Chell threw her body to the side at the incoming gunk from the Muks as they threw their body pieces at her. "... This is so gross..." Chell remarked in disgust as she shook her head. Also probably highly toxic going by what that did to that plant. She looked to her weapons and noted they needed time to recharge. Well, she couldn't exactly go up to and start punching these things.

Chell held out her hand and summoned her Keyblade Dual Disc. She then performed a whipping motion, the Keyblade converting itself into a plasma whip as it reached out to lash and keep the muks back from a distance.

She then turned her Keyblade back into it's base form and sent electricity surging through it. She then tossed the Keyblade to strike through and hit as many of them as she could with electro waves.

Trusting his long-honed plumber’s instincts, Luigi jumped and stomped the pipe directly below his shoe. Upon correcting it, using his own bounciness against the hard led, he bounced off of it, toward a pipe higher above his head. Grabbing onto the pipe, he swung back and forth to build momentum and swung to another two rows over, performing a sweet 180 swing upon grabbing it.

“Whachu say?” Luigi asked Nobody after already hitting it, only now paying attention.

“Say, I’m-a noticed something that no add up!” Luigi tried to call Nobody to listen to him now. “Normalmente we’d-a weaken the leak by redirecting the stream directly to-an emptying junction point.” He explained by squeezing into one of the pipes himself, his voice still echoing as he explained. “But the Life Spheere don’t-a got no emptying juncturno!” The new green light of his hand torch could still be seen coming out of the exit of the pipe, and even from a few others before he emerged himself out of another. He moved so fast, he practically warped. “Bit of-a world-building flaw if you ask-a me. Not-a like Mario to cut such-a big corner like-a that.”

Chell's attempts at keeping the horde at bay with her Keyblade's plasma whip proved to be a smart decision, as it's burning energy lashes cut into the sentient sludge, causing them to recoil back when struck without getting covered in the goo itself. Throwing her transformed weapon into the aggravated pokemon cut through many of the Muks like a Buzzsaw; however, her electrical attacks were starting to see diminishing returns as the more tolerant ones continued onward despite the onslaught!

Time to think fast, because she's losing non-toxic ground quick!

"What?" This caused Nobody to pause, as if not expecting Luigi to suddenly pipe up (hah get it) with his input on the directions. Instead of answering his inquiry though, the mission leader shook his head before moving over to their last target: a flow-control wheel attached to multiple segments of pipe. "Look mustachio--In case you haven't noticed, we're a little short on time to chat about specifics."

Unfortunate for Nobody though, his strength alone wasn't proving enough to budge the thing even an inch! "Help me turn this thing before those things melt our butts off. We can talk later!" Nobody ordered, gripping one segment of the rusted and heavy mechanism before attempting to once again pull it counter-clockwise.

Chell gave a sigh as she recalled her Keyblade and stared down the horde. There were too many of them for her to keep at bay by herself. Not to mention that her specialty wasn't exactly in fighting from a distance. She preferred beating someone up face to face and closing that distance as necessary. This is the second time that has worked against her. In fact some have broken through her assault and were close enough to start attacking her personally.

"... Well, I think I've held them off as long as I can..." Chell decided as she dismissed her Keyblade before turning around and rushing back. Fortunately Chell was an expert at running away from things she didn't want to deal with. She managed to keep her pace beyond that of the Muk horde. "I take it we're all set?" She questioned before noticing Nobody... fail at turning the wheel that was vital to them surviving this mess. Seriously, why were boys all so weak nowadays? First Shulk and Pit, now him? "... Let me do that," she said in exasperation before taking the wheel and turning it with her strength.

“-And on the top of the fact that not even the half of-a the population even knows how to use-Okidoki, I’m-a just save it for the next town hall or something.” Luigi shrugged as he dropped down, flipping and swinging from the pipes and loose bricks on the wall, making his way down to help Nobody.
After a wobbly landing, Luigi stood up straight, cracked his back, then his shoulders, and then his fingers. He breathed onto his gloved palms, rubbed them together and taking a squat stance, he firmly grasped the wheel and pulled. It was really tight and reluctant to budge, so Luigi took an even deeper stance and twisted his body into it. “Nnnnngggg!!”

Oh where would we be without Chell and her window-smashing, monster-wrangling, wheel-turning huge muscles. Truly we are blessed by the presence of such a muscle goddess. After proving that the best guns in her arsenal were good ol' "lefty and righty", the water main's valve slowly but surely began to turn with scraping creaks of rusted metal on metal. Once the group had managed to fully loosen the mechanism, a sudden and thunderous shudder sounded. All of the pipes around them began to quiver under the redirected water pressure, screws popping loose, dented metal bulging and bending further, and a faint ringing noises steadily increasing in frequency to a point that caused even the charging horde of sludge pokemon to give pause.

CREEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAK

And then... stillness. All of a sudden everything went quiet, the previously raging leaks of earlier vanishing entirely, and for a moment it really did look like everything had been fixed just in the nick of time.

"...Phew. You know, I almost thought we wouldn't make it in ti-"

The faint ringing of metal on stone echoed through the sewer as another screw fell down onto the ground... this time not from the pipes though. It was a larger screw, one of the many connecting the segments of the sewer's walls themselves. Nobody didn't seem perturbed in the slightest however. If anything, his relieved smile widened into one of amusement. "I'd watch your heads~" Their group leader uttered, moments before all hell broke loose.

As if expecting what was to come, Nobody dove to the side just as the wall and ceiling of the sewer shattered. All of the pipes simultaneously burst as gallons upon gallons of rejected water crashed down onto them, bursting through the brick and stone canopy of the sewer itself. "MUUUUUUUUUK!!!" The Muks scattered and floundered amidst the torrential downpour, spilling out through the newly created hole with anguished cries of pain and panic. Meanwhile, Nobody had snatched a particularly large bit of metal plating, using it to shield himself and ride the flow out and up through the chaotic detonation.

Whether in one piece or extremely disheveled, Luigi and Chell would eventually find themselves deposited onto a sleek metallic floor in a dark expansive room. Behind them lay the hole created by and still flooding with sewer water, leading back into the partially collapsed sewer area they were just in. Some weakened Muk cries could be heard, as well as a few of the creatures dotting area as well, however they all seemed to have fainted in the resulting explosion.

Suddenly, the room's lights abruptly switched on, revealing to the group a mess of beeping and buzzing technology scattered about a laboratory. Not just any laboratory though, but the very one hosting the Data Archive's servers and the personal headquarters of one of the Life Sphere's most renown Leaders:

They were inside of Samus' Laboratory.

And currently leaning back against a particularly large terminal at the far end of the laboratory past several upturned shelves, was Nobody; wearing a wide grin as he watched the two regain their bearings. "Rise and shine, campers. Sleep well?"1d20+4

Chell glanced around as everything stopped and sounds creaked around them. Luigi spun by the wheel because... just can't get good help these days. Nice work on the pipes, Luigi. You earned your paycheck. Still, despite who contributed to this the sounds were ominous ending with a creak before everything... stopped. "...." That was going too well. Knowing her luck something was about to go horribly wrong in a second.

Just then the sounds started up again and it was clearly going for the worst this time. "...?" Chell glanced to Nobody... was he expecting what was about to come? So far it's been easy to tell when he was thrown off guard... This seems like the outcome he wanted. "Chell! Quit staring into space! High impact water coming fast!" Chell's Hoodie remarked in a panic. He really didn't want to get wet with sewer water of all things.

Chell thinking quickly created a keyhole shaped portal and grabbed out of it... a cube with a picture of a heart on it. The only buddy system she truly needs, the Companion Cube. Chell kicked away the debri as she flipped onto the cube and prepared to shield herself and balance as the cube was picked up by the waves and carried with her on it.

Chell took a breather once the coast was clear. The room was dark and she seemed to have lost track of Nobody somewhere in the current. She catched her breath before glancing around as the lights were turned on. "... I see Samus's Lab... That's what you were after..." Chell said after a moment. "You didn't really seem the type to just take a normal plumbing job," she added as she stood up and immediately summoned her Keyblade to point at Nobody. "I prefer not to sleep when I have a goal. And that goal right now is figuring out what you're up to and you will tell me," she commanded. She didn't really have respect for Samus's authority but she also did not like being dragged into being an accompliance. Besides, she wasn't particularly trusting of him if she had to be honest.1d20

“Ee-Aye-Ee-Aye-Oof!” Luigi landed clumsily after ricocheting around the cavern. “Mahama mia…” He groaned as he wobbled to his feet, his ears still ringing. …Those weren’t his ears. All those quivering pipes and popping screws did not sound safe, so Luigi backed up against his buddy’s behind for safety.
“She’s-a Gonna Blow!” Luigi warned as he wrapped around Chell’s window-smashing, monster wrangling, wheel-turning leg muscles for dear life at the terminal-sounding creak. He wouldn’t let go even when it stopped. He only spared to open an eye at the screw that fell to the ground.

“Ee-Aye-Ee-Aye-Oof!” Luigi landed once again, this time in the dark. “B-b-Buddy?” Luigi squeaked, reaching out in the darkness searching for Chell’s behind. “Wah!” He scrambled like a cockroach when the lights went on, only to trip over himself. “Ay… Where are we?” This looked like… a laboratory. And a vaguely familiar one at that…Oh no.
“Oh no.” Luigi slowly began shaking his “Oh no no no. We’ve-a got-a go!” He began shaking his head to look for an exit. “We’re-a not supposed to be here, this is no Secret Area, it’s-a Top Secret Area!” Not even Mario would let him into Samus’ laboratory uninvited like this! They were trespassing! “We’ve gotta get outta here before Mario finds us out!”

"Oh, sure thing. Let me just take a few minutes in this highly secured facility to monologue and explain my 'evil' plan." Nobody replied sarcastically to Chell's, not seeming particularly phased by her threats or abruptly drawn weapon. He just continued to chill, his back leaned up against the control panel of a terminal hooked up to quite a large series of monitors. It didn't seem like the leaking water had reached there either so the system was up and humming just fine.

As Luigi babbled his worries to the group, this prompted the mercenary to snap his fingers at the plumber with a grin. "I know right?! I mean, I figured I'd need some schmucks to take the fall, but I never imagined the leader's own brother would sign up. Talk about a score... Oh, nothing personal though. You guys know the biz." Nobody laughed. "Though I gotta say, I was worried for a sec when those goop creatures showed up. Those Piranha plants were supposed to chew up the pipes and keep you guys busy (you'd be surprised how many you can get 'a coin'), but it worked out in the end..."

He shook his head, before continuing with a disapproving click of the tongue. "A merging of countless worlds' technologies, but it doesn't matter how high-tech your security system is if the toilet's clogged up." Another laugh. The merc was certainly enjoying himself while he chilled. He didn't seem apprehensive or in a hurry despite their obviously perilous location, nor the now likely two hostiles in front of him. It was almost like Nobody was waiting for something to happen. "But what're you gonna do?"

"Ah, soup's on." The mercenary would swivel around, now finally addressing the piece of technology he'd been leaning against up until now. Stuck down into what looked like a port on the terminal was a long and thick flash-drive, roughly the length of a pen; and he quickly plucked the device out from the machine. "Well, I'd love to stay and chat, but-" He mimed looking down at his wrist to check the time, despite the fact that he wasn't wearing a watch. "I'd say we've got around 2 to 3 more minutes before the cameras finish rebooting off the backup power. Unfortunately, I'm not too photogenic, but you two go nuts. Bye-bye~!"

With the memory drive securely clutched in his hand, Nobody replaced his mask before breaking into a sprint directly towards Chell and Luigi. At the last second before collision though he side-stepped them, parkouring off of the wall to circumvent the unknowing accessories entirely!

"...." Chell just listened for a moment as he talked about his setup... Well, the Muks being unexpected made sense. He's lucky she was able to hold them back and Luigi was able to fix the pipes... She wasn't too amused by being a scapegoat and just went silent once more... She kept quiet, watching his movements as he grabbed a device... she still did not know why he needed whatever was on that but it did not matter. He set her up and that made this personal. She watched him make a move for him but she knew he wasn't that stupid. Her guess was right as he parkoured to get past them but she was ready for that.

Chell converted her Keyblade back into a whip before slinging it towards him to try and bind him with it. She then pulled on it to attempt to bring him to her so she could carry him herself... by the plasma whip, not the hands. She doesn't know where he's been! Either way she was going to try and make her escape with him in tow, not saying another word. She did not want to risk him getting out of her sights but she also did not want to stay here.

“Smuckers?!?” Luigi sort of repeated with his jaw dropping to his chest as the rest of him dropped onto his knees. “You… Misappropriated the Mario Bros. Plumbing services for… Espionaci?” He wretched, gripping his face and overalls in heartbroken betrayal. He couldn’t believe it! To be bamboozled and used as an accessory to a crime! What would Mama think? What would Princess Daisy think? What would Mario think? What would Mario do?

“I’m a tell you what we’re-a gonna do.” Luigi muttered under his moustache, staggering back to his feet. Get out of here? No. “We’re-a gonna stop you!” He asserted, taking a combat stance against the oncoming Nobod train…only to flinch at the last moment before impact.

“Ay! Come back-a here!” Luigi spun about face and called after him. As Chell sprung to lasso Nobody with her Keyblade Whip, Luigi strapped the Poltergust G-00 securely to his back and cocked the suction nozzle, guzzling a stream of air into Nobody’s direction. While Chell was holding him in place, Luigi’s bid was to strip him of his essentials, like his mask, his scarf, but most essentially, that flash drive out of his grip! “You’re not-a going anowhere!”

"Woah! You know, I'm flattered, but I'm not into clingy girls." Nobody quipped as he dexterously twisted in mid-air, out of the path of Chell's transformed keyblade, before curling into a roll as he hit the ground. A quick somersault forward and the merc sprang back up to his feet like nothing, just in time for the betrayed plumber to get his attention. "Oh come on green, I thought we were cool!" He idly complained, twisting back around to get a better view of the two and--"Is that a vacuum?"

Unfortunately for them, Nobody was quite the trained professional. And as a professional, he was understandably proficient in keeping a tight grip on his personal affects. He seemed to strain against the machine's pull before yanking himself free; swiping a monitor screen off of one of the nearby tables to block the airflow instead while the merc could pull further away. "Should you two really be worrying about me?" Nobody mused, keeping a tight grip on the info drive while the other dug into his pocket to pull out... a cellular device. "If you wanna stick around for the heat to catch up, feel free. Your funerals."

Nobody held the small pink and black device above his shoulder while his thumb tapped against the screen, showing three rows of varying symbols. After inputting the activation code, a small beep sounded before he placed it against his midriff, prompting a belt to sprout around the driver's sides.

"Henshin!"

Nobody curled his fists at his sides while the glyphs lining the device's front screen lit up, before abruptly projecting out a bright yellow beam. Suddenly, person-sized, translucent panels, each bearing its own symbol, appeared lined up like dominoes before the mercenary before he charged head first into them. On contact, each projection shattered, revealing a piece of armor now firmly attached to his form. Gauntlets, boots, armor plating, before finally the helmet as Mugen Rider Culturgen slid to a halt before Luigi and Chell.

"I'm taking the advantage... and getting the hell out of here." And without wasting another breath, Nobody bolted out of the room.

Meanwhile, back at the terminal that Nobody had hastily retreated from, one could make out some rather revealing information on the screen. It's display showcased a completed progress bar, indicating the entire contents of the laboratory's nondescriptly named "LI-448" hard drive had been seemingly copied over and downloaded. It wouldn't take a genius to figure out that said sensitive information was contained on the data stick currently held in the Mugen Rider's gauntlet.

CHELL AND LUIGI! MISSION COMPLETE?!

Chell gave an annoyed expression as her attack missed and she was met with a quip instead. Unfortunately Luigi faired no better either.  He then transformed into a... really gaudy pink outfit.... He had a point, she shouldn't be wasting any more time here... However despite this she was choosing to follow her emotions. As he began to flee she was left with two options. Create a way out and save any potentially bad record and risk him using whatever is on that flashdrive, effectively saving her own hide unless there was stuff she really did not want out on there... Or take her stand and risk everything to stop this one man.

Now, Chell was far from selfless. She has acted in the name of others, sure, but only those she cared about beyond most. Number one was usually her. She was safer leaving than staying... she knew this. Even then... "... He disappeared. You were sighted with his car in a battered state... You used me for your own gain... I don't care if you're responsible or not for him leaving... But no matter what... I will not let you go!" Chell thought to herself and gripped her Keyblade. Her determination skyrocketed in that moment.

In her next Move Chell rocketed forward in stunning speed as she attempted to thrust her Keyblade directly through Nobody and impact him against any solid surface that was in the way.

Nobody thought he was home free once he had turned the corner, making a beeline for the nearest exit from the facility. With the backup power still booting up, this place was basically as dangerous as a big metal box; and he had more than enough experience breaking out of those. But unfortunately, things wouldn't turn out that easy. The merc had assumed that his ex-party members were acting rationally and opting to retreat as well. That was his first mistake--

Assuming Chell would act rationally.

"HRGH!!!" Instincts finely tuned to react to danger acted before their owner even knew what was happening. The body of Mugen Rider Culturgen reacted to the sheer aura of death and malice wafting off of their attacker and a split-second before being gored, the Rider spun around abruptly to meet his attacker. Culturgen's armored gloves whipped up at insane speeds, and even then only just managing to catch the murderous blade between his palms while his back crashed into the wall.

"Whoo--You know lady, I don't think you really get the point here." His helmet gestured with a nod at the tip of the keyblade; but, flippant tone aside, he'd been sufficiently shaken. Just catching and decelerating that murderous charge made Nobody's arms feel like jelly. He didn't even want to consider what sort of damage another kind of blow like that could do to him unimpeded.

Though Chell's fury hadn't diminished in the slightest, her follow-up attacks had unfortunately lost the element of surprise.

With dexterity that didn't seem possible in such gaudy and thick metallic armor, Nobody weaved in-between and around each of Chell's subsequent strikes. The last one did manage to clip his armor's shoulder however; eliciting a spray of orange sparks in the path of the swipe before he quickly maneuvered away from the wall.

"Was I too subtle before? You cannot be this thick... With a 'ck'. The bad kind, if that wasn't clear." Never hurt to clarify. God forbid he bolster this crazy chick's self-esteem any.

Nobody reached down to his Dimension Driver, clicking the a symbol on its screen that resembled an eye. After pressing the icon, an orange and black hue spread out from Mugen Rider Culturgen's armor before abruptly bursting outwards in a field that spread an orange tint throughout the entire visible facility. Bathed in its glow, the very concept of mass uncertainty and misunderstanding was harnessed and focused onto the Rider in its entirety, announced by an ambient voice separate from Nobody's own calling out:

"KAIGAN: MANDELA~!" (Mandela Aura: All parties' status-ailments, buffs, and debuffs when cast have a 50% chance to be cast on Culturgen; 2 turn duration; 3 turn cooldown)

He didn't stop there though. Reaching down again to his driver's front-facing screen, the Rider tapped on the Phi symbol this time--causing the sound of energy to rev up from the suit, all of his armor's yellow light panels shining a bright red as a crimson aura covered his form. Immediately afterwards another voice, this one a different, deep and sultry, voice still far too removed to be Nobody's own, could be heard announcing with a penetrating tone:

"Faiz Charge~!" (ϕ-Charge: 1st Use: Stores damage (for a max of 3 turns), disables user's bubble-shield | 2nd Use: DEX; Atk StoredDMG%; 3 turn cooldown)

"Last chance, 'unreasonably buff' woman--Beat it!" To accentuate his point, this time he rushed in to catch Chell off her guard; launching an devastatingly powerful roundhouse kick into the arm wielding her keyblade.

Meanwhile, as Luigi was dawdling with making his decision for his next course of action--a familiar MUK-y groan piped up from below his feet.

Seems one of the pokemon from the sewer had regained some semblance of consciousness and was already trying to slurp up Luigi's soles!

Chell observed her opponent as he powered up, observing the aura... It was clearly not a sign good for her but she could also not tell what it did... Well, it was no time for caution. She had no time to worry about whatever secret he has on him. All she has time for is vengence. Someone to blame for his disappearance. Someone that is a threat to her and the few she cares for left. 

"... You know, I don't think you get it. To be honest I don't blame you. I find it stupid myself. I don't like doing this but I'll try to spell it out," She began, rolling her eyes before sliding under his kick. "I don't care. I don't trust you. I don't like you. I don't know who you work for but that is irrelevant. I'm making sure you go down even if I'm going down with you. Maybe if you just left that car where you found it I'd of ignored you. Now though, it's too late for regrets," Chell spoke, not normally doing this during the action as she gripped her Keyblade harder, somehow her already Herculean Strength went even further as she emphasized the beginning of her speech with a punch. She then followed up with an attempt to knee Nobody in the gut before swinging her Keyblade to repel him.
