History On Li: Gone! It was all really gone! Princess Hilda remembered kneeling on the steps of the Sacred Realm, crying with gratitude at the sight of her kingdom's Triforce restored but the many challenges of the Link Between Worlds had exhausted her and so she finally allowed herself to sleep, carried in Ravio's arms. When she woke up, there was nothing - no Ravio, no Triforce, not even Lorule; everything she cared about had been taken away from her, seemingly washed away with her tears. How long had she been asleep? She felt well-rested, so surely some time had passed. The princess wandered a foreign landscape searching for answers; the Sacred Realm would not respond to her, and it was taking everything she knew of psychic magic to keep her own thoughts intact.

Wandering for some time in the elusive form of a shade, leaping from shadow to shadow to avoid the cursed-things that would hurt her if they found her, Hilda searched for shelter and eventually found the beacons of the Light Sphere. It was the second most beautiful light she had ever seen and as she cast off her dark shroud to present herself at the gate, she collapsed and was taken to Lightweather Hospital for examination. Though it was discovered that she was not contaminated, Hilda would need some time as a patient to heal both physically and mentally having run a gauntlet of obsession, corruption and demonic influence in her own world before finding her way to the world of Li. Hilda has since been released, having found some solace in the belief that she is being tested by the Lorulean Goddesses.


Primary Attacks (3)

Mind Magic: Aside from using it to deliver silent messages at range to targets, Hilda can also make use of her advanced telepathic magic to assault an enemy's mind with confusing voices. [Light Wisdom attack, targets Intelligence, 1-5% damage with a 10% chance of Mind-Melted status]

Shadow Magic: The Royal Family of Lorule harnessed magic tied to darkness, decay, and despair that slowly doomed their kingdom. Their shadows can leave a dark "burn" that eats away at their enemies. [Medium Wisdom attack, 9-15% damage with a 10% chance of Burned status]

Dying Light: Though the true holy light has been extinguished, Hilda can manifest raw, powerful blasts of eerie ghostlight: ancestral memories of the Lorulean Triforce’s former blazing radiance, now pale echoes of what once was. [Heavy Wisdom attack, 19-25% damage, two-turn cooldown]

Special Attacks (3)

Cursed Sigil: Hilda magically inscribes the royal symbol of Lorule's Triforce on a flat surface using shadows (usually the ground) to invoke the hungry black void that became of its remains. [Heavy Wisdom ranged AoE attack, 18% damage, 40% chance of Burned status to targets, two-turn cooldown.]

Shade Form: Hilda transforms into a nimble shade, enhancing her affinity with darkness. [Allows Hilda to use her Wisdom to make dodge rolls instead of her Dexterity for two turns, and heals 1% of her HP for each person affected by Burned status from her attacks, consuming two actions on both turns.]

Psychic Cry: Hilda emits a mental shockwave that horrifies the psyche of all surrounding targets. [Medium Wisdom AoE attack, 15% damage to all surrounding enemies, targeting Intelligence, and all hit must take an immediate bravery check for Fear/Horrified status, two-turn cooldown.]

Final Smash (1)

The Unthinkable: Hilda traps a target between shadow barriers and opens a Fissure to the Dark Realm on top of them. What occurs is shrouded from sight but once the deed is done, Hilda banishes everything in the shadows and the Fissure is sealed. [50% damage to one target and then they must make an immediate bravery check. If they fail, they are inflicted with Fear/Horrified status]

• Hilda can use telepathy to transmit messages silently to other people using magic.
  
• Hilda’s unique shadow-burn effect can be cured with light-element spells instead of with water-element as with typical Burned status.
