Mega Man X
Abel City/Mega Man X
Alignment: Lawful Good
Motto: "As long as there's hope, we can change the future."
Allies/Friends: Zero, Axl, Alia, Layer, Palette, Signas
Enemies/Rivals: Sigma, Vile, those who would willingly follow Sigma or endanger mankind or Reploid-kind
Backstory: ACCESS GRANTED
History On Li: It had been a couple of weeks since Sigma's defeat. X, Zero and Axl received reports of mysterious disappearances - Reploid, human and Maverick alike. While on patrol, X had noticed something strange in a narrow roadway in Abel City - a portal.
X reports this finding to his team before stating the he was going to take a closer look. The portal looked to be innocuous at first glance. X, in a bold maneuver, told his team he was going to enter the portal...and so he did.
Upon his arrival at the Life Sphere, he learned of how he was not only stranded from his team, but he also learned the nature of the Starvia - how it corrupted Reploid and human alike. Despite a bit of hesitation, X steeled himself. He'd protect both humans and Reploids - even if it meant to take down their corrupted brethren.
[PTabbedContent=Attacks and Abilities][PTab=Primary Attacks]X-Buster: A revised and advanced Mega Buster. It absorbs solar energy and stores it, allowing X to fire compressed bursts of said solar energy at opponents. [DEX Combo, DMG 8%]
Charge Shot: X charges up and amplifies the power of his X-Buster to deliver a powerful blow against a foe, firing a large, destructive blue shot. [DEX, DMG 24%, 1 turn cooldown]
Blade Saber: While not as proficient with a sword as his friend Zero, X knows a bit about swordplay. Using a buster upgrade, X creates a beam saber with his buster before performing one large swing at a foe. [STR, DMG 19%][/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Special Attacks]Sub Tank: A handy container that stores up energy for emergency healing. While the Sub Tank starts off empty, X can fill it up by dealing damage or being healed when his health is already full. For every 2% damage X deals, the Sub Tank gets 1 Energy, and it can hold up to a maximum of 50 Energy. If X attempts to shield an attack, he loses 25 Energy from the Tank (if he has less, it just zeroes the amount he has at the moment). X can use the Sub Tank whenever he likes, healing himself or an ally with (Energy/2) HP. 3 turn cooldown.
Variable Weapons System: X, like his predecessor, has a Copy Chip in his systems. By touching either ally or foe, X can use his Copy Chip to copy data of one of their attacks (Normal or Special), which come with a change in the Maverick Hunter's color scheme. He can sustain data for three different attacks, but he can copy another one even if said slots are occupied, having a fourth temporary attack. If X wishes to store a copy for another Attack when all slots are taken, a previous one is deleted (of X's choosing) to make space for it.
(X can also opt to permanently add a copied attack to his arsenal if he has a pending Attack/Special.)
With an additional turn of cooldown, X can also charge the selected copied weapon. The charged variation of the attack can have one of three bonus effects: +4 damage, +1 to accuracy/dodge or +40% chance of inflicting a lesser status.
Armor Equip: X can equip armors to enhance his fighting abilities. When armored, X gains a different and enhanced stat spread (10 points more than normal X) and gains 3 powerful Armor Attacks which he can use alongside his normal moveset. Each set of armor has its own HP that is calculated by 50+(CONx10), which replaces X's shield, though it doesn't regenerate or block status effects. If X is hit while armored, the armor will take damage for him, though he'll take 5% of the total damage against guard breaking moves. If his armor's HP reaches 0, the armor is too damaged to work properly, and must be unequipped to start auto-repair. X can only use one armor per thread, and X does not gain a shield if unarmored or the armor is broken.[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Ultimate Attacks]Ultimate Armor X
X calls upon the Ultimate Armor and equips it, the armor granting him a drastic increase in power. Once equipped, X will gain +3 to each of his modifiers, his attacks will deal 1.5x damage for 3 turns.
-[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
[PTab=Other Info]Ultimate Armor has a glider mode that X can ride on, allowing him to fly with it.
I might end up giving new armors for X as time goes on. We'll see, though.[/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]

[PTab=Armor Attacks]Spiral Crush Shot: Replaces X's normal Charge Shot. X fires a salvo of purple shots that weave around in a spiral-esque pattern. This attack pressures shields, dealing twice its normal damage against them. [DEX, DMG 24%, 3 turn cooldown]
Headbutt: The First Armor's Head Part is made of some real tough material. So much so that X can use it to crack extremely tough bricks...and your face if you get close. [DMG 26%, 2 turn cooldown]
Hadoken: X, using the spiritual energy that resides within him, shoots out a ball of ki towards an opponent! [DEX, 22%, 1 turn cooldown][/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]

[PTab=Armor Attacks]Double Charged Shot: Replaces X's Charge Shot. The Second Armor's Arm Parts give X a second X-Buster, so you know what the means. Two Charge Shots! At the cost of a -2 to a dodge roll next turn, X can fire a second Charge Shot straight after the other that deals the same damage. [DMG 22%, 1 turn cooldown]
Giga Crush: Using all the accumulated energy, X suddenly envelops the battlefield in a huge blast of energy, sending opponents flying with its high knockback. [AoE DEX, DMG 30%, 3 turn cooldown]
Shoryuken: X dashes towards an opponent and delivers a devastating, fiery uppercut! X takes a -2 to one of his dodge rolls come next turn. [STR, 30%][/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]

[PTab=Armor Attacks]Spear Charge Shot: Replaces X's Charge Shot. This variation of the Charge Shot is a bit smaller than the others, taking a -1 to its accuracy, but the ability to pierce shields more than makes up for it. [DEX, DMG 22%, 1 turn cooldown]
Giga Attack: Using up all accumulated energy, X creates a storm of arrows to pierce through all foes! This attack pierces shields. [AoE DEX, DMG 24%, 3 turn cooldown]
Flight Tackle: Using the Falcon Armor's jets, X rockets towards an opponent and gives them a momentum-powered shoulder tackle! This attack has high knockback. This deals 1 recoil damage to X because even with all that armor, it still hurts a bit doing such a risky maneuver. [DEX, DMG 18+DEX Mod%, 1 turn cooldown][/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]

[PTab=Armor Attacks]Moon Slash: Replaces X's normal Charge Shot. Rather than a normal Charge Shot, Shadow Armor X uses the stored up energy to perform a powerful slash with the Shadow Saber, creating a powerful moon-shaped energy wave as he does the move. [STR, 25%, 2 turn cooldown]
Wild Moonlight Dance: X performs a special maneuver, swinging his Shadow Saber in order to create 2 moon shaped energy waves that circle around him before dispersing and seeking other foes. [AoE STR, DMG 30%, 3 turn cooldown]
Shadow Drop: X vanishes from the enemy's sight, before trying to attack them with a downward slash! This attack targets an opponent's WIS due to the surprise nature of it. [STR/DEX, DMG 22%, 1 turn cooldown][/PTab={min-height:150px;max-height:300px;overflow:auto;}]
