Backstory: Silver's future's past

History On Li: 200 years in the future, there was odd occurrences that started causing the future to change. First, people started disappearing from various points in time. The reports were so varied it was hard to pinpoint an exact time the disappearances started happening. It wasn't just the people either, key locations started to fade away and leave craters where they used to be. In their places was weird traces of a purple organism that infected the people trying to research it.

One thing was clear to Silver, something powerful was impacting the past. Knowing he did not have much time left, Silver collected the seven Chaos Emeralds in his time and used one to trigger Chaos Control. However something went wrong with the portal he made. It was incredibly unstable and there was no telling if he would end up where he intended. Still, he had to take that chance. Jumping through the chaos warp he ended up in the Life Sphere instead of the point in time he originally intended. Still, his mission did not change and after briefing from Sonic and some others, he was ready to do what he can to change the future once more!

Primary Attacks (3)
Psycho Knife: Silver deploys cuts of psychokinetic force that can cut into a foe at close range or from a distance whether it be with pure energy or rather small projectiles. [Light to Medium WIS Attack, 8-18%]

Psychokinesis: Silver projects a psychic force that can be used in a number of ways. The first is simply hurling heavy objects or ripping up parts of the terrain to use as heavy objects before slinging them at the foe for massive damage and targeting DEX. The next is attempting to restrain the foe specifically before slinging them for just as heavy damage, targeting STR. However this exhausts himself, inflicting 5% recoil. [Heavy WIS Attack, 28%]

Psycho Shock: Silver projects a psychic force that sends an electric jolt through all enemies in the area, threatening to paralyze them with it's force. Has a 100% chance of Paralysis, 3 turn cooldown. [Medium WIS Attack, 17%)



Special Attacks (3)
Kinetic Barrier: Utilizing his Psychokinetic ability, Silver creates a green psychic barrier around himself that absorbs and lessens the impact of both physical and mental assaults, cutting the damage he would of taken in half. His barrier can absorb up to 3 blows before it shatters. Once per turn as a free action the target being protected by the Kinetic Barrier can be changed at Silver's discretion. 3 turn cooldown.

Psycho Crusher: Silver puts out an overwhealming force that attempts to crush the foe, although it puts a bit of a drain on his own strength as well. This attack targets key parts of a foe's body in an attempt to cripple them in any way Silver deems appropriate. This inflicts Disabled on a stat of his choice and does damage, however it takes a toll on his own energy as well. Does 5% recoil and has a 2 turn cooldown. Targets the foe's CON. [Heavy WIS Attack, 13%]

It's No Use!: Silver attempts to use his psychokinetic abilities to halt and repel the enemy's attack. If it's a projectile or another form of ranged attack like electricity, a blizzard, light or earth raising, he will halt it before tossing it back with extra force, targeting DEX. If it's a Melee Attack he will grab the opponent mid-attack with his telekinesis before throwing them away, targeting CON to endure the impact of his counter. Both variations do 1.5x the damage of the countered attack. All counters roll Silver's WISDOM instead of the usual mod against the attack. 3 turn cool down. This cool down can be ignored for one turn of Severe Fatigue.



Final Smash (1)

Super Silver: Using the future's Chaos Emeralds, Silver transforms into Super Silver, turning golden in color and  gaining a massive boost in his psychic and defensive abilities, gaining a +3 to his STR, DEX, CHA, WIS, INT and CON Mods, in addition he deals 5 extra damage to all attacks and takes 5 less damage from all attacks for 4 turns. While in Super Form his powers are greatly enhanced, allowing him to use much bigger attacks utilizing his psychokinetic abilities to both flavor and turn all attacks into AoEs.

Other Info:Silver is able to teleport with just his psychic powers if he can focus on an area in his mind, mainly used for short distance travel utilizing Teleport Dash and use his psychic abilities to fly by levitating himself.
