Sea Draco
Puyo Puyo Series by Sonic Team of SEGA (Canon name of home planet/location unknown)
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Motto: "Always provide the best service you can~!"
Allies/Friends: Anyone who enters her Teahouse.
Enemies/Rivals: No one!
Backstory: Sea Draco isn't really sure why she's so different from the other Dracos. Well they're all different from each other... but she's even more so. Unlike the rest of her tribe she's extremely aquatic, heck she even breathes salt water instead of fire! Well regardless of how weird of a Draco she is, she's currently the head server at a local Teahouse! W-well she's the only server... and there's just one table... BUT she's really good at waiting on the people that go there! ...when she isn't spilling food and tea over them before apologizing profusely.
At least her heart's in the right place?
Appearance:
History On Li: Sea Draco doesn't really know how she got here... One minute she was tending to another Draco back in their village, and the next her Tea house was sitting in the middle of nowhere with the rest of her tribe. Thankfully her and the rest of the Draco's all got taken in by the Life Sphere before anything too bad could happen, heck she even managed to get her workplace moved in! Currently she's sitting in the Life Sphere. Serving tea to anyone who happens across where her home/workplace is in Brightwing Lane.
Primary Attacks (3)
Anything but the kitchen sink!: Sea Draco isn't good at many things, thankfully, hap-hazardly tossing objects with enough force to hurt someone is among the few that she is! And with the her Astral Guardian, Great Omnivore backing her up, she now has a variety of things she can throw! What this attack does is dependent on which object Sea Draco uses. Regardless, she performs a combo-able, Light Dex attacks aimed at a single or multiple foes.
Never-Stay-Broken Plates: [DMG 8%] A series of enchanted plates that are blessed to reform on Sea Draco's person after they smash. Making them the perfect ammo!
Razor-sharp Icicles: [DMG 5%] Sea Draco forms a series of small, dagger-like icicles that she then promptly throws with surprising accuracy. The ice might not be very strong, but it's sharp, cutting deep wounds if they strike just right. 10% chance of inflicting Mortal Wound
Tiny Puffcaps: [DMG 5%] Great Omnivore's ability to eat and assimilate anything is very useful, especially since it also enables Sea Draco to recreate the properties of whatever it ate. Using this new power, she recreates a strange mushroom that her tail swallowed up shortly after her fight with Ohm. Forming them in her hands before launching them at her foe, the tiny puffcaps exploding on contact, spreading a dangerous poison into the air nearby. Has a 10% chance to inflict Poison.
Sea Dragon Breath!: [DMG 12%] Sea Draco's natural breath weapon. She takes a deep breath in before firing a pressurized stream of salt water at her foe, Soaking them on hit. She can only perform this attack once per turn.
Ice Dragon Kick: [DMG 8%] Sea Draco coats her leg in water before freezing it as she kicks at her foe. The sudden shift in temperature allowing the strike to potentially freeze her target. 50% chance of inflicting Frozen, raised to 100% when target is Soaked. Cannot be used more than once in a turn.
Special Attacks (3)
Blessing of the Sea: Sea Draco gathers Water throughout her body and expels it as a purified burst of healing magic. Allowing her to heal one ally at a distance for 1d8+Cha%. She can also instead perform this as a kiss by expending an additional action which heals them for 1d15+(2xCha) instead.
[Cooldown: 2 turns]
Special Iron Dumpling!: A signature recipe from the clumsy dragon. In what seems like an instant she whips one up and tosses it straight into the mouth of one of her allies, or she just eats it herself. The spices and ingredients melded together with a strange spell which bolsters one's natural toughness and evasiveness. The person who eats this has any damage dealt to them reduced by 3% and can reroll a single failed dodge roll for one turn.
[Cooldown: 3 turns]
Water Dragon Rump!: [DMG 16%] A weird technique she figured out after a particularly embarrassing fall. She takes a running start and launches herself rump first at an opponent with a Dex check. Smashing her surprisingly soft buttocks into a foes face. Her rump then causes a bubble of water to appear and burst, scrambling their thoughts . 100% chance of Mind Melt .
[Cooldown: 2 turns]
Great Omnivore: Consumption Sea Draco's Astral Guardian is a strange thing that not only grants her powers, but also warps how her own body works. Enabling her to store objects as large as herself inside of her own body, provided it's her tail doing the storing. Great Omnivore rises up. It's mouth opening wide before descending upon someone or something, attempting to engulf it whole in a single heavy chomp. The attack is so sudden that it even catches Sea Draco by surprise. If this move targets an enemy then Sea Draco performs a Cha attack that targets the foe's Intelligence. If it succeeds then the target is inflicted with Swallowed Whole as Great Omnivore devours them and transports their body to Sea Draco's stomach. If a target is K.O.'d within Sea Draco's stomach, then she begins to absorb their traits and powers, filling one of her three Assimilated Powers Slots instead of granting her the usual post-digestion healing that Swallowed Whole grants. Sea Draco can then perform the move, using her Charisma.
However, if Sea Draco targets a willing ally with this move there is no roll. Instead they are granted the Status of "Stored" a unique status specific to this move. Allies that are "Stored" have any attacks directed at them directed at Sea Draco instead with all damage that Sea Draco receives being cut in half, the Stored target receiving the mitigated half and Sea Draco taking the higher number if the damage is uneven (this does not apply to status ailments that were afflicting them or Sea Draco prior to being "Stored"). The ally has their actions reduced to 2 per turn. Once during their turn, they can perform one of their attack actions through Great Omnivore. This is done by channeling the attack through the Guardian, allowing it to "spit" the strike out at the intended target. After this feature of Stored is used, it goes on Cooldown for 3 of the attacker's Turns. Sea Draco also adds her "Stored" ally's Dex and Charisma mods to her own (Stored Allies use Sea Draco's base stats for the bonuses, not the combined stats). If Sea Draco is reduced to 0 HP then Great Omnivore immediately coughs them up.
If Sea Draco has an available move slot, she can convert one of her Assimilated Powers to a permanent move.

(Cooldown: 4 turns)
Slime Staff: Summons a puyo to fight for you! The summoned puyo can attack as a free action once a turn, either by lunging at a foe or squirting a strange elemental liquid at them. Each uses Sea Draco's charisma for accuracy instead of its own stats and does 5+Cha Mod% damage. The puyo can also be snacked on as a food item. It has 20 HP and STR/DEX/CON/INT/WIS/CHA stats of 4/10/4/0/6/4. When KO'd, or after 4 attacks, it takes a rest/vanished and this move enters cooldown.
[Cooldown: 4 Turns]
Slimy Pillon: A giant puyo is summoned for riding purposes! Sea Draco gains +2 to her dexterity modifier and takes 5% less damage from attacks directed at her while riding it. The giant puyo lasts for 3 turns before it gets tired, at which point Sea Draco can continue riding it but will not gain the dexterity or damage reduction buff until she gets off and lets it rest. While riding it, a slamming attack can be made by jumping on others for 20% damage once per turn. The giant puyo itself has 40 HP. If it is reduced to 0 HP it becomes too wounded to be ridden, it's cooldown is doubled and it cannot be used again until it's HP is raised back above 0 via healing.
[Cooldown: 3 Turns]
Dark Harvest: [Medium Dex Attack; DMG 10%] Technically a chain & sickle, not a whip, though Sea Draco tends to use it as one. This weapon doesn't hit the hardest, but cuts dealt by it cause the target to take +2 damage from all other attacks for 1 turn, ending after the user's next turn and being refreshed if they hit again. Sea Draco can also use it to make a tripping attack, which does 2% damage and either stuns the target or steals one of their actions that turn. She can also add a grappling effect to an attack with this weapon at the cost of an extra action.
Final Smash: Tea Time! In a burst of unknown magic Sea Draco transports all of her allies into a pocket dimension to serve them all a rousing cup of Muscle Boost Tea before bringing them back. For the next 4 turns Sea Draco and her allies gain a +3 to hit and a +3 to damage.
