Variant Rules: 

• Operates under a deadline of 2 weeks for each post. If the deadline for the poster has run out they will be skipped onto the next one.

• This will be a Non Combat Mission which will be solely reliant on puzzles and obstacles that rely on creativity from the players with all stats and a new mechanic for the mission.

This new mechanic is called Season Change. What it does means each turn after entering the Forest of Seasons, the players will have to make a 1d4 roll without modifiers to determine what season it will be in the Forest with the majority of the same rolls going toward that season.

The Seasonal order is: 1. Spring, 2. Summer, 3. Autumn, 4. Winter. At the beginning of each new round the Season will change to a new one based on that.
In the event you all should get a different number I will roll to act as a tie-breaker to see which Season it gets changed to for you all.

• Skills and Stats play an important part here and I will require you to pick your Skills out from the Skills System provided by Mari who invented this system. Put you skill set in your sign up post.

Mission Brief: "Thanks to the brave adventurers from the previous mission I issued out we now have the Harp of Ages. But for the Life Sphere Museum to properly open we need more relics of the past.

I hear tale of a great staff that could change the very seasons themselves. In the Kongo Jungle I happened upon a place where it may be hidden, I have dubbed this area The Forest of Seasons.

In this forest the weather drastically changes at random to fit a certain season. I believe this is an effect due to the lingering magic of the Rod of Seasons. I need more brave adventurers to go into this forest and retrieve for me so I may display it in the museum."



Objective: Find and claim the Rod of Seasons!

Fawful has a +2 Int so he starts with 22 Skill Points which I will spend in.

Tortimer goes up to the module trying to figure out how to use the darn thing to accept a mission about an antique artifact in a forest. He adjusts his glasses every which way but he still can't seem to make out what the mission said. But he did get the basics out of it of visiting a jungle and playing Tetris. He grins with a laugh.

"FINALLY! After 1000 years of slumber, I have awakened to play real life sudoku again! Yippee!!"

He stretches and suddenly gets a kink in his back.

"Oh flabdabbit, there goes my hemorrhoids again! In any case, I can't seem to work this dang machine so...let's do it the old fashioned way!"

Tortimer turns to face the passer bys around the area and announces his intentions.

"TORTIMER ACCEPTS THIS BACON! Now let's throw hands!"

He gets strange looks and a few mutters of disdain. He sighs.

"I miss my senior radio hour."

With that, he accepts the mission his way, and scuttles away staying as positive as he can be going into his first mission in...well...ever. Hope he doesn't die!

Tortimer has plus 5 for INT, so he has 25 points to spend!

Honestly as much as I want to do this mission my lack of muse for it just makes me want to redo it. As it is now I think I will cancel it. If I ever make a mission like this again it will likely not have this skill system and have combat. Sorry everyone, I know some of you were looking forward to this one.
