It wasn't Morgan's first time here by a long shot, but it was her first time stepping into the arena in any official capacity, and that was a bit nerve-wracking on its own. Not quite anything debilitating - what kind of tactician freezes up in the face of danger? She'd overcome that kind of mental block a long time ago - but pressed on the back of her mind nonetheless as she made her way into the stadium. So, she made sure to check over and make sure that her equipment was order - her sword and all two tomes. Ugh. She felt naked without a proper repertoire to utilize. Sure, sure, she'd accepted that she could only work with what she had at the moment, but she was still gonna take the opportunity to complain a little bit in her head.
Well, at least she wasn't going into this alone! She had confidence Iris could probably handle herself, if her expert Morgan-kidnapping and coyote-handling were any indication.
...On second thought, maybe she should be a little more concerned.
