"The issues of the Black Markets illegal business in the life sphere have begun to overflow, as i have been informed that a Junk dealer has begun the manufacturing and selling of Dangerous Weaponry and Alien Technology. An Entire Cartel of Zebesian Operations have been discovered through investigation, leading to a necessary all-out raid on the offending cartel. I require three Back-up Members to take out the higher-up dangers of this, while i take the lead in Power Suit from the back side of the building. You are given full authority of the Life Sphere law to do what is necessary to bring these criminals in, and to act to your own justification.

As stated, i will start ahead, coming through the back street section of this building, to meet with you in the center of the building as the three of you take the forces at the front Market-face of there operations. Once we meet in the center, the true hunt for the leader begins."
