Kairi was running ahead towards the Busy Bee Lobby... The entire area and a short area around it covered in snow. Snow and a constant frigid air concentrated on the more laidback area of the Life Sphere, the roofs and grounds very chilling with their layering. Kairi paused for a moment to wrap her hands around her body, shivering a bit. "This place is freezing... Still, not many people can destroy the Heartless for good. I need to do this," she said before powering on.

As she started her personal end of the charge, she ran past a shop that had... some funny looking statues. Both had a gargoyle like appearance, one resembling a chocolate fountain as a fudge like substance constantly flowed down. It held a speared strawberry with chocolate covering as well. The other was instead on a plate of cookies that had a white chocolate layering running down it. The Statue part itself was draped with blue ribbons and a speared strawberry with a white chocolate covering.

As the Islander ran past them, a shift in movement had the Chocolate Fountain Statue suddenly leap at her and attempting to slash her with a searing hot layer of fudge from it's makeshift weapon. The other statue would try to come down on her from above, white chocolate dripping as it tried to smash her with it's weapon. Noticing at the last moment, Kairi leaned forward into a handstand and propelled herself into a cartwheel before standing up and slashing with her hands, her keyblade materializing out of objects of light midswing to retaliate.

The Heartless were sent reeling back a bit, now distanced from each other so that a melee attack wouldn't so easily hit them both again. "... You are some very unusual looking Heartless," she said in confusion at their appearance. Still it can't be helped as they needed to be taken down.

“...Hooooh... It looks like chocolate...” Roll softly whined as she and Ciel arrived on the scene, overlooking what was going on. Roll was frankly stunned by what she was seeing. Kairi, fighting ...food... It had been a while since she had proper chocolate, what with the famine and all. Ciel was stunned for a moment as well. She could see a very conflicted look on Roll's face.  She placed a hand on Roll's shoulder to draw her from her thoughts. “...Thinking about how much fun it would be to eat those creatures attacking Kairi?” Ciel asked. “--N-No..!” Roll quickly replied, blushing a little at the accusation. “Are you suuure..? This might finally be your chance to be more like your hero, Peach~!” Ciel replied, lightly teasing Roll with her tone. She knew Roll was lying. “...Y-You think I could? They're so big...” Roll meekly relented, insecure about her size all of a sudden. “I'll help you.” Ciel fondly replied. “You will?!” Roll replied in shock. “Mhm!” Ciel replied beaming slightly at Roll. Just the look of awe in Roll's eyes, that silent respect for her that she earned with her charisma, it made her heart swell.  She was a hero in Roll's eyes and she knew it. “Now go out there and show me what you can do!” Ciel encouraged.

She then rushed forward and attempted to jump on the white chocolate gargoyle, attempting to  grab onto it and begin stuffing it in her mouth! She'd never put aside her manners when eating before, but this was special!

Tension of surrounding minds filled the young girl's consciousness, a sensation to jump into action to help those in need. Others were supposed to help as well, but there was no point in messing around, and Paula wanted to be as helpful as she can be to the Life Sphere. Light footsteps trudged along the path towards her destination. At her side was the often used frying pan, used less for culinary function and more to bash away those who desired to harm others. Being kidnapped even once was not a situation the girl wanted others to encounter, even if she had been in her life already.

Now was not the time to ponder the horrible things that can happy.

Gripping her frying pan tighter, the blonde called out, "Don't worry I'm here! I'll help fight these ... chocolate ... covered ... meanies!" Even after her adventures back home, seeing creatures made of sugary treats was still a bizarre sight. Shaking her head, the pink dressed girl rushed forward with a burst of psionic energy trailing behind her. A similar energy swirled around Paula's frying pan, which she tossed towards the White Chocolate Gargoyle. "Taaaaaaaaaake this!"

Ciel hesitated a moment, asking a cyber elf to give her more strength than her dainty little arms provided.

“ Roll's right. Let's do this together! Here goes nothing! ”

Ciel had to suppress all her smarter functions to convince herself to do this. Being childish didn't come to her naturally. ...Despite being 15.  It never had.   She then moved to grab the White Chocolate Gargoyle and begin doing her best to devour it. She was really pushing herself to ignore her manners here and chow down. It only half worked. She looked a little dainty, but hey.  It didn't matter how it looked, but whether it worked, right?

“ Y-yikes, I wasn't expecting it to be this cold... ”

Well, Xion, this is what you get for not heeding Dedede's advice to bring a coat.

Equipped with just a dainty black dress, white skirt and boots, Xion reached the lobby. Xion would step into the snow and summon her Kingdom Key, standing on guard and keeping a watchful eye towards...well, anything as she advanced further into the locale. Then, she noticed Kairi, Paula, and other two girls trying to fend off...chocolate gargoyles? Huh...those were some weird Heartless.

...Well, she wasn't here to gawk at the fighting, was she?

Assuming she'd get to strike the Gargoyles before Roll and Ciel would attempt to chow them down, Xion would jump backwards towards a wall, pressing her feet towards it for a quick second or two before she propelled towards the scuffle, throwing her Keyblade vertically at one of the chocolate gargoyles. The key sword would spin vertically, striking through the Heartless...and then it would go back to its owners hand, trying to strike it down once more!

With the strike successful, Xion's Kingdom Key returns to her hand, with her landing on the ground, skidding to a halt at the opposite side of the group. The black-haired drew a shaky breath (this dang cold!) and put her body up to a combat stance...different that she was used to. Hey, she's been taking those swordsmanship classes, she's got to put them to use!

The black-haired girl advanced towards the Gargoyle before attempting to strike it down with a combo attack. She started out with an overhead slash, before transitioning to an upper slash, before capping it off with a shift into a reverse-grip side slash.

While the first two attacks missed the mark, the reverse-grip slash was quick enough to nail a hit. Not exactly the start she was hoping for, but there were going to be hiccups when it came to transitioning to a new style. Now that Xion was actually near the others, she quickly addressed the group before getting back to focusing on the Heartless.

"... Heh, nope, you guys are right on time," Kairi smiled as Paula whacked around a bit the White Chocolate Gargoyle, white chocolate flopping onto the ground. The same as the Chocolate Gargoyle was bashed to and fro. Just then the arrivals of Ciel and Roll caught the attention of the Heartless and Kairi. "... An appetite for justice?" the girl asked in amusement before... huh, they were quite literal as the two successfully grappled and ate into it. In no time the Gargoyle fell apart. However, as it did so, a creature that was controlling the sweets mimickry floated into Ciel's body and ended up trapped inside her. The Possessor Heartless was not a fan of it's home being devoured so it projected a dark energy throughout the mother, attempting to hijack her body by making her feel her worst emotions.

(Ciel! In eating the White Chocolate Gargoyle, the Heartless controlling it has entered your body and is attempting to take control of you for destroying it's home! Every turn roll INT to avoid being taken over temporarily by the waves of darkness coming from inside you. If you fail you have to take 2 actions against your allies for that turn. This threshold will get harder every turn. For now it's only 10. On the bright side the white chocolate was rather invigorating, you both get a +5 to damage for 3 turns as a burst of energy and the Possessor is treated as Swallowed Whole.)

Seeing this got a giggle out of Kairi to which she looked to the other one that was staring at the scene it just witnessed. Deciding to try it herself, Kairi made to grab and eat at the chocolate figure on top of the fountain, it too was easily dealt with and unlike Ciel, when the Possessor tried to enter her, it dissipated in a bright light.

The snow in the area started kicking up as the Heartless fell, a cold winds sweeping through the area. Kairi did not seem too phased by it for now, taking it rather well surprisingly. However the onslaught of cold was not the only thing incoming as from the blue two giant candy wrappers would fly towards Xion and Paula before they would explode into caramel, attempting to bind them with it's sticky force.

(Xion and Paula! The Spiteful Sweets is trying to hit you with his Caramel Bombs. Roll a 13 or higher in DEX to avoid or take 25% damage and are grappled in a caramel substance, completely hindering movement as it sticks you to the ground you stand on. This takes a 16 or higher in STR to break free. Optionally you can attempt to eat your way free, consuming two actions but healing 1d10+charisma if you break it. An ally not grappled can use an action to help free you for healing as well)

After the bombs were deployed,  lollipops, chocolate and other treats would fall from the sky with a giant box of chocolates. These assorted treats would then float up before forming together... like some sweets themed custom action figure. The armored sweets monstrosity would then move forward before suddenly it's hand was bit by Kairi. "... Huh, these are real sweets..." she deduced as the Heartless gave her a look before it would fire ribbons out of it's torso towards Roll, attempting to bind her and get a snack of it's own as it tried to pull her into it's box of chocolates where darkness resided... also actual chocolate. DARK CHOCOLATE.

(Mechanic time! Once per turn you can make an action to try and grapple the Golem with an attack stat. Success allows you to do 22 damage and heal 1d5+Charisma in HP)

“Heehee, yup~!” Roll replied to Kairi's question as she finished eating the gargoyle with the help of Ciel, standing back up and looking herself over.

She did a little pirouette and gave her tummy a light pat, clearly quite proud of what they'd done. Imitating your heroes felt great!

((Being a reploid, Roll is as close to immune to the cold as can be without being an ice elemental or something else extreme like that.))

Roll felt the cold, but it didn't hurt her as it might've her creator. It merely gave her pause, a sense of mild alarm coming over her as she felt the discomfort of her human allies around her. It hurt her, in a sense, but not in a way that would meaningfully contribute to her physical demise.

A soft squeak escaped Roll as she was grappled and pulled into the sweets box, cringing rather hard as darkness surrounded her. Being very sensitive to emotions, exposure to darkness had a rather sharp effect on her. You might even call it a weakness. Roll struggles a bit, a soft whimper of discomfort escaping her.  However, after a moment she noticed she was surrounded by ... chocolate. How are you going to dangle chocolate in front of a girl's nose and expect her not to get any ideas?? Roll thought about this for a moment before deciding it was probably a good idea to go in for seconds, opening wide and attempting to chow down on the heartless around her!

Meanwhile, she retracted her hand and produced her vacuum arm head, utilizing the hyper elastic head to begin attempting to vacuum up nearby chocolates! It was almost like having a second mouth! Right?

As Ciel and Roll finished devouring the heartless, she did feel something from within her, a hand drifting to gently hold her mid-section in silent thought. However, she deigned not to assume the worst. She'd probably feel something stronger than that if something was really going to hurt her, right? She turned her attention to Kairi.

“ ...It's nice to see you're doing alright, Kairi. ”

However, soon the blizzard struck her and cut straight through her.

Ciel briefly collapsed, blinded and winded by the powerful cold. She struggled back to her feet, some tears streaming down her face. Abuse like that might as well have been torture. A girlish gasp of pain escaped her and she struggled to regain her composure. Meanwhile, Roll was abducted, which spoiled her mood quite a bit. Just then, a voice that only Ciel could hear spoke up.

“ ...Ciel. Your body can't handle this cold for long. You have to megamerge. It's the only way to buy you time. ”

...Ciel hesitantly nodded, grabbing Model Z. Cue an ornate magical girl transformation sequence ending in...

MegaMom A slightly less pink Ciel.

Ciel then ran over to Kairi and switched the modes on her saber, turning it into a sort of whip sword that she promptly swung at the heartless, the pointed plasma edged digging into it as it wrapped around the creature, holding it tight and limiting its movement!

p_1d20+2 (Ciel's Chain Rod; Hit! Does 25% damage, heals Ciel for 13% and grapples the monster so that it can't dodge! All dex targeting attacks should auto hit until it takes 40% damage, at which point it will be knocked free of the grapple.)

Ciel then produced Model Z's Shield Boomerang with her 'free' hand, fully expecting the heartless to try and attack her in the process of trying to free itself.

(Ciel is using her remaining action to activate her shield boomerang. All attacks aimed at Kairi will target her instead as she attempts to block them.)

Xion shuddered as the cold wings got under her skin...metaphorically, more like, but still--

“ So COLD! A-anyone got a coat?? ”

Still, not like those would magically appear out of thin air. All she could do was continue to fight and hopefully disperse this winter curse as soon as she could. Speaking of, a new Heartless has entered the area, a giant...sweet amalgamation. She blinks twice in surprise before she gets bombed by caramel. Don't mind her, she's still reeling from seeing actual candy Heartless.

While the caramel did hurt, it wasn't sticky enough to keep her stuck for long. Breaking free from sweet reprieve, she grabbed her Kingdom Key and went back to Heartless bashing, starting with hopping towards the Spiteful Sweets and delivering two aerial slashes towards it, before closing off with a Stun Impact.

"How about you melt a little? Fire!" Xion chanted, her Kingdom Key glowing orange at the tip, before she fired off a semi-homing fireball that was aiming for the Hearltess' head!
