a 65 foot radius, dealing 35% damage to all enemies with an 80% chance of inflicting Swallowed Whole on each one individually.
