Backstory
History On Li: Chiaki, after fusing into her Baal form by summoning her demonic sponsor of her Yosuga reason, the Baal Avatar, began to make plans to form her new world, only to be stopped by the arrival of Demi-Fiend, Dante Sparda and a few other demons that the Demi-Fiend had recruited along the journey. Chaiki, who is a former childhood friend of the Demi-Fiend and even had a crush on him, is furious that he and his team had decided to not join the reason of Yosuga, as well as the fact that Dante was still alive, hating him the most out of his team and even did a horrifying thing to him in an attempt to break him.
Chiaki decided to fight the group in her new form, but Demi-Fiend and his team came out of the battle victorious and seemed to have defeated Chiaki in the process so they can recreate the world as it was before the Conception.
However, while Demi-Fiend had succeeded in recreating the world, it came at a price. Chaiki wasn't revived and in fact, all traces of her had vanished from the restored world, that was because when she was defeated, her spirit ended up being transferred into a new world...Li.
Chiaki soon woke up near Crestfallen Castle, back to the form that she was before she created the reason of Yosuga and she still has the memories of her old life as well as her powers for some reason. To her surprise, she can now transform between her human form, her Pseudo-form and Baal form whenever she wants. While testing out her transformations she soon ran into a girl called Felicia and had an idea.
She tricked Felicia into coming into Crestfallen Castle with her, as after the two girls had there first sightings of the Starvia, Chiaki convinced Felicia that entering the castle would keep the girls safe, instead, when the two had entered the castle Chiaki quickly placed a curse on Felicia that caused her to fall asleep and cause her dreams to come to life and change Crestfallen's appearance to match that of Felicia's dream.
Chiaki decided to stay in the shadows and to guard Felicia so nobody can wake her up until she can create an army and leave Felicia to die. Unfortunately for Chiaki, her efforts failed thanks to the intervention of Yumiko Shirasagi, Emil/Ratatosk, Big the Cat, Froggy and the Hoshido-Nohr unified royal family created through Felicia's dream of the two kingdoms being brought together. They sacrificed themselves so they can try to kill Chiaki.
However, Chiaki had managed to teleport herself out of the castle and escaped as the castle returned to normal and Felicia was saved. While her plans failed again, Chiaki still has plans to turn LI into a world of her own. She has a bigger plan in store of the planet and to start, she has to make herself known to the people of the Life Sphere.
First by joining the Life Sphere as a seemingly regular citizen with powers and then Chiaki will see where it goes from there.
Primary Attacks
Agi: Chiaki summons a small fireball which she throws towards her enemy's so she can burn them. (WIS) [DMG 13%]
Drop Voice: Chiaki fires a lavender toxin towards her enemy in an attempt to make them go to sleep. The toxin also burns at there skin, but it will take Chiaki three turns to recast the spell, as well as give the enemy a 50% chance of getting the sleep status. (WIS) [DMG 18%]
Wilful Trance: Chiaki shoots a flash of deadly burning light towards the enemy which burns at there eyes and gives them a piercing headache if they look straight at it or touch it. (WIS) [DMG 17%]
Special Attacks
Ascension: Chiaki ascends by transforming into her Pseudo-Fiend form, causing one of her human looking arms to turn demonic in the process.
Dia: Chiaki casts a blue wave of energy onto herself or her allies to heal them. Depending on her charisma she can heal between 15-20% (If roll is between 15-20), 14-10, (If roll is between 14-10) or 9 or lower. (If roll is between 1-9) Because of the nature of this move, it will take Chiaki four turns before she can use it again. (CHA)
Intoxicate: Chiaki blasts an illusion spell towards her enemy, causing them to see anyone as there most feared enemy and giving them a 100% chance of getting the scared status. Chiaki will have to wait five turns before using the spell again. (WIS)
Final Smash - Divine Will
Chiaki summons both Flauros and Ose Hellal and together they combine there powers to shoot a powerful blast towards an enemy in an attempt to annihilate them. Once the attack is finished, Flauros and Ose will leave once more. (40%)

Primary Attacks
Mudo: Pseudo-Fiend summons a dark portal which causes a hand from the afterlife to come out and strike at the enemy. (WIS) [DMG 17%]
Yosuga Ball: Pseudo-Fiend summons a small amount of energy and blasts it towards the enemy, with the energy taking a shape of a ball. (WIS) [DMG 15%]
Special Attacks
Fusion Transformation: Pseudo-Fiend summons the Baal Avatar and together they fuse into the Baal Form.Diarahan: Pseudo-Fiend fires a blue blast that spreads across the battle field, healing herself and her allies. However she can also prevent the blast from spreading across the battlefield and heal only herself instead. When she heals herself she must do a charisma roll and and the roll will match the amount that she will be healed by, for example:
20-25 Dice Roll: She will be healed by that amount
15-20 Dice Roll: She will be healed between 15-20%
14-10 Dice Roll: She will be healed between 14-10%
1-9 Dice Roll: She will be healed between 1-9%
After this attack Pseudo-Fiend will have to wait until five turns pass before she can use diarahan again. (CHA)
Wilful Verdict: Pseudo-Fiend fire multiple spikes of energy towards a group of enemies. Because of the power of this attack Pseudo-Fiend cannot use it again until five turns pass. (WIS) [DMG 24%]
Final Smash - Yosuga Blast
Pseudo-Fiend moves her demonic arm forward so she can start charging a blast towards the enemy. After five seconds, she finally forms a blast of energy and fires it towards the enemy in an attempt to blast them away, once the blast is done Pseudo-Fiend's arm becomes tired and is easily detachable from her arm, although she will try her best to keep it safe until it's ok again and she hopes nobody finds out and tries to use this fact against her! (40%)

Baal Form
Primary Attacks
Wilful Punch: Baal raises one of there fists and smashes it into the enemy. (STR) [DMG 14%]
Gentle Wave: Baal summons forth an ice wave which they push towards a group of enemy's in the hopes that it will smash into them. (WIS) [DMG 17%]
Agirama: Baal shoots forth a fire beam with their fingers. (WIS) [DMG 18%]
Special Attacks
Mediahan: Similar to the first two Dia spells, Baal will summon a blue light which they can either spread across the area for other allies to heal from, or use it on themselves to heal up. The charisma rolls work in the same way as diarahan and will take five turns for Baal to cool down from the healing spell.
20-25 Dice Roll: She will be healed by that amount
15-20 Dice Roll: She will be healed between 15-20%
14-10 Dice Roll: She will be healed between 14-10%
1-9 Dice Roll: She will be healed between 1-9% (CHA)
Tentarafoo: Baal turns the area dark before summoning dozens of hands towards a group of enemy's in an attempt to drag them into the darkest depths of the underworld, giving the target 100% of fear as a result from it's quick trip to the underworld. After casting the attack, Baal will have to wait five turns before recasting the attack. (WIS) [DMG 24%]
Revert: Baal unfuses and reverts back to either it's human form or Pseudo-Fiend form.
Final Smash - Bow Down!
Baal grows to the size of a giant before it's eyes glow. When the time is right, Baal shoots forth a red beam towards a group of enemy's to blast them. Once they fire the beams, Baal reverts back to there regular size. (30%)
