With as big as the academy is, it is only a matter of time before someone was lost among the library's shelves. The figure however is new and almost out-of-place. Tall with blue skin and a glowing orange eye, dressed in what looks to be a formal white dress-suit and top-hat with a cloak dyed in the colors of twilight shrouding his form.
The book in his hands has a dark brown cover and going by the title is a description of dimensional travel, with subsections on intradimensional teleportation... or to be more specific, teleporting within a dimension such as traveling through time or across space. To Count Bleck's surprise it is fairly accurate and even has first-hand accounts from practitioners of... suspiciously familiar-sounding dimensional magic.
"Bleh heh huh? How strange, Count Bleck mutters to himself. But ultimately useless. It is descriptive yet nothing more." With a fluid motion the book is shut and positions itself back where the stranger had picked it up from. "Would that it were so simple then none would be bound to this place... This is no Void yet its pull is just as strong. There is a mind behind this trap and one beyond the tome's sight. How... unsightly, grumbles Count Bleck. (If the design is meant for... but then why force others within?)"
