Backstory




History On Li: Sometime after an event in which Connie's boyfriend, Steven Universe broke down and transformed into a gigantic monster, which Connie helped with by calming him down with the power of hug ex machina, Steven decided to leave his hometown of Beach City to go travelling on the road, which Connie and everyone else in his family supported. Connie even planned to meet up at the first stop that Steven was going to make on the road through the use of Steven's pet lion, called Lion.

And Steven himself was intending to move near where Connie was going to go to college once she graduates from High School. When Steven left, Connie decided to go back home briefly before Lion arrived to take her where Steven was going to stop. Excited with seeing Steven again and asking how he was currently feeling now that he was independent and was choosing his own future.

However, an unfortunate circumstance would prevent Connie and Lion from reaching Steven.

As Connie and Lion rode between portals to the spot where they wanted to meet Steven, they had an unknown obstacle in their path, which turned out to be a disturbance in between the transportation between portals. During the ride to meet Steven, Lion accidentally stopped which caused Connie to launch herself off of Lion and through an unknown world.

She felt bad for briefly forgetting her parents' lesson in staying secured when riding an animal and vehicle until she was launched off of Lion. Lion tried to follow Connie, but they were separated and thus Connie was sent to the world of Li.

Quickly realising how dangerous the Starvia was, Connie saw the Life Sphere up ahead and slashed her way through the infected with the sword that she had with her. She brought the sword meet her to meet with Steven in case the two, along with Lion would encounter something dangerous.

But Connie didn't expect the danger to be zombie like monsters.

 

Primary Attacks 

Slash: Connie uses her sword to slash at her enemies diagonally, as she knows it is the best way to slash at her target. [DMG 16% - STR]

Protect Slam!: Connie stands in front of an allie of hers and takes over an attack that was meant for them so it would hit her instead. Whether or not she get's hit she fires back by slamming her sword towards the enemy as a counter attack. [DMG 17% - STR]

Storm Sword: Connie does several slashes in quick succession towards the enemy to form one great slash towards them. [DMG 18% - STR]

Special Attacks 

Study & Grow: Connie takes out a book about mindful energy and reads a brief page about it, once she finishes she gains a +2 boost to a stat of her choosing for three turns. But because she tends to focus more on the battle instead of reading when fighting, she would have to wait three turns before she can read a page from the book again. The cooldown happens when the move wears off.

Sword Slam!: Connie jumps up as high as she can and slams her sword down on an enemies head. She will have to wait until two turns pass before preforming this move again as she would need time to plan the move out again. [DMG 23% - STR]

Uppercut Slash: Connie lowers herself in front of an enemy before throwing herself upward with her sword like an uppercut like move. Because of how hard it is to preform this move. (To the point that her sword tutor Pearl, had trouble preforming this herself.) It would take Connie three turns before she can do this move again. [DMG 26% - STR]

Final Smash - Slice and Dice!

Connie leaps forward with all of her might and does several slashes towards a target that she is focusing on. Once she finishes she jumps before the target to deliver a final hit towards them by slamming her sword as hard as she can towards one of the target's sides before delivering a kick to the back! (50%)
