A Building with the exact same Sign adorned to it's front was resting upon the Pier to Nintendoland, Once a Merry little section of Amusement, Was now a rotting Pier, Strewn Carnival carts and umbrella's torn apart across the collapsing wooden supports, which loomed over the inky blackness of the Li Sea. "Joey Drew Studios", Read the Innocuous building's Sign above it's door, crafted from Bright yellow paint and wood, With...Strange Black Pipes piping out of it's walls. It was a strange building indeed. However, As you were informed...


Three Remaining Life Signatures resided in the building. Three, of an Initial 10+, Each mysteriously bleeping off the map as if swallowed whole by something, God's Eraser wiping them from reality itself it seemed.  This building resonates with a Feeling of Darkness. A Latent Evil was inside...

But. It was now your Duties to Plunge into the Darkness inside, and confront what is going on...



Inside, the falling apart cartoon stuido looked to them...Oddly enough, The Building didnt look old at all. Not brand new, by any means, but certainly in much better shape than the Pier outside of it does. The Rumbling of heavy machinery booms through the halls, as you notice something trickling down the Wall, Trailing as it goes.

Pertisia followed the directions to where the three hostages might be, and soon found herself in front of a cartoon studio, with something dripping from the sign. Pertisia looked down at the three signatures and grew worried when she saw that the three signatures were bleeping. "I hope, that's not a sign that they're dead." She thought as she waited for Kairi and Captain Falcon to arrive so they can go into the studio and face whatever was inside.

As Pertisia stood outside of the studio and looked around, she thought back about cartoons in general. She used to watch a lot before... Her accident with Safina, and following that. She was caught up with all of her studies in Ikenfell, that she never really had time to catch up with all the stuff that she needed to watch.

But she preferred anime rather then western styled cartoons these days and never really found the old cartoons like those Bendy ones that funny at all.

I guess times changed.

Pertisia continued to wait for the others to arrive, while getting a sense of foreboding over who might be taken these people hostages and she hoped that her, Kairi and Captain Falcon don't become the next targets.

From over the horizon, a tune played. A strumming electric guitar that screeched louder and louder with each second. Underlying this heavy metal rock and roll was the hum of an engine, though no matter how loud it roared, it was no match for the music. Suddenly, clouds of dust and a blue streak of light sped through the abandoned amusement park. The Blue Falcon was making its unsubtle approach, weaving through the broken-down attractions and rides with nimble ease. As it approached the intended destination, it began to spin wildly, losing its momentum quickly. Within this spinout, the glass canopy popped open, the figure inside launching out as if he was a spring-loaded gimmick.

Flipping through the air, the F-Zero pilot descended to the ground with grace. He slammed onto the earth with the traditional three-point landing, an ethereal falcon flashing from his fist as it hit the ground. Captain Falcon’s face whipped up, triangular eyes fixating on the sign above the door. As he closely read the name ‘Joey Drew Studios’ the Blue Falcon continued to wildly spin in the background, going completely off course and falling into the drink off the pier since it lacked its pilot.

Captain Falcon rose to his feet, his gloved hand clenching into a fist and shaking with vengeance. “This must be the place!” he spoke with gritted teeth. Just then, his eyes lost their intensity, rounding out to a soft confusion as they sought out the little girl that was standing just outside the facility alongside him. “Right?” he asked, seeking confirmation. “Seems like a place that creepy cult members would hang out. I mean, I don’t want to stereotype or anything, but I’m not wrong.”

With or without Pertisia’s answer, Captain Falcon gently walked over to the building’s door, inspecting it as he cuffed his chin. “Hmm, this’ll need a deft hand” he spoke logically with a finger to the air, turning away from the door. Without a moment’s hesitation, Captain Falcon’s body suddenly engulfed itself in flames and he spun on his heel, swiftly launching himself at the building, ramming himself at the wall directly next to the door, in an attempt to give him and his team an entry point to the building.

Kairi flied through the wastes in approach of the cult's base according to reports. Just on the pier was the studio the kidnapped masses were being kept in. She couldn't just leave them in danger no matter the situation. The girl was resolute as she finally was nearing her destination with a girl and the police chief himself. It looked very... run down and unsuspecting. Practically abandoned but that was not the case here. "... Yep, definitely picking up those life signatures like they said," Model A spoke to Kairi, the voice falling deaf on the others. "Looks like your allies in this scenario is a white haired girl and... You know, I usually prefer girls but that police chief is pretty toned," Model A added his... less helpful input as Kairi shook her head disapprovingly.

She landed on the ground just in time to see Falcon's charge into the building... Welp, guess they weren't going for the subtle approach might make more sense when the enemy had people in their hands they needed to save. "... Well, guess we're making an entrance," Kairi would just let Falcon do his thing. If it failed she'd just check the door and use her Keyblade to unlock it if necessary. If he succeeded, well, no point in denying the captain's entry point as she let her wings dematerialize.

Captain Falcon! With a Mighty, Fierce Knew, You smash cleanly through the Wooden Wall, and...Promptly fall forward, tripping upon an Old Pipe that causes you to fumble forward. The Pipe was disconnected from any sort of infrastructure, however, it was stained an ugly looking color of black. Regardless, If he looked to his immediate right, He would see the Front Door, Meaning that his Dramatic Entry had only saved them the few precious seconds of Opening the Door.

Regardless of the Dramatic Entry, The Three would finally be inside of the bizarre animation studio, Welcoming them further down the Old Wooden hall. The multitude of posters painted and adorned each wall , Surrounded as well by various pieces of equipment and Animation varieties were surrounding the studio. Multiple Desks and Chairs were strewn about, knocked over and seemingly torn up by various raiders, or perhaps just the effect of transporting from home to Li. However, Something else could be seen strongly. Pipes, Each one piping through the walls and ceilings, And leaking every so occasionally, as a Drip suddenly drops onto everyone from above!

...Furthermore, There seemed to be several Rooms, Doors opened to reveal that there was nothing much inside besides the standard animation rooms and more pipes, piping a thick black liquid through. The only door that seemed elsewhere, was a Door leading downstairs. To the Basement.

Pertisia watched as the first of her teammates, Captain Falcon arrived at the studio and compared the place to somewhere that cult members would hang out in. "I agree, this does looks like some sort of weird den that the cult believes would be some sort of utopia." Pertisia looked up at the sign again, before looking at Captain Falcon.

"While we're waiting for the next member of the team to arrive for this rescue mission. Where do you think the hostages are---But before she could finish. Captain Falcon already made him and his team possibly know to whoever was running this abandoned animation studio by breaking open the front door after setting himself on fire, surprising Pertisia.

But she wasn't horrified or worried about Captain Falcon's safety. Her girlfriend does that kind of stuff all the time.

"Or we can do that, and get easily noticed by the psychopath who's here." She watched as Captain Falcon tripped over a pipe just as Kairi arrived.

"Tell me about it." She said to Kairi's words about making an entrance, before walking over towards the weird coloured pipe that Captain Falcon tripped over.

"What is this, Ink? The animators who used to run this place must of been very careless when carrying it." Pertisia looked around at the studio and was still amazed at the appearance of the Animation Studio.

She was surprised that the workplace appeared to do hand drawn work. These days, animation was mostly done on computers now, she missed it when it was hand drawn though and wished there was more cartoons like that.

Like those old nineties kids movies that didn't make her traumatised as a kid that involved the main character's going on death defying adventures that would cause the moral guardian's of today to fall over fainting. However as Pertisia was looking at each room, she was caught off guard by more ink that sprayed all over her.

"Ugh, I liked this shirt too." Tried as Pertisia may, she wasn't able to get the ink off of her hair or clothes. Even with a little help of her magic, it was stuck on her, so she grumbled at getting dirty this quickly in the mission and marched over towards the last door that she didn't check in this hallway.

"... Looks like this used to be an old animation studio going off these posters... Doesn't explain the ink though..." Kairi noted as she stepped in after Falcon and Pertisia. "There is a lot of it stored everywhere from the looks of it. I don't know if that's normal..." Kairi added as she looked into the rooms and saw nothing of note. "I wonder if they just chose this place because it was abandoned or something else...  Either way it does not seem anyone noticed us at the very least-..." Kairi continued before something falls on her from above. A wet and black thing... Is this ink? That could really stain her outfit... Wait, could this outfit even stain? It was made by magic so maybe it was stain resistant...

"Doesn't look like there's anything up here... We should try checking downstairs," Kairi suggested before beginning to head that way. "... You know, maybe we should head back. This place is giving me some bad vibes. Just ditch the girl and chief and save us," Model A suggested in a voice the others likely did not hear. "We can't just abandon them now. Who knows what this crazy cult could do to them!" Model M countered in turn.

"... We are not abandoning anyone. Come on," Kairi insisted to her friends before heading towards the basement. The ink did not feel that off at least.

Storming cleanly through the wall of the dilapidated building, Captain Falcon proved his suspicions, it was indeed an old dilapidated building.

His glory charge would be cut short though, a stray pipe in his path caused him to fall forth, slamming his face against the floor with a mighty thud. Worry not though, his square rock-hard chin took the brunt of the fall. The flames sparking off his body subsided and he thrust his head up to get a peek around the room. It was a strange place to setup camp. While it was clearly an animation studio, the multiple desk setups reminded him more of a school. Trying hard to forget his high school days and repress needless flashbacks, he briefly wondered why the cult members would choose a place like this specifically. Was it thematic with their spiel or was it just a matter of convenience? Questions for later, there was still more to explore.

At the sudden dripping, Captain Falcon wiped at his nose, assuming that he’d broken his nose during the fall, again. Instead of crimson showing up on his glove though, it was an inky substance. Something leaking from the pipes above. Odd. He supposed it was an animation studio, but why would they be funneling ink through their pipes?

Captain Falcon rose to his feet, smacking a fist into his open palm as Pertisia lamented over the fact that he might have alerted the cult members to their location with his reckless act. “Ch’yes! We’re not playing hide and seek, we’re playing tag, and I’m it! Hyruh! Let’em come!” he chanted merrily.

That said, it seemed like Captain Falcon hadn’t made enough of a commotion to draw their attention, which was actually quite insulting considering how much property damage he managed to do.

It seemed like all eyes were toward the basement, so Captain Falcon decided that’s exactly where their investigation was headed next. “Let’s bust up some cultist skull!” he proclaimed as he sprinted to the basement door, Falcon Kicking its handle into oblivion.
