Joe had been planning this movie night for weeks but had decided a proper date to do so after much consideration. His place was rather messy so he would work hard to clean it up the best he could. "This is taking too long." he said to himself before striking a pose and calling out his transformation words. "Henshin a go go baby!" he would cry out as he transformed into the mighty yet very awesome Viewtiful Joe! "Okay time to clean this place at Mach Speed!" Suddenly the Joe became much faster and had cleaned up his entire house in a matter of minutes. Forming his self back to Normal Joe after finishing he would look at his sparkling house with all the chores done and smiled. "Now for the snacks." Joe had a nice living room next to the kitchen as the counter had stools next to it as the counter itself was wide enough to fit a lot of food on it.

Joe had a poster outside his house talking about this movie night and how it was suggested to bring snacks if people come over. Joe had already provided some chips and dip and a few drinks but that would not be enough for many guests so he had hoped that they would bring some snacks as well. "Hmm now what movie should I play?" he asked himself as he looked through his collection. "Gadget Cop?, Killer Hands?, The Meta Rangers?. Of course I have Captain Blue and not to mention the best movie starring yours truly, Viewtiful Joe. But what else do I have?" Joe was hard at work to find the best movies for the open house potluck thing he had arranged. "I got it! We'll watch this one!" Joe looked to see what seemed to be about his idol Captain Blue though it was titled somewhat different.

"The Amazing Tales of Blue. Man I haven't seen this one in so long. It's a compilation movie of all the different one-off movies that Captain Blue starred in! This should be perfect!" Joe said getting the film from his collection and putting it on the movie film camera projector he had setup in the back. It was a classic movie film camera given to him by his father Jet Black who was also a movie director, couldn't get anymore authentic than that! "Alright this is going to be awesome!" Joe said pumping his fist into the air as he now awaited for any guests to arrive.

“Aw man this is going to be so cool! I don’t remember the last time we’ve even been to the movies!” Purple gushed as hiked energetically toward Joe’s house.
(I don’t get it: paying money to just watch tv in a room full of strangers?) His Blaziken scoffed, striding a few steps behind.
(They’re not All strangers if you go with your friends! It’s like an event!) His Ludicolo partner argued with skip to catch up. (With a foregone conclusion.)
“What do you think we’ll get to watch? Full Metal Cop 2? Brycen-Man 4?” The movie buff began to list some classics. “Or Any one of the Mystery Doors of the Magical Land series...” He named that last one with a bit of a swoon.
(What’s with you and those movies?) Clucky rolled his Pokéeyes.

(Perhaps for a change, we might view a motion picture that is deep and provocative, intellectually stimulating, possibly even educational rather than the pandering, mind-numbing, corporate-madndated serialization that plagues the likes of Pokéstar Studios?) His Ninjask buzzed with an optimism that wound up in bitterness.

“We didn’t forget the snacks, did we?” Purple slowed down to double check before it was too late.
(Oran Berries, Watmel Berries and Nanab Berries carved into the shapes of film canisters, clappers and stars respectively, present and accounted for.) Nintenda reported.
(Leave it to Purple duFine to bring Berries to Movie Night.) Kappineapple couldn’t help but roll his eyes with a smile in contrast to Clucky’s. (I still say an ear of salted, buttered Cornn Berries would’ve been enough.)
“And I’ve got our tickets right here, who else do you think is going to be there?”
(We shall soon find out, Master, for we have arrived.) Nintenda pointed him to the address.
“Oh sweet, we’re here. Okay guys, play it cool and let Me do the talking.” Purple suavely insisted, much to group's giggle of sarcasm.
