Avarice, the operator
Warframe
Alignment: Chaotic -- Good
Motto: "This isn't a stealth mission right?"
Allies/Friends: Ordis, Tenno
Enemies/Rivals: Grineer, Corpus, Infested
Backstory: warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Operator (Heavy warframe spoilers)
Appearance:
History On Li: "Tenno, we're detecting a strange portal above earth" came the usual call from the lotus, Avarice stepping away from the aquarium in her room up to the main cabin of her ship, sitting down and looking over the report. "This one doesn't look like the others, It doesn't look connected to the Orokin Void at all. Check it out, we can't let someone else get to whatever's inside first"
Avarice nodded slightly to herself as she shifted and got comfortable in the driver's seat, looking out over the solar system from her window before she talked to seemingly no one "Let's go Ordis, let's see what we're working with." The ship stirred to life around her, turning towards earth as it steadily sped up, aiming for the portal as it zoomed through space. Before it actually reached the portal the ship suddenly went quiet, the engine stopping and the lights going dark. "Ordis?... Ordis?" Acarice stood up from her seat and started to walk back deeper into the ship, mid-stride as the ship passed through the portal as she was immediately knocked prone by a change in gravity.
The Orbiter careened through the skies of LI in a nose-dive, Avarice actually floating off the cabin floor as she reached terminal velocity. Moments before she crashed she called her favorite warframe to her, Valkyr prime materializing around her at the last moment as the ship hit earth in an explosion of dirt and technology, leaving Avarice barely alive, saved from death by her warframe, curled up in the wreckadge.
When she awoke she found herself in an abyssmal crater, the other warframes gone from sight and the ship destroyed to the point of being unrecognizable. For all the weaponry she had, the only thing she could scavenge up was her first prime, Scindo the battleaxe.
[PTabbedContent=Attacks and Abilities][PTab=Primary Attacks (3)]Void Beam: [DMG 6%, uses Wisdom, comboable] Avarice holds out her arm and opens her hand towards an enemy, firing out a beam of void energy that pierces through almost anything. Deals 4% more damage to shields.
Void Blast: [30%, uses Wisdom, AOE] Avarice stands still for a moment and stores energy in her hand before letting it out in a blast in the direction of her enemies, knocking them back. Sitting still isnt the greatest strategy however, incurring -2 to one of her dodge rolls next turn.
Focus Ball: [DMG 20%, uses wisdom] Avarice focuses void energy into a ball and fires it at an enemy, dealing more damage but also not as consistent. Can only be used 1 time per turn.
[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Special Attacks (3)]Transference: Avarice calls one of her warframes, her body seemingly dissipating as the called warframe materializes in the spot she left.
Void Mode: Avarice's entire body goes translucent, making them far more difficult to target. Non-AOE attacks need to roll perception against a wisdom roll from avarice done when she enters void mode or they miss automatically. She cannot attack while in void mode, and it takes an action to enter and leave void mode. When she does leave void mode, the next attack is a sneak attack and deals 1.5x damage. Has a 3 turn cooldown after leaving void mode.
Oddity Beam: Avarice uses a unique form of void beam focused on altering the things it hits instead of destroying them. This strange beam can inflict Mega, Mini, or Metal to a single target, cannot apply multiple to the same target. Uses wisdom, 1 turn cooldown.
[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Ultimate Attacks (0)] None: Avarice does not have her own final smash, only her other forms.

(Wisdom increase. going to Avarice) The Lotus is an ancient sentient who looked after the Tenno for hundreds of years and led them in the old war.
(Constitution increase, going to Avi) The Exploiter orbs of Fortuna are great tanky creations built to subjugate, nearly immune to most forms of damage.
(Strength increase, going to Avi) The ancient Eidolons of Cetus are reanimated spirits of massive sentinel creations, sending shockwaves through the earth with their massive footsteps.

Deals 5% damage as a combo, applying paralyze if it beats an enemy dodge by 12 or more, or not avoided at all, Duration determined by constitution roll.
Can also be used for 10% damage as a medium attack, applying paralyze if it beats the enemy dodge by 4 or more,or not avoided at all. duration determined by a constitution roll. On a critical hit this move applies slow for 3 turns instead of dealing double damage.
Claws of many Flavors: Valkyr's fingers are all tipped with razor sharp talons that she can augment individually, causing unique ailments when she goes to slash at enemies. All use strength and target Dex. Only one of these can be used a turn, and only once a turn.
[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Special Attacks (3)]Transference: Valkyr de-materializes, either one of the other warframes or Avarice herself materializing in it's place not long after.
Battle Cries: There is great power behind Valkyr's voice, incurring many different types of effects depending on how they're used, listed below. Valkyr starts with 50 energy. For 25 energy she can use a battle cry and as an action she can regenerate 25 energy. While affected by a battlecry buff and for 3 turns after being affected by one of the buffs, using any battlecry causes 10% recoil.
Positive Body Image: Valkyr's shield is 1/3 rd the capacity it should be(-50% shield) and regenerates at half the speed it should(-4% regen per turn). Incoming physical damage is multiplied by 0.8 before other reductions, rounded up. Physical attacks being attacks that target dex, con, sneak attacks using a physical way to attack, or other situations where it is clearly physical damage.
[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Ultimate Attacks (1)]
Paracesis: Valkyr calls the legendary sword Paracesis, the sentient slayer, to her hand to temporarily replace Scindo Prime. Simply holding the blade empowers her, granting +2 to all ability modifiers for 3 turns. For the duration, Avarice also deals 10% increased damage
Cleaving Whirlwind: Grab Paracesis in both hands and swing the massive blade in a deadly circle as a light combo attack, dealing 10% damage each hit. Alternatively as a medium attack, dash and slide forward, heaving Paracesis in a great sweeping motion right over the ground, dealing 10% damage and giving 50% chance of disabled to dexterity.

Rip Line: [30%, Uses Dexterity] Valkyr shoots two hooks from her hands. She then pulls herself towards the target and hip checks them, dealing 30% damage and knocking them back. Pulling yourself directly towards the enemy in a straight line leaves lots of openings, incurring -2 on one of her dodge rolls next turn. |
Claws of many Flavors: Valkyr's fingers are all tipped with razor sharp talons that she can augment individually, causing unique ailments when she goes to slash at enemies. All use strength and target Dex. Only one of these can be used a turn, and only once a turn.
- Poison Talons: The aggressive toxins spread quickly through their target on a successful strike. Deals 5% damage and inflicts Poison.
- Draining Talons: When the talons are inside they release chemicals made to steal energy and resources from the circulatory system, starving the muscles/engines. Deals 10% damage and inflicts severe fatigue from Mari's Status Alteration Supplements for one turn.
- Lax Talons: When slashing the talons leave behind chemicals made to relax the mind, hindering their ability to think straight. Deals 5% damage and inflicts mind melted, duration determined by constitution to fight the chemical.
- Hallucinogenic Talons: When slashing the talons leave behind chemicals made to induce frightful hallucinations in the target. Deals 5% damage. The target rolls an intelligence check, if it's less than 14 than they are affected by the Fear status. This is a special version of fear that has a duration instead of lasting until a bravery check is made. The duration is determined by a constitution check as the body gets rid of the hallucinogenic chemicals.

While affected by a battlecry buff and for 3 turns after being affected by one of the buffs, using any battlecry causes 10% recoil.
Warcry: Valkyr lets out a massive cry, bolstering herself and up to two allies in the area with increased agility and protection, granting them 1.25x damage done that does not stack with other multipliers, only the higher multiplier being used, dexterity modifier base set to +4(stat to 19) and gain 3% damage done and 3% damage resistance for 3 turns. (Note: Does not add 4 to dex mod, sets it to 4, other buffs and debuffs can still add on). For every other ally buffed, costs 10 energy.
When the status ends they are all afflicted with Severe Fatigue status for the turn.Paralysis: Valkyr focuses some of the energy of her shield in front of her for a moment before letting out a shock-wave caused by a loud shout, sacrificing her shield to blast an area in front of her. The attack uses up at least 5 of her shield and inflicts stunned, dealing 12% damage. Additional shield can be sacrificed for 2% damage bonus per shield sacrificed, up to 10 total shield used. The power of the shout comes directly from the strength of their lungs, uses strength. It's impossible to dodge a sonic boom, but you can resist it, targets constitution. Hysteria: Valkyr lets out a blood curdling scream, working themself into a fury and letting rage and panic take over as she becomes more like a feral beast, fueled by carnage. For three turns half of all incoming damage is stored separately instead of being taken by health and shields. One third of Valkyr's successful attack damage is healed. At the end of the three turns, if there are no enemies still alive, only half the damage in the counter is taken, otherwise all remaining damage is immediately taken.
