History On Li: The world was at peace, save for the ocassional Mojo Jojo attack. Life was pretty good. Things were finally looking up for a more boring future even! ...And then she got Thanos Snapped by a Smash Invitation Letter. It came in the mail addressed specifically to her. She even opened it in front of her family. It read something along the lines of "You are cordially invited to eat crow, dork!" but Bubbles doesn't even know what some of those words mean so she didn't even finish reading it before the cursed letter imploded, drawing her in and launching her to Li! None of her sisters or the professor were brought with her, and she was sent directly to the essence extraction point.

Bubbles was promptly overwhelmed by starvia and monsters, forced to blindly flee for her life. She would later be found by Arle, who noticed her streaking through the sky while out on a mission. Delirious from large amounts of starvia exposure, Bubbles crashed nearby and was later rescued by Arle, who brought her back to the Life Sphere. Too young for any sane individual to let her take care of herself, she was put into a special program for orphans and enrolled in school at Hylia's Grace Academy to give her something to do. Heartbroken by the loss of her family however, her grades suffered. She has hopes of either finding a way back home or finding her family if they wound up on Li.


Primary Attacks (3)
Flurry of Blows: Bubbles strikes with punches, kicks, and other improvised martial arts. She's honestly a clumsy, hamfisted fighter who relies on her super strength to get her by. ...But that sure is a handy crutch! By foregoing defense, represented by a -1 penalty to a dodge roll on her next turn, she can throw more power behind her attacks to really lay on the hurt, represented by a +6 base damage bonus. She can do this up to twice on a given attack. (Medium Str Attack; Does 18 Damage)

Sonic Scream: Bubbles takes a deep breath and emits a sustained, directed scream wave at a target area. While uncomfortable on the ears, it won't actually hurt anyone who isn't in the actual cone shaped blast radius. Automatically crits inanimate objects. She can use this move three times before she needs to take a breather. It costs an action to take a breather worth 2 charges worth of use. (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 27 Damage)

Laser Eyes: Bubbles closes her eyes and launchers laser beams from them! ...It'd probably be more effective if she could see what she was aiming at, though. -2 accuracy. Has a 40% chance of burning. 1 turn cooldown (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 24 Damage)



Special Attacks (3)
Ascended Rage Tantrum: A natural pacifist, Bubbles is often mistaken for being a weakling compared to her sisters because of her lack of aggression and unimposing personality. However... that's not the same as being weak. When pushed hard enough, she is perhaps the toughest powerpuff. While at 40 HP or less, Bubbles can enter a tantrum. During a tantrum, she has the following traits:

• +2 to all modifiers
• Immunity to any status which would restrict her from taking actions
• An extra action each turn
• +8 Damage Done
• Her HP heals instead of her bubble shield at the end of her turn

The tantrum ends when her HP rises back above 40 or she is defeated. She will not enter a tantrum if being revived from 0 or less HP until she is hit.

Thunder Clap: Bubbles claps, or perhaps more accurately slams her hands together with immense speed, creating a thunderous shockwave that travels outward to scramble opponents. 3 turn cooldown (Heavy Wis Attack; Does 30 Damage)

Overpower: This attack requires Bubbles to grapple a foe, either prior to using it or as an extra action added onto the move's' cost. She can then drive them into a solid surface with immense force, potentially smashing them both straight through it if it isn't solid. The foe takes damage equal to Bubbles' strength score and has a 50% chance of being stunned. 1 turn cooldown



Final Smash (1)
Megajoule Bolt: An upgraded form of Electric Blast distinguishable only by its impressive red color, extended range, and homing abilities. This is normally what happens when Bubbles uses Electric Blast during a tantrum, but she could potentially use it on command if she were more driven to harm someone. It does 80% damage to all enemies, however Bubbles takes 30% recoil and the cooldowns of all of her attacks are increased by 1 for 3 turns.


Other Info: Bubbles has a strange supernatural gift that allows her to speak any language, even arcane languages such as 'squirrel'.
She also has X-Ray Vision.
She can fly!
