History On Li: “Nnnn... Can't I sleep in Mom?? It's the weeeeekend” Usagi whined. As far as she was concerned, for the moment being she didn't ever want to wake up. "Usagi, you get down here right now!!" her mother impatiently demanded. Usagi's eyes shot open and she worriedly looked around. That tone... Did she forget what day it was?? “--Coming, Mom!!” Usagi replied, slipping out of bed and lamely getting dressed for school. Better safe than sorry. Quickly packing her bag in hopes she could fool her mother into thinking she had been ready to go, so rushed downstairs to greet her only to find that it was pretty dark out, and her mother was staring out the window. Hold on, something wasn't right here. It clearly wasn't time for school. “...Mom? What's up?” Usagi asked in confusion. Her mother pointed out the window. "Look..."

Usagi looked out the window. The street was dimly lit, with a few strange people walking around, carrying weapons of various sorts. Some of them makeshift, others guns. Usagi's eyes widened in alarm. What... was going on? Those people looked filthy. One of them was drinking as they walked. She cringed slightly at the scene, turning back to her mother. “Mom, is something happening?” Usagi nervously asked. "...We need to hide. Those people are looking for trouble." Usagi's mother explained.
“What about Dad?” Usagi asked. "Your father is setting things up in the basement. We're going to need to lay low and quiet for a while, okay?" her mother explained. However, Usagi's eyes were fixated on something going on in the background. A monstrous humanoid figure appeared under the light near the disgruntled thugs. “Mom, look..!” Usagi murmured, gesturing. The creature stood at a massive twelve feet tall when it stood up straight and was built like a bear, featuring a massive mouth full of sharp teeth. Usagi's pupils sharply contracted as the creature lunged for one of the thugs, grabbing them and swallowing them whole with a couple of quick bites. She could hear the screams and rather disgusting crunches from indoors. Oh... Oh no... The other thugs began to attack the demon, however Usagi's mother quickly pulled her in close and spirited her away from the scene.

Next thing Usagi knew, she was downstairs in the basement with her parents, who had barricaded the door shut. Deeply disturbed by what she'd seen, she sat curled into a ball on the ground next to her mother. Her parents were softly talking about the internet and phone services being down. About how they weren't sure what was going on. Why was this happening? Usagi shook her head before burying it in her knees.

...Throughout the night, they heard creaking and thumps from people invading their home. But thankfully none seemed too interested in the basement. Usagi couldn't sleep knowing that strangers or maybe even monsters were so close. She kept imagining herself getting gobbled up like that thug. A shiver ran down her spine. Luna was curled up nearby, silent in the presence of her parents. For once, Usagi didn't get the impression that Luna wanted her to go out there and fight. She was just kind of minding her own business, chilling out. Perhaps she knew something Usagi didn't.

Eventually, Usagi attempted to distract herself and discovered something. A wifi network..? But her parents said... “Mom? Dad? I found internet...” Usagi remarked. "Oh I don't know whose that is, Usagi." her mother replied, somewhat skeptical that the network would be open. Yet, it was. So Usagi connected to it. This immediately opened her phone's web browser to a web page, a section of which asked her a simple question. Do you need rescue? ...Well, that was pretty convenient. She pressed the button and her phone began to make dialing noises. She only wondered who exactly it was that she was calling...



Primary Attacks (3)
Martial "Arts": The mind may forget, but the body never does. Usagi is uncharacteristically good at fighting, even if she sometimes has no conscious idea of what she's doing. At the cost of an additional action, can afflict the stun status. (Light-Medium Str Attack; Does 5-16% Damage)

Moon Frisbee: This attack is deceptively powerful in its simplicity. As Usagi throws her tiara, it become coated in supersaturated moonlight and threatens to disintegrate anyone who gets hit by it! This attack suffers a -2 accuracy penalty due to its sluggish nature and Usagi suffers a -1 dodge penalty because she has to catch it as it comes back to her and that takes her attention away. However, its crit threshold is also 1 lower than normal. When this attack crits, crit confirm it twice. If both crit confirms hit, it scores a full on direct hit and deals 3x damage instead of 2x damage. 2 turn cooldown. (Heavy Charisma Attack; Does 30% Damage)

Moon Twilight Flash: Usagi taps the power of her tiara, emitting a flash of moonlight! This attack targets constitution, as there's no dodging light itself nor is closing one's eyes normally effective enough to stop it. Blinds the target for 1 turn and afflicts the burn status if they fail to resist. A target that is already burned suffers from the Immolated status. Usagi suffers a -2 dodge penalty to her next attack because the attack very briefly blinds even her. 3 turn cooldown. (Heavy Charisma Attack; Does 22% Damage)

Special Attacks (3)
This is our leader..?: Even if you recognize Usagi, it's easy to pass her off as incompetent. And to an extent, she is. However, this is largely a surface problem and the harder she is pushed, the better she tends to perform. For every 25% damage Usagi accumulates...

• Her damage done increases by 2%
• She gains a +1 to critical confirms

This bonus caps at 100% damage taken. At 125% damage she gains the following benefits instead.

• Crit Threshold Reduced by 1.

At 150% damage, she gains...

• The Power of Love: The effects of all love and friendship related magic upon Usagi doubles during any turn she begins while this damaged.

Additionally, Usagi can suffer critical failures. Whenever she rolls a natural 1, she suffers from from one of the following effects. In return, her default crit threshold is 19-20

• Physical Attack: Hurt herself while attacking. Takes 5% recoil.
• Magical Attack: The attack never goes off for some reason, and is treated as if it had a 1 turn cooldown, wasting her action.
• Dodge: Trip clumsily, increasing the damage taken by 5%
• Mental Damage Resistance: Cry, afflicting herself with blindness for 1 action
• Status Rolls: Cry, afflicting herself with blindness for 1 action.
• Grapple Rolls/Resistance: Excessively struggle in a panic. Lose an action.

Moon Prism Power; Make Up!: Sailor Moon Transformation Sequence! Whenever Usagi transforms into Sailor Moon, she gains a temporary surge of power to help her fight! For 3 turns, her strength and charisma modifiers increase by +2. While this buff may fade, she may stay transformed for as long as she pleases. 3 turn cooldown.

Supersonic Waves: Usagi screams or cries with a supernatural intensity amplified by the crystals on her Odangos that debilitate foes. Instead of a traditional cooldown, this attack requires her to take 60% damage in order to charge it and targets CON. This attack has a +4 to its accuracy and its crit threshold is also 2 lower than normal. It also afflicts the mind-melted status upon those who fail to resist it and anyone who fails their resistance roll by 5 or more loses an action. (Heavy Cha Attack; Does 32% Damage)

Final Smash (1)
Moon Healing Escalation: Usagi taps the power of the Silver Crystal in her necklace to heal someone! This can heal herself and her party for 50% plus an additional 10% each turn for 5 turns as a heal over time. It also has 5 charges of purify that can be used to either cure statuses on allies, rendering them immune to that status for 3 turns, or positive statuses from enemies, making them immune to that status for 3 turns. She suffers from Severe Exhaustion for 4 turns afterwards, however.
