Allies/Friends: Her husband Pac-Man, their children Jr. and Baby Pac-Man, her father Professor Pac-Man, the family enemy-turned friend Orson, Peach, Bowser, Arle, Pit.
Enemies/Rivals: The Ghost gang (Blinky, Pinky, Inky, Clyde, and particularly Sue) are her rivals, while her true enemies are any villain that raises an undead army, such as King Boo and Albert Wesker.

History On Li: Ms. Pac-Man arrived on Li in the same incident which brought in Pac-Man. When Pac-Man's visions of what lies beyond came true, Ms. Pac-Man and their family ended up warping alongside him to Li. Ms. Pac-Man was asleep at the time, and for a while she thought she was dreaming. That, however, ended when she quickly realized that she could not manipulate reality like she could if she knew it was a dream and it was.
Ms. Pac-Man ended up looking absolutely everywhere for dots, but found none. Upon stumbling across what looked like Sue, an arrow was fired from a distance, piercing the Infected in disguise. A young angel boy walked forward from a distance and introduced himself. "Hi. I'm Pit. This wasteland you appeared in is Li. That was an Infected. I'll show you the way to our hideout, the Life Sphere."
"Oh, thanks boy. I'm Ms. Pac-Man. Have you seen my husband? Also, I think you just killed my best frenemy."
"He just arrived at the Life Sphere. I'll carry you on my wings. Palutena, grant me strength!"
"...about that shot, I'm sorry, I kind of had to do it."

They continued bonding on the way there. When they arrived, Pac-Man was there.
"Oh, there you are, honey! Man, this place is weird."
"Yeah. So, do you know where the kids are?"
"They're in the school dome. We don't have a teacher. Why don't you give it a try?"
And that's exactly what she's been doing. But summer vacation is here, and she can join the fight.
Primary Attacks (3)
The ol' 1, 2: A version of her husband's jab, jab, flip kick, but speedier and weaker.[DMG 8%]
Bite: Ms. Pac-Man shifts into her orb form and lunges forward to take a bite. Has a 20% chance of inflicting Bleeding Out.[DMG 14%]
Rising Uppercut: Ms. Pac-Man uppercuts the enemy in their chin or related part while jumping. Quicker than a Shoryuken, but just as tiring. 1 turn cooldown. [DMG 20%]
Special Attacks (3)
Ms. Bonus Fruit: Ms. Pac-Man summons the seven bonus fruits from her game to throw one by one. Roll d8 (reroll on 8) to determine which fruit to throw.
Cherry: 5%
Strawberry: 7%
Orange: 10%
Pretzel: 15% and 10% chance of mind melt
Apple: 10% and 10% healed from Ms. Pac-Man
Pear: 20% and 10% chance of paralysis
Banana: 32%

Disco Spin: Ms. Pac-Man suddenly appears in her Madonna outfit from the Atari commercial and breakdances her way upward in the air while a disco ball makes a lightshow. Her spinning around kicks enemies repeatedly. [DMG 19%]
Birthday Bomb: Ms. Pac-Man whips out her home-baked birthday cake that is secretly a bomb that explodes in a 15 foot radius within 2 Combat Actions.[DMG 25%]
Final Smash: Spin-Off Triple Threat (1)
Ms. Pac-Man calls upon Jr. and Baby Pac-Man. She eats a Power Pellet, Jr. eats a Super Pellet, and Baby turns into a giant steel ball, and the three in their classic forms wreak havoc across a 65 foot radius, dealing 35% damage to all enemies with an 80% chance of inflicting Swallowed Whole on each one individually.
