History On Li: Selicy approached the gates of Eden, with spear in hand. The gates opened for her, showing what seemed to be a bright utopia for her to enter. With the Reva from her world slumped on the ground behind her and tears dripping down her face she walked towards the gates, closing her eyes and taking a deep breath as she passed between them.
Her next step never hit ground, giving way to air as she started to fall, her eyes opening to find herself high in the sky of an unfamiliar land. She screamed as the air whipped around her, flailing her arms and trying to slow herself down, but it gave way to hopelessness. Seeing the ground approaching she closed her eyes and curled up in the air, bracing for impact.
But the impact never came, someone lept and grabbed her mid-air, diverting the force of the fall as they both tumbled in the street. Selicy remained curled up for a few more moments before hesitatintly opening her eyes. She wasn't dead, though she was sore and bruised. She looked up to see who had saved her, only to see Reva holding her, the very woman she thought she had killed not a few minutes ago had saved her, with completely different memories of her.
Mechanics
Mana: Selicy has mana that she uses to cast spells. She can store up to 10 and starts each fight with 6 currently held. Mana regenerates at 1 per turn naturally.
Frost: Some abilities inflict frost. For the sake of things being easy to keep track of, these are actually counted on Selicy and not on the enemy. When she uses an ability that gives frost, she gains a frost stack regardless if the attack hit or not. When Selicy uses an ability that would put her to 3 frost stacks, all frost stacks are lost and that ability deals an additional 30% damage.
Primary Attacks (3)
Snowpiercer: [Dex] Selicy throws her spear made out of prestine and hardened ice, draining the target proportionally to how cold they were. Costs 1 mana to use, deals 12% damage, crits on 19+. Consumes all stacks of frost. For each stack of frost Selicy had, they take an additional 10% damage.
Thunder: [Dex] Little Selicy can do more than just frost magic, carefully positioning herself and pointing to her target as thunder strikes down from above on a specific point in front of her, dealing 8% damage as a comboable light attack with mini thunder, or 22% damage as a medium attack that takes 1 mana.
Frostbite: [Dex] A bolt of cold energy shoots out from Selicy's sleeve and flies at a target, chilling the enemy, dealing 8% damage and gaining a stack of frost. If Selicy has taken more than 40% damage in the last turn, she gains an additional frost stack when using this ability. Only usable once per turn.
Special Attacks (3)
Cold Pressed Ice Tea: Selicy takes a big gulp out of her purple thermos, nice and refreshing! For 3 turns, Selicy's icy powers reinvigorate her and heal for one third the damage she deals, making her also gain 1 mana whenever frost is activated, not counting snowpiercer. Drinking something so cold does hurt though, even for her. 3 turn cooldown because it gets too cold. She can take 10 recoil damage to drink more juice early though.
Frost Barrage: [Wis] Selicy summons an array of massive icicles behind her before guiding them at her targets, the giant pieces of ice exploding on impact to deal 16% damage immediately and gain 1 frost. Can target up to 3 targets as an AOE. Costs 2 mana.
Cold Medicine: [Dex] Selicy pulls out a bottle and yeets it at an enemy, gaining two frost stacks. It heals the enemy for 1d15+Cha health and afflicts the soaked status as the bottle of medicine explodes and splashes over their body, both healing them and chilling them, flat roll for duration. 3 turn cooldown.
All-Consuming Cold: Selicy channels the power of the Diadem of the Hungering North, the blue gem in the center glowing in response. From any pile of snow, puddle, or especially thick mist a set of jaws resembling a shark's made of ice can pop out from and try to either grab or completely fit them into it's mouth. The jaws will then quickly pull back into where they came from, the target being teleported inside Selicy, creating a much smaller bump than it should and inflicting the Digestion status with minor differences. As long as the enemy is afflicted with digestion, Selicy takes a -5 to all dodge rolls from the added weight. Her free digestion action can consume frost stacks to add 10% damage per frost stack consumed. ((3 turn cooldown, Uses Wisdom, Targets Dex))
- As an action, when an opponent has the digested status Selicy can focus some of her ice magic to chill them, dealing 5% cold damage to them and applying a frost stack.
- As an action Selicy can taunt the target, inflicting fear. 3 turn cooldown CHA vs INT.
- Using two actions Selicy can squeeze the target, dealing 15% damage and forcing the target to roll a constitution save with DC equal to 1d20+Selicy's ConMod. If they fail they lose an additional action.
Final Smash (1)
Fimbulveter: Selicy takes a deeeeeeep breath and then blows it all out at once, a massive gust of cold air blowing out over a massive area around her. The immediate area is enveloped in a snowy blizzard for 3 turns. At the start of each of those 3 turns Selicy gains 2 frost stacks. This can temporarily make frost stacks go above 3, reducing them by 3 every time she uses a frost ability.
