Mission Brief: Life Sphere intel has taken note of some suspicious people gathering around the black market. It's believed that someone is stockpiling a concerning amount of bombs for an unknown purpose. Our regular detective got turned into a frog by a rogue arcane chemist, so we need someone who can fight if it comes down to it to pick up where he left off. If you accept, you'll be provided a police badge and the temporary authority to detain, interrogate and arrest anyone you encounter, as well as any other mundane police resources you think you might need like handcuffs, a recording device, a camera, --no weapons of course. These are all loans to help you get the job done.

Noteworthily a large, dark-skinned man with a gun arm is mentioned in the report. He isn't accused of anything other than being in the area with other suspicious people and looking a bit intimidating, but with a description as unique as that...
