History On Li:
Yuuka Kazami was a Youkai who created fear and terror in her homeland, but attracted several major enemies in her time as a youkai. Chief amongst them was the Yemma, or judge of souls, Shikieiki Yamaxanadu. After the Cherry blossoms incident, Yuuka attracted the Yemma's ire once again, the latter apparently having a vision of Yuuka causing some great trouble for the world again.
Yuuka, of course, had no issues simply beating down Shikieiki a second time, having grown bored as of recent and enjoying the exercise. She found slightly more issue when Komachi, Shikieiki's subordinate, caught her off-guard, sending her so impossibly far with her ability to manipulate distance as to appear in another dimension entirely.
Naturally, she is disgusted by the level of pollution and corruption that has occurred on Li, as a being who is a primal embodiment of nature, of flowers, and of blossoming, and finds it something to solve. It's on the same "to-do list" as groceries, entertainment, and a nice nap, however, as age has caused the Old Youkai to grow increasingly lethargic. In the end, she thinks it'd be quite nice to get back to her own world and help this one regrow it's native plants and animals, but she's not losing any sleep over it, either.
Primary Attacks (3)
Basic attack: Thorns:A light attack, Yuuka summons a few brambles and thorny vines directly in front of her to strike her enemies. the brambles don't reach far, only about as far as the average jab, but do a decent amount of damage even to metal in their way if treated too mildly. The move is a combo move, being easy to follow up on with continued vine swings to strike the same opponent several times in a row. Additionally, the attacks briefly slow down those foolish enough to get caught in their grasp, making it a little easier for follow-up strikes to land. In addition to causing damage, the ability has a 10% chance to inflict paralysis! [WIS atk, DMG 3%]
Basic Attack: The only Flower that never withers: Yuuka swings her parasol with all the power of a trained fencer, striking for decent damage with an economical range of motion. the surprisingly durable umbrella may be used to strike with a stab that takes a mid-range level of time but does not leave the Flower Yokai particularly open.
[STR Atk, DMG 15%]
Basic attack: A strength Humans can only imagine: Yuuka concentrates Yokai energy in her body before striking with superhuman strength, throwing a large, telegraphed haymaker after some charge-time The blow offers nothing special but strikes with intense power.[STR atk, 30% Damage, heavy attack, 3 turn cooldown.]
Special Attacks (3)
Danmaku: Yuuka shoots an array of flower danmaku into the air, Cutting an opponent's avenue of escape down before barraging them with a host of flower of magical shimmering sunflowers. Dodging the danmaku is dangerous, as all avenues of escape are cut off. as a result, Yuuka's attacks are very accurate, having a potent +2 to accuracy. They aren't very strong, however...[WIS attack, DMG 6%]
Special Atk 2: Reflowering of Gensokyo -
A non-damaging move, the Reflowering of Gensokyo allows Yuuka to make flowers bloom in a wide radius, allowing her to indiscrimatley afflict anyone within 5 feet with her with the flower status effect on a failed save of 12 against CON. Reflowering of Gensokyo may only be used once per turn, and deals a pathetic 1% base damage, leaving it reliant on its effect to cause havoc.
Special Atk 3: Master spark
Yuuka's strongest attack, the Master Spark is a potent, wide-beamed attack that gains a +1 accuracy bonus if the opponent is affected by the slowed status effect. What's more, this ability is potent enough to strike multiple opponents in the same line, allowing for heavy damage.
The kicker is the Action cost - the Master spark has a 3 turn cool-down time, and leaves Yuuka self-slowed on the turn afterwards. - such a powerful blast can often leave one open if the beam fails to strike true
[WIS ATK, DMG 32%]
Final Smash (1)
Twin Spark -
Yuuka temporarily creates a copy of herself for the purposes of the move, both focusing their parasol at the opponent from different directions and firing from 2 directions around the opponent, catching them in dual blasts of magical fire.
This move, despite it's fancy set-up, is exceedingly simple, as it is the apex of Yuuka's belief that 'power is everything'. The blow strikes a single target for 60% damage, with no additional effects.
