The Screen across the Sunshine Stadium would spring to life in a bright, Righteous light, as Scout's great big mug would appear, Standing proud in the Coliseum , Pointing at a nearby camera whom was recording him. Recording him was a Ninja, Man, who cares who he is. What matters the most, was what Scout was saying to anyone in the life sphere locale.

“Alright, we get it, gab gab gab, are we gonna do this now, or what?” Turns out… Shadow had been there even before his little speech had started. The hedgehog was tapping his foot impatiently as he leered at the screen, clearly unimpressed. “Or are you gonna be a coward and hide behind that screen of yours all day?” Shadow formed a smirk on his face as he waited for his opponent to make in on the stage. This was his opportunity to finally knock some sense into the annoying idiot’s head. Now, if only he were doing this to Shiya…

“You think it’s going to be so easy to defeat me, do you? Well you’re sorely mistaken.” Unlike the idiot, Shadow did nothing to acknowledge the crowd around them, instead opting to keep his attention on the opponent in front of him. “Oh, and um, by the way,” Shadow’s smirk widened. “How about I correct you on your vocabulary. I believe you meant to say that you, Jeremy, are going to get the “extra ass whooping”.

“But enough chit chat,” Shadow, being typical Shadow, was trying to get straight to the point and waste as little time as possible. “This drabble is starting to bore me. Are you gonna fight me or not?” Scout requested a battle with extra pain, and Shadow was more than ready to oblige.

"HYA-AHAHA!!" Scout would suddenly squeak out, jumping back and scrambling to grab his bat from the ground  as he looked at Shadow with a panicked look, Before Scout moved to save face, starting to move around, trying his best to pull off his sudden panicked jump like he 10000% intended to do that, pssh. Scout would quickly toss the mic aside, as it hit the ground with a ringing thud across the entire speaker set up, as the guy behind the camera grabbed it and pulled it aside.

"Well well well well well well well well! Weeeeeeeelll well! Well! There's the pain in the ass o' the hour!" Scout would declare, as soon the audience would fill up with many, many people, seemingly a majority of Mobian's holding up signs saying such things as "Go Go Shadow!" or "You are All of Us!" In support of the black and red hedgehog, with the acceptation of a group of Three red dressed men in the audience, A Engineer of some kind, A Man with a sniper rifle slung on his back, and a darker skinned man with a eye patch, each of which were raising a loud ruckus in support of Scout, to which Scout would cover his chest with a gentle "D'aww...", before turning back to Shadow.

"Jus' so ya' know, I aint doing this cause i wanna'. Im doing this as a good ol' fashioned scouts honor way to get somethin' in your thick head." Scout would say, Stepping back across the dirty ground, before turning back as he locked and loaded his Scatter gun...

A Shadow-themed Chao slowly floated to the Bell, raising a hammer, and hitting the bell!

"Ding ding douchehead!" Scout would yell out, suddenly running across the ground with trained speed, Cocking his gun's double hammer, before trying to jump Over Shadow, And deliver a spray of Lead from above!

"Doh' Crahp!" Scout would let out, Then putting the Sun on a Stick away, Then producing instead a loud, Sharp sounding object, as a Silver Blade complete with three runes upon its blade came from his bag. "Here we go!" Scout would say, before trying to deliver a right Horizontal slash!

Shadow couldn’t help but form a rather cocky smirk at the idiot’s comment about Shadow being a pain. “Well, Scout, you surprised me,” Shadow sneered. “Never figured you to be so self aware.” Shadow shrugged. “Well, you said it. Not me.” After saying that, there was an amalgamation of high pitch screams that caused Shadow to flinch. It was so loud the poor hedgehog’s ears started ringing before he glanced over to the crowd.

To his surprise, no one was screaming out of fear, but out of joy. There seemed to be a group of girls, particularly from his world, that were all too happy to see Shadow make such a remark. “You go get ‘em, Shadow!” One screamed as she was waving around her “All Hail Shadow” sign.

“Yeah, make that jerk eat his words!” Another jeered as all the other words seemed to be mixed within the crowd. Shadow clenched his teeth a bit, arched an eyebrow, and started scratching the back of his head rather nervously. He… frankly didn’t care for this attention, nor did he know what to think of it. Why were all these people watching him fight Scout?

...More importantly, how the heck did they know him? Was he really that famous? Chaos, fame was a curse… Not even a blessing and a curse, just a curse.

Whatever the case, Shadow brought his attention back to his foe, clenching his fists as he glared his foe down. By appearance alone, the odds didn’t seem to be in Shadow’s favor. The human clearly had a height advantage, but that was hardly an issue as far as Shadow was concerned. “Well, I am,” Shadow smirked, indicating that he did, in fact, want to do this. He wanted to for a long time… “And I’d like to see you try, bonehead.”

Shadow gave the chao no attention as the chao rang the bell, officially starting the fight. Scout, of course, made the first move and dashed straight for Shadow. The fool tried to spray bullets at the hedgehog, who made an attempt to duck, jump, and dodge all of it....

...Which he did expertly. However, that was the end of his luck in his dodges. Scout was much faster than Shadow had thought he was, and his stick managed to hit him on his side. Shadow was in the middle of landing after all, and if one looked close enough, they could see steam coming off of the wound left on Shadow’s side. The hedgehog hissed in pain, glaring at his enemy, but didn’t have much time to really think as the next attack came.

Though Shadow tried to slide his way from the attack, he had no chance to make it out of range unscathed. The hedgehog let out a bit of a yelp as both the burning sensation, and the mortal wound started to hurt him. Shadow scoffed and glared Scout down. Now the odds really weren’t in his favor! But that was fine… Shadow wasn’t about to back down so easily.

The hedgehog started by running toward Scout at full speed, allowing a yellow sort of aura to surround him as he broke the sound barrier. He intended to ram right into Scout with all his might.

Next, Shadow jumped and launched himself at his foe, aiming to bounce off Scouts head to land onto the ground. Whether he was successful or not, the hedgehog would do a flip and then land on one knee before turning around and swiping three lighting bolts in his direction. The Chaos Spears looked dangerous, but something seemed to cause them to be more on point than they would’ve otherwise.

...Could his Homing Attack have had something to do with it?

Hardly mattered. Shadow winced a bit as he waited for his foe’s next attack. It was clear that Shadow was having a hard time right at the start, but he refused to let that encourage him. He would still win this, no doubt about it!
