History On Li:"It's been a few days since we took that request. A request that led Philip and myself to a new world. It seemed natural enough. As natural as you could get with Dopants, that is. The problem arose when the Dopant attacked. Philip had already pegged the memory as Zone. Yet another copy of one we've dealt with before. But this Zone was...different. Before Philip and I knew it, we had both been transported to a new city. Thankfully Philip's body made the journey too, but it seems this city isn't quite as open as Fuuto. Something's in the air. A new wind. I don't know what kind of wind it is, but I...no, we, intend to find out. Philip, meanwhile, has a battle of his own to complete. The Gaia Library seems to have expanded with thousands of empty shelves. My partner doesn't quite know what it means, but he intends to fill those shelves with new knowledge...or so he says."
Tearing the paper off the typewriter, Shotaro put it into a file folder, and filed it away for now. The Life Sphere had been generous enough to allow him to operate out of this office, and while it wasn't as spacious as the office in Fuuto, it was enough for him. Taking a breath, Shotaro kicked his legs up onto the desk. This new city was strange, but Shotaro would protect it, just as he did Fuuto. This city wouldn't cry on his watch....
Main Mechanic: Shotauro and Philip combine to form a single Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider W. Each of them is in control of one half of W's body, Philip on the right (the "Soul"), Shotaro on the left (the "Body"). Because of this, each side of W governs one half of their stats and moveset. Philip's half governs INT, WIS, and CHA, as well as Special Moves, and Shotaro's side governs STR, DEX, and CON, as well as Primaries. Each half-transformation, it's half of the stat block, and given moves are listed below. Philip and Shotaro can change forms independently of the other.

W harnesses the power of the wind to manuver them around the battlefield, making them harder to hit (Increases dodge rolls by +2 for 3 turns. 3 turn cooldown) - Maximum Drive: Cyclone: W performs a finishing move using the Cyclone memory. [PTab=Primary Attacks]-MetalShaft Combat: Turns out W is just as skilled with a bo staff as they are barehanded. W attacks the target with various staff combos. Alternatively, they can wind up for a heavier strike!(Light-Medium STR attack. DMG 8-18%) - Bat Shot Sonic Shaft: W activates the Bat Memory within their analog camera, the Bat Shot, before attaching it to the MetalShaft. The Bat Shot then lets out a supersonic scream with enough strength to shatter glass! (Medium WIS attack. DMG 16%, Targets WIS, 50% chance of inflicting Stun. 2 turn Cooldown) - Spider Shock String Shot: W activates the Spider memory within Shotaro's wristwatch, before slotting it onto the Metalshaft and waving it toward the target. The Spider Shock weaves a web-like net of string, and launches it at the target, pinning them down and preventing them from moving much!(Ranged Grapple + Inflicts Disabled on DEX. 2 turn cooldown.) Most notably, it allows W's right limbs (or weapons, if applicable) to bend and twist like rubber, allowing them to strike in areas they couldn't have begun to reach otherwise!(+2 Accuracy buff, lasts for 3 turns. 3 turn cooldown) - Maximum Drive: Luna: W performs a finishing move using the Luna memory. The form of the finisher depends on the Body Memory that's currently being used. Has a universal 4 turn cooldown:

[PTab=Primary Attacks]- TriggerMagnum: W is just as good of a marksman as they are in melee combat! W aims and fires the TriggerMagnum with a rapid burst of shots, barraging the target with energy bullets. (Light DEX attack, DMG 8%) - Stag Phone Pincer Shot: W activates the Stag Memory in Shotaro's cell phone, before clipping it onto the barrel of the TriggerMagnum and firing a large pincer-shaped energy blast that chomps around the target! (Medium DEX attack, 18% DMG, Crits on an 18+, 2 turn cooldown.) - Bat Shot Sniper Shot: W activates the Bat Memory within their analog camera, the Bat Shot, and slots it on the TriggerMagnum's barrel. The camera's lens functions as a sniper scope, allowing W to take a super-accurate shots! Final Smash: FangJoker
During times where W is in grave danger, a new Memory emerges to provide assistance, as a sort of guardian to Philip. The Fang Memory, normally taking the shape of a small mechanical dinosaur, folds into a proper memory before being inserted into Philip's slot of the DoubleDriver. Shotaro untransforms, and Philip takes the reins, acting as W's body this time, and transforming W into W FangJoker!
In this form, W gets a +2 to all stats (based off of CycloneJoker), a 2d5% Damage buff to all Primaries (Joker), However, Shotaro is locked into Joker form, and unable to switch for the duration. Lasts for 3 turns, before being forcibly shut down due to Philip's frailer body being unable to handle the strain. During this time, W can choose to excute a finisher attack, depending on how long he's been in FangJoker form. This will force him out of FangJoker early
Specials:
Arm Saber: If W attacks on the first turn of this form, W pumps the lever of the Fang Memory once, and summons a blade on his right wrist, to use as a makeshift wrist-sword. Deals a measly 20% DMG
Shoulder Saber: If W attacks on the second turn of this form, W pumps the lever of the Fang Memory twice, summoning a blade on his right shoulder, before detaching in and throwing it toward the target like a boomerang. Deals a respectable 40% DMG
Maximum Saber: Fang Strizer: On the third and final turn of this form, W activates the FangJoker Memory Break, leaping into the air and descending on the unfortunate target with a flying roundhouse kick as a phantasmal projection of the Fang Memory bites into them for a whopping 60% DMG!
